He could no longer contain the excruciating fury of being denied his rightful ascension. Time and time again that blasted spectre of a mech stood in his way, guarding that useless husk of a tyrant, preventing a slip of the servo and an unplugging of vital life support.
Starscream could scarcely wait to be out of sight, ordering the spectators away before unleashing an undignified shriek, slamming his fists against the nearest terminal. The panel fizzed and coughed frantic sparks before blinking out, dead, just as that accursed living corpse should be. The pain lacing his servos did nothing to soothe his rage. Wheeling around he smashed a blank monitor, crying his indignity to the darkness of the Nemesis and it's empty bridge. Empty, save for the one other mech in the room.
Knockout watched the tantrum with an unimpressed frown. While he too was disappointed that their 'merciful termination' plea was ignored throwing a fit and destroying equipment was hardly productive and only served to be an irritation when the silver jet would no doubt make him fix it later. Shrugging that little burden off the crimson mech sighed and admired the tips of his claws, patiently waiting for his aspiring Lord to calm down before attempting to offer any suggestions for future vindications of their case to Soundwave. After all, it wasn't like Megatron was going anywhere. They had all the time they needed to offline the scrap pile properly without any backlash.
"Zero brainwave activity!" The almost former Commander shouted to no one in particular. "No thought patterns! No dreaming! He's dead! Dead as a Pit damned crankshaft and still that slagging pet of his refuses to shut down life support!"
He paced on the spot, gesturing at the air with his claws as if he were imagining tearing the optics out of said pet.
"This goes beyond optimism and into mockery! He simply doesn't want me to assume leadership of the Decepticons!"
The automobile enthusiast rolled his optics. He couldn't exactly blame the Communications officer for that one. As fearful as Starscream could be, when his rage got the better of him, he still paled in comparison to the might of their fallen master. Even in stasis, Megatron still installed fear and respect into his army. It was easy to see why the others could not accept his loss when this shrieking farce of a Lord was in charge. However, the fool was his only means of climbing to the top of the Decepticon food chain and as soon as Megatron inevitably falls, he would assume Second.
"He'll have no choice but to accept it eventually, my Lord." Knockout offered when a third panel was brutally executed, daring to speak up if only to save himself hours of repair time. "There's indisputable proof now."
Starscream spun to face the sports car, stirred from his ranting by the sound of vocals from a mech that he almost forgot was present.
"Yet somehow, with all your 'indisputable proof', you can't argue a valid case for terminating that fragger's life! You're supposed to be a medical expert!"
"Let's not play the blame game, Starscream." Knockout crossed his arms, clearly not in the mood to suffer repercussions for what was out of his control. "After all, I'm not the only one who's credentials can be called into question. You've got your own shortcomings that I'm far too polite to point out."
It wasn't the chilly silence that followed that caused the very energon flowing in his veins to freeze. He didn't realize his mistake until he glanced up from the recently deceased control panel and caught the expression on the jet's face. It was only then did Knockout curse his unabashed nature.
Starscream closed the distance between them with a few swift strides, utter aghast warping into a depraved fury so quickly that Knockout had to summon all of his bravery and pride to keep from running out of the bridge screaming.
"You insolent little dirt eater." The jet growled as he leaned down, twisted grimace suddenly close enough to bite. "How dare you speak to me in such a manor."
"I...I wasn't thinking very clearly, my Lord." Knockout stuttered, his very dermas crawling in terrified apprehension and memories of claws."I'm just...disappointed with the outcome of our plan. It slipped out."
"I thought we had made progress, Knockout. I thought that we had finally gotten it through to you that I am LORD Starscream, your MASTER!"
He heard the squeal of metal on finish before he even had a chance to cry out from the pain. Lightning fast, Starscream had lashed out with his long, sharp talons, slashing four deep gouges straight through to the undercoating along the red plating of his chest. The automobile staggered back, clutching at the seeping wound as if he had been shot straight through his very spark chamber. Optics wide and fixed on the blood dripping though his digits.
"How many more times must I remind you?" The false Lord's vocals mocked almost sympathetically, mood obviously brightened by the sight of energon freshly spilled. "You have yet to prove yourself to me, Knockout. I'm disappointed in you. Perhaps I overestimated your abilities as my Second."
