After Ben pushed the button a couple of nurses came into the room and helped transfer her to the birthing room.<br/><br/>"How long till I drop my baby," Gwen asked the doctor as the young doctor looked at Gwen.<br/><br/>"It'll be at least another hour or so until you have your baby but that is only the beginning," the doctor looked at the young woman and then over to the nurses as the got her into position.<br/><br/>Gwen felt the hellish pains for a few hours but they finally heard the first cry of their baby.<br/><br/>"Congratulations young miss," the doctor looked at her as they nurse motioned for Ben to come over," it's a girl."<br/><br/>"Our little Audrey," Ben looked at their baby with tears in his eyes as the nurse handed him the surgical scissors and he cut the umbilical cord.<br/><br/>The doctor placed the baby on Gwen chest so they finished the birthing process as Gwen held her baby and began to cry as Ben comforted her.<br/><br/>"We are finally a family," Gwen looked at Ben as he looked at their daughter.<br/><br/>"And she is the first child born in this city since it was built," the doctor looked at the young couple and smiled at them as he sent one of the nurses to get the mayor.<br/><br/>The nurse understood and headed for the desk to get the information. While the nurse was doing this they transferred Gwen to recovery so she could rest and recover for a while. While Gwen was resting and their baby girl was sleeping, Ben was approached by a large older man and the doctor.<br/><br/>"Ben," the doctor looked at the young man as they walked over to him," this is Mayor Hansen."<br/><br/>"It's an honor to meet the father of our towns first baby," the large man extended his hand and shook Ben's hand.<br/><br/>"I'm a little confused as to why the Mayor wants to talk to me," Ben asked and looked at the doctor as they walked to the nurses station so Ben could get the paperwork for his baby.<br/><br/>"Actually that is why I'm here," the older man pulled out a briefcase and put it on the table and pulled out a small stack of papers and a set of keys," all I need is signatures on these so you, Gwen and your baby can move into the newest house in town and it's within walking distance to the shopping district."<br/><br/>"Are you serious," Ben looked at the man as he looked over the papers," from what I'm seeing it's already finished and that she and I will need to get our own furniture."<br/><br/>"Actually I'll be talking to the local furniture stores about getting you new furniture," the old man looked at him as the man pulled one key off the key ring and slid them over to him," and to show good will I'll give you the first key and all I need is the signature on the papers."<br/><br/>"There is just one thing," Ben looked at the man as he stood up and took a few steps away from the table," if you do anything to brake this deal I will hunt you down myself," Ben activated the Omnitrix and chose his largest indoor friendly alien and transformed.<br/><br/>The doctor and Mayor Hansen looked at each other then back to Ben who had transformed into Diamondhead and the mayor agreed to that and personally promised it. Ben transformed back into his normal self and sat back down in front of the two.<br/><br/>"I understand and I'll personally make sure everything is done right," the mayor looked at the young man and flipped to a section of the papers and showed him something special about the house," this should make you happier."<br/><br/>"So the house taxes will be taken care of for the next 20 years I see but I was wondering if a small pool about 10x5x3 could be installed for the summers," Ben asked the mayor as the man thought about it for a moment and agreed to the small pool.<br/><br/>"I'll have the work started as soon as the paperwork is done but since it needs both signatures I'd like to set up a meeting for next Wednesday around 3," the mayor asked looking at the young man as looked at his schedule and saw they were free.<br/><br/>"We'll meet at the apartment to sign the paperwork and get the rest of the keys," Ben looked at the man as they both agreed as the mayor sighed.<br/><br/>"Will it be alright if you stay at your apartment while the pool is being built though," the mayor asked looking at the young man as they stood up and Ben understood since he was now a father.<br/><br/>After everything was discussed Ben and the Mayor stood up and shook hands with a full agreement. Ben left the doctor and the Mayor to talk and he headed for Gwen's room. When he got to Gwen's room he saw her holding their baby girl in her arms.<br/><br/>"Feeling better sweetie," Ben asked looking at the young woman in the bed as he walked over to her.<br/><br/>"Still a little sore but I'm feeling a great deal better especially after birthing our little girl," Gwen looked at him with tears rolling down her face as he stood next to the bed and they both saw that she was getting fussy.<br/><br/>Ben closed the curtain as she leaned forward so he could untie her gown. He untied her gown and she handed Audrey to him so she could slip the gown down over her breasts. Ben handed Audrey back to Gwen and he covered her legs and belly with the blanket. Gwen held their baby girl up to her right breast as Audrey began to suckle on her nipple.<br/><br/>"This feels different from when you did it," she looked at Ben as a young male nurse walked in and saw that she was happy and feeling better.