Just wanted to thank you for the thank you :) and, thanks for being so frequent in your updates. I like the story so far, but I honestly don't know how Katara can forgive Zuko for everything he's done to her - protection or not. I'm curious as to how long this story's gonna be - I don't want to say that I want it to end, which I don't, but I can't wait to see how you'll end it. Again, if you want more reviews, I suggest you post the story on some other sites...you can edit out the um...graphic nature if you don't want to get flagged. Just suggestin' :D

I've been following this story for a while now, check everyday for an update, and smile every time I see it. I've been turned off by the rape at first, but now I find the story very much intriguing; it's dark, yes, not really my taste, but I kinda like it. I'm a big Zutarian and I hope you find a way to bring those two together in the end. It sucks how you don't have more reviews, and I understand that you can't post this on FF net, but trust me; I read faaar more racier stories than this...you should take the risk, but I get it if you don't. It's cool :)

“My phoenix is thirsty, it wants to drink your dragon’s milk” Goodness, I laughed at that. Sorry I'm too lazy to sign in right now, but I just had to let you know I am really enjoying your story so far. This had to be one of my absolute favorite chapters so far!

I must admit, i was a bit iffy at first with what happened in the beginning chapters, but character development has been realistic, and I am really enjoying this story and the 'history' you made up for the Fire Nation (i.e. Chiyo, etc) I look forward to more of this story.

I absolutely love this story. Each chapter makes me crave more. Zuko's misguided motives and failed attempts at being 'good' seem an accurate representation of him. From the show I got the impression he has a rather distorted and selfish sense of right and wrong, but he does try even at his lowest points. Katara also seems fairly realistic and its for her that I keep reading. I can't wait to find out how she adapts to this situation and finds a way to prevail, because she always does. That said I have two suggestions. The first is that you shorten the first chapters to get to the main plot faster. This is fanfiction after-all, not a novel and readers want the Zutara action. Second, I think you should post this on fanfiction.net in order to reach more readers. If you rated it M, and censored the rape scene a little, you could post it without breaking any of the website's rules. Just an idea, if you are looking for more reviews.