The crimson mech tore his eyes away from the sight of his mangled paintjob and up at his superior, mouth agape as if he were still trying to fathom how the two were connected. Pain racing over his structure and horror slowly melting into anger as the silver jet just kept talking.
Enjoying his supremacy over the smaller Decepticon, Starscream couldn't hide the wicked grin creeping along his faceplates, unaware of the impending fury of a bot who had been scratched just one too many a time.
"I can see myself offering you my forgiveness, if you would bow before me and beg for it."
As if driven by a force outside himself Knockout's fist hurled forward and smashed into the arrogant jet's faceplates knocking him off his pedes as the raging force took him off guard. Starscream suddenly found himself lying flat out on the floor of the bridge with an inconsolable sports car baring down on him. Instinctively his talons shot forward, catching the wrathful Con's wrists before vengeful servos laid into him. Twisting to free himself Knockout slipped and the two ended up in a tangle. They clawed and swatted at one another, rolling and trying to pin the other down, aiming for optics and faceplates and anything that was tender enough to hurt.
"Are you insane!?" Starscream shrieked as Knockout bit down on a servo that mashed too close to his dentals. "I'll tear out your treasonous spark for this!"
"Not if I rip yours out and feed it to you first!"
The scuffle quickly escalated to flying fists and a head butt to Starscream's already bleeding mouth, temporarily stunning the larger mech. Knockout managed to flip them over, straddling the narrow waist of his opponent and securing the dangerous talons above his helm.
"Gotcha."
The feral growl, combined with the shock of defeat, stunned the jet into submission. He glared up at Knockout, perched triumphantly on his chest, desperate not to display the unease that rose like bile in the back of his throat.
"If you do not release me...immediately...I will destroy you." He threatened as menacingly as possible.
"Oh? I don't think you're capable of such a thing." The red mech chuckled as he watched the twisting expressions of fear across Starscream's face, basking in a victory that he never assumed he could have. "By the way, what's to stop me from squashing you like the fly you are?"
"Soundwave. He'll-"
"He'll do what? Save you?" Knockout scoffed, far too beside himself with anger to keep from digging his grave even deeper. "He won't even offline a dead Megatron for you. What makes you think anyone will care if I snuff you now?"
Not willing to resort to pleading just yet, Starscream forced himself to swallow down the fear that the automobile was right, and just might make good on his threats.
"We can work this out. Work together. Our cause is not lost, so why throw it away by ending my life? We still have so much potential if we can get over this little setback. All you have to do is release me."
"Why should I do that?" Knockout crushed down on the wrists in his grasp, noticing with some satisfaction the twitch of pain he received. "You could scrap me as soon as I let you up. Or worse...ruin the rest of my paint job."
"Your only other option is to kill me." Starscream countered. "And what will that gain you? Leadership of the Decepticons? That will go to Soundwave, and you will be facing charges of treason."
"I think Soundwave would grant me a pardon. Don't you?"
Growing more desperate for this to end, Starscream gave a furious grunt and thrashed against his captor, trying to throw him off or gain an inch. Anything to jar the slagger off him.
"Damn you to the Pit, Knockout! Get off of me!"
The red mech held on tight as the pretender Lord arched beneath him, hips bucking up in an almost sensual fluid motion. Even when angered beyond the point of reasonable, Starscream still managed to contain some grace. Knockout couldn't help but enjoy the power he had over the egotistical mech. To see such a proud, vain creature at his mercy, trapped beneath him, the sight alone was exhilarating.
The jet thrashed and screamed out curses at him, all of which Knockout weathered if just to see the absolute rage twist on his narrow face before he finally gave in with a defeated sound. A near whimper. Chest heaving from the exertion Starscream seemed to slip into a far more docile state, shuttering his optics and leaning his helm back as if he could nod off to sleep.
While the sports car knew this little game couldn't last forever, he might as well get his fill of entertainment. Starscream owed him at least that for all the time he would be forced to buff scratches out of his finish. While wings weren't really his thing, the silver Con was still the prettiest chassis he'd had the pleasure of being cosy with in such a long time and he wasn't about to be choosey.
He wasn't just an automobile enthusiast. He was also a fairly lecherous body connoisseur.
"Is that the end of the show?" Knockout ground his hips down, rocking the thin body beneath him to initiate a response. His spark thrummed excitedly, awaiting another thrash. The very blood in his veins racing through his rapidly heating structure.