<br/><br/>"I'll be back in a little bit since I can see that you are feeding your baby," the male nurse looked at the young couple and walked out of the room.<br/><br/>Ben and Gwen giggled after seeing the bright blush on the mans face as he saw her breastfeeding. After a few minutes Gwen finished breastfeeding and handed Audrey to Ben so she could put her gown back on. Once she had her gown back on the young male nurse came back and gave her a quick check up for her release.<br/><br/>"Looks like you'll be ready to leave in a couple of hours," the young male nurse looked at her as he lowered the blanket back over her legs," I'll go ahead and start the paperwork for you."<br/><br/>Ben told Gwen about the meeting with the Mayor and how they will have a house soon and it will be fully paid and tax free for the next 20 years. She was happy but asked if they would have everything they need. Ben answered the door and saw that it was none other than Vilgax.<br/><br/>"Head around back," Ben told him as the large alien nodded and they headed for the back yard.<br/><br/>"I didn't want to disturb you since I know you have a baby," Vilgax looked at the young man and they sat down outside under a large tree.<br/><br/>"So what brings you to Earth," Ben asked as he lifted the Omnitrix to try and tease the alien," come to try and get this again?"<br/><br/>"Actually I came to Earth to talk with the plumbers about becoming part of their ranks," Vilgax looked at the young man and sighed heavily as they both noticed Gwen walking outside with a cooing baby," and I wanted to meet the newest member of the Tennyson family plus I have something for her since I am the leader of Vilgaxia."<br/><br/>Vilgax pulled out a small box from his waist pack and handed it to Ben. Ben opened the box and saw that it was a holo-display device for children's learning.<br/><br/>"Audrey will love this when she gets older," Ben looked at the alien as they stood up and shook hands," but I think it's time that the two of us put the events of the past behind us and start over."<br/><br/>"I think that would be for the best and I'll let the Incursions know that you are under my protection," Vilgax looked at the young man in front of him before kneeling down to look at Gwen and the baby," and she will also be under the protection of Vilgax."<br/><br/>Little Audrey looked up to the large alien and grabbed one of his tentacles and gently squeezed it. They were all surprised that she wasn't scared of him at all.<br/><br/>0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.9 years later<br/>0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.<br/><br/>"AUDREY, HURRY UP," Gwen called out as she finished putting in her earrings and Ben tightened his tie.<br/><br/>"COMING MOTHER," a young voice called out as a young girl came down the stairs wearing a blue dress with dark blue trim and frills," how do I look," she gave a twirl as Ben and Gwen looked at their little girl.<br/><br/>"You look very pretty sweetie," Ben looked at the young girl as he walked over to her and helped her fix her hair bow.<br/><br/>They finished getting ready before Ben pulled out a small device and looked at his girls.<br/><br/>"Are the two of you ready," Ben asked as he looked at the two next to him as the girls nodded to him," teleporting now."<br/><br/>Ben pressed the button and they were teleported to the Plumbers base in orbit. When they stepped off the teleport pad they saw a very familiar man in a red Hawaiian shirt.<br/><br/>"Great-Grandfather," the young girl ran over to him and he kneeled down to give her a hug.<br/><br/>"It's been a long time sweetie," the large man picked her up and she looked at her parents," hello Ben, Gwen," he walked over to them and gave them each a hug and put her down," how have the two of you been the last 9 years?"<br/><br/>"We've done well grandpa," Ben looked at the old man as 2 large aliens walked over to them.<br/><br/>"Hello young Benjamin," the tall large green alien with a tentacle beard looked at the couple in front of her," young Gwen, it's been many years since we last saw each other."<br/><br/>"I'm glad that you indeed joined the Plumbers, Vilgax," Ben extended his hand and they shook hands as young Audrey walked over to him.<br/><br/>"You must be Mr. Vilgax that father and mother told me about," Audrey looked up to him as she gave him a gentle bow and he did the same to her," and I want to thank you for the learning device you gave mom and dad back when I was just a baby."<br/><br/>"I thought it would be nice to help the next generation learn to love life and not seek destruction," Vilgax looked at the young girl and then to the young couple," sometimes I think back on how my childhood used to be and agree with how the people of earth live thus introduced this to my own people."<br/><br/>"That reminds me," Gwen looked at Ben then to Audrey as Ben got a little worried," you might want to brace youself Ben."<br/><br/>"Is something wrong," Ben looked at her as Audrey looked a little worried too.<br/><br/>"Actually it's something really nice and great," she smiled as she saw Ben sweating a little," I'm pregnant!"<br/><br/>Vilgax and Audrey looked at Gwen and congratulated her but were surprised when they heard a thud and saw Ben passed out cold with a little foam in the corners of his mouth on the floor.<br/><br/>"I guess he wasn't ready for that big news," Gwen looked at the two as they got Ben up and onto the nearby bench," but I hope for a little boy this time."