"I refuse to humiliate myself before you anymore than I already have." He muttered, not bothering to open his optics. "When you grow tired of this immaturity I'll be ready to negotiate."
"Negotiate? Where's the fun in that?"
Starscream didn't respond. Instead he remained placid, waiting for the smaller mech to cooperate or just end his miserable existence already. Before he had the chance to truly contemplate the benefits of option B, Knockout shifted above him, adjusting the hold on his wrists and leaning down so that their chests were touching and their helms only a fraction apart. Starscream opened his eyes to see black and crimson ones glowing lazily above him.
"I'm not negotiating anything unless you prove to me that all is forgiven, Master..."
The close proximity of the other mech suddenly had the silver mech on edge again. What was Knockout hoping to accomplish by drawing this absurred treachery out for so long. Obviously he didn't intend to murder him or he'd have done that already.
"Anything you force me to say will only be lies. I'll still strip every molecule of paint from your treacherous hide." He sneered.
"You're right, anything that you say will be a dirty little lie." Knockout grinned and closed the remaining distance between them, helm touching helm and noting with growing pleasure the way Starscream seemed to shudder. "But that's not the proof I'm talking about."
Optics wide and fixed on the cheshire grin above him, Starscream searched the medic's face for a clue as to what he expected. His very spark seemed to spin when he realized just how close Knockout was and how vulnerable of a position he was in. And how warm the other's chassis seemed to be.
"And just what do you want?"
He didn't really expect this to work. After all, Starscream was a stick up the aft snob that thought himself above all others, especially automobiles. Such a bold offer, under such circumstances, seemed suicidal should the future Lord of the Decepticons take offense. If it didn't work the hole he had clawed his way down into would just get deeper. If it did, the risk would be worth the reward. If he could manage to convince Starscream, of course.
One thing that the two Decepticons had in common; they could both prevaricate through their dentals when under extraordinary pressure.
"Only you're cooperation." Knockout leered as tilted his helm to bring their parted lips closer. "My dear Lord."
Starscream could only stare, gaze fixed as his future Second in command leaned impossibly closer, bringing their mouths together. A tiny started gasp before the warm lips of the red automobile sealed over his own, heat flaring under his dermas and his body stiffening, paralyzed under the unrelenting weight of his captor. When Knockout attempted to deepen the kiss with a touch of glossa did the sting of outrage suddenly flood his circuits, both waking him from his stupor and reminding his limbs how to function. And his vents how to breathe.
Wrenching his helm to the side and away from the suffocating heat the jet sucked breath after breath of cool air, frantic to chill the burning in his core.
"W-what...what the slag was that!?" He choked, trying to wrangle the shriek that threatened to burst from his chest. The desperate panting only serving to illustrate his hysteria.
While not the exact response Knockout was looking for, at least the slagger gave him leeway to explain himself.
"Merely a solution to our little problem." He purred, rotating his pelvic plating and grinding down where he knew the silver mech would really feel it. "Let's face it, Starscream, you and I are completely incompatible. We could never function as Lord and Commander without something else holding the truce together for us."
The other Con's left optic twitched as he looked up at the infuriating automobile. While the horrified expression of violation seemed to decay into something far more foul and ire filled at least he had the undivided attention he needed. Starscream was listening, even if he was loath to admit it.
"You've been uptight lately. Frustrated with your progress, or...lack there of. You need something to help you relax. In my experience there's no better way of dealing with frustration quite like a good interface. And it's in both my professional and personal opinion that a damn good 'face is exactly what you need."
"You've finally lost your mind, haven't you?" The larger mech gawked.
"Really, Starscream, this isn't as crazy as you think." Knockout leaned his helm down, brushing his lips against the jet's collar with his lazy grin, making sure Megatron's former Second felt every word he spoke. "There's nothing quite like a good romp now and then. Does the mind and body good. Also a brilliant way to solve the little dilemma we've found ourselves in."
The red sports car emphasized his point with a neat little nip to the other's jaw line, chuckling to himself when he felt the twinge in his prey's limbs.
"How do you figure that?" Came the perturbed reply. "The way I see it you are just begging for me to kill you."
"Imagine how much better you'll feel about me after you have me screaming your name, My Lord."
"Oh I can certainly imagine the way you'll scream, Knockout." He growled yanking at the grip still pinning his wrists. "And how you'll beg and plead through sobs of pain and agony for me to finally end your miserable existence."
"That doesn't sound half as fun as what I have planned. All you have to do is lean back and relax. By the time I'm done with you, you won't even have strength enough to be angry anymore."
"I'll do no such thing."
"Than I'll just sit here until Soundwave finds us like this. Would that be a suitable solution? Would the humiliation be worth it?"
Starscream's dentals clicked together as he imagined the predicament of being discovered like this. Bested by a mere automobile and pinned like a helpless little organic insect to a wall. But to interface with Knockout, such an inferior bot and constant annoyance; could that be worse?
"Do you honestly think I'll forgive you for this insubordination even if I agree to such depravity?"
"See, that's the kicker. You have to forgive me of my transgression, and I'll have to forgive you of yours."
The silver con's optics wandered to the wetness against his plating. The wound on Knockout's chest had finally stopped it's bleeding but the seeping energon had tarnished his own chassis, foul and acrid, reminding him of the reason for this rebellion.
The medic spoke the truth. They did clash, horribly. Twice now Starscream had to use physical violence to keep the crimson mech in his place. How many more times would Knockout slip up and force his Lord to lay hands to him? Just as Megatron had done to him. That constant abuse, no matter how deserved, would give grounds for more treachery and their farce of a truce would crumble before their goals would ever be realized. He would become the very monster that he wished to euthanize and breed a traitor not so unlike himself.
"And how exactly did this ridiculous idea worm it's way into your insane little mind?"
"Unexpectedly, I must admit." The medic grinned, almost nuzzling into the crook of the jet's neck before leaning back and smirking down at his still pensive master. "It just sorta popped into my head, when I realized how slagging gorgeous you look when you're ready to commit murder."
Starscream cursed the flush he felt creeping along his faceplates. Scowling up at the moron who held him captive the future Leader of the Decepticons felt something vital snap in his sanest place.
"Fine!" He barked, lurching against the automobile. "Alright, we'll do this!"
"Really?"
"Yes, really. Now get off of me so we can get started."
"No."
"What do you mean, 'no'?"
"I'm keeping you right where you are." Knockout hissed, eyeing the jet like he was a goblet of the highest grade energon. "Let's see if you can handle letting me take charge."
"Don't push your luck, ground crawler." The silver plated Con warned. "I am the Lord and Master here."
"Which is exactly why you are so delicious when under my servos." The smaller mech sat back, grinding his hips downward in a playful yet tantalizing motion, making the other squirm involuntarily. "All your power and authority, tamed by my touch."
"Knockout..." He growled through gnashed dentals, trying to keep his anger in check. "I swear to the Allspark..."
"Now now, talk like that isn't going to build our trust. Will it, Master?"
He received no verbal reply. Just a dangerous narrowing of optics that Knockout wasn't sure how to decode. Daring to loosen his grasp on the other's immobilized talons the medic rearranged the thin wrists so that he could hold them both with one servo, smirking to himself when he was not met with any resistance. Starscream's arms remained loose and pliable. When he felt confident, he turned his attention back to the mech beneath him, daring to trace a tip of his own sharp digit along the jet's shut tight jaws.
The former Air Commander sneered as the pin point tickled under his chin.
"I haven't given you my consent." He growled, not willing to submit without reasserting some of his authority. Yet will alone wasn't enough to hide the flush creeping over his body.
Already Knockout could feel the slightest hint of the thrumming energy of an aroused spark.
"Not with your mouth, you haven't."
The servo traced lower, fingers trailing down the silver throat and over the gentlely rising chassis. Bluish smears of energon, leaked from his own chest, were drawn into tiny rivers as the red mech traced with surgical precision over old scars that not even the most rigorous of buffing could remove. He felt the tremor sweep through Starscream's body. Such a fragile touch and already the arrogant Con was melting.
"However, your body seems to tell a different tale." He mused as he pawed lower, firming up his touches with the palm of his hand over the navy plating of the jet's pelvic plate.
Starscream exhaled, optics squeezing shut as the sensation of his future Second's ministrations sent his head lulling back. He could hardly concern himself with Knockout's disrespect when the slightest of stimulation set his engines rumbling. While not exactly in the position he would have desired, preferring their roles to be reversed, he couldn't find it in himself to speak up. It seemed the foolish brat had stumbled upon a marvellous solution to their plight. If he could manage to disregard such a brazen act of mutiny perhaps future encounters of such nature could teach the automobile some respect.
"Mmm, you're heating up nicely." The sound of Knockout's purr woke him from his thoughts.
Uttering a small groan, he tilted his helm up to regard the mech seated comfortably on top of him. Servo still wedged beneath their hips the medic's optics glowed a lustful firebrick as he massaged a slow circle over his captive's abdominal armour.
"Must have been ages since you've been so pleasantly handled."
Not wanting to dwell on such disappointing memories, the silver jet jerked away when Knockout leaned in to brush their lips together once more. He huffed his disapproval at such unecessisary vocalization.
"If you can't silence that trap of yours I'll call this off." He threatened. "You may have an infamous reputation, Knockout, but not even you and your talents could be worth the aggravation of your chattering."
"Oh they are, believe me." The sports car grinned as he took hold of his Lord's chin, tilting his helm back so that their mouths were once again a fraction apart.
"And I believe that's 'Commander Knockout', to you."
The brutally hard kiss stopped any indignant squawk that Starscream was sure to utter. The thin body arched against the red plated chest, joints seizing up as the initial response was to try and throw the damned automobile off, but any and all thrashing ceased when the medic tilted his head and deepened the lip lock with his glossa. As if the very wind was knocked from his wings, Starscream sagged to the floor of the bridge, mind numbing and circuits set ablaze as his treacherous Second shamefully seduced him.
Knockout wasted no time prying into his chassis with his free servo, working open the paneling that hid the pulsing liquid ecstasy of his Master's spark. Months of frustration and heated anger worked them into a dumb, sensation driven pile of limbs and lips and burning cores. Both desperate to feel the promise of hard pleasure and the much desired relief to follow.
Parting from the kiss long enough to admire the arousing glow emanating from the jet's chest, he cracked his own chamber allowing his essence to seep out. The silver Con bucked when it teased at his core, tossing his helm up and nosing into the smaller mech's collar, fastening his mouth on a tender seem and working it with his slick glossa. All but begging his future protege to go faster.
A groan escaped the red bot as the force of Starscream's spark lashed out to him and fangs followed glossa. His free hand squeezed down on the larger mech's throat in a dominating display, causing the other to gasp, lips parting from the stretch of white plating he was chewing. Their mouths crushed together clumsily and Starscream bit down hard on the medic's lip when it slipped past his dentals, growling ferally as he felt the retaliation rake down his wing. An amused chuckle followed the jet's pained grunt.
"Watch the paint next time, darling." Knockout licked his wounded lip.
"Release me," Starscream panted, voice raw from the pressure that had been against his throat. He rolled his hips up, bringing himself closer to that delicious warmth hovering just half a servo span away. "And I'll show you the talents I possess."
"Talents that had Megatron himself pining at your feet, no doubt."
"The very same." Came the wonton purr, from a mech who was obviously far too lost to the burn of his Second's spark to censor such sensitive information.
Grinning despite himself, Knockout decided against pressing the topic further and, instead, focused on the waves of pleasure radiating from his Master.
"I'll be sure to indulge you next time."
Reaching into the hard won crevice of Starscream's chassis, Knockout tore open the chamber containing the very center of his Lord. He was rewarded with a nearly hysterical shriek as the sensitive plating buckled slightly under such forceful prying. Riding his high of supremacy over the jet, he teased open his own chamber, watching with glowing crimson optics as the other mech practically shivered at the sight.
"Will you get on with it already?" Starscream choked and tugged once again at the servos restraining his own.
"As you wish, My Lord."
He bore down. Spark pressing against spark in a static frenzy. Pleasure racing like electrified fire over their structures.
Starscream twisted and jerked against his Commander, cursing abrasively as their cores thrummed in time with the grind of Knockout's hips against his own. The red mech nosed into the crook of his neck, groaning lustfully as his servo slipped into the jet's exposed chamber. Being a medic meant knowing where all the secret hot spots were, and there just so happened to be a tender little spot just beneath where the spark hovered.
He knew he found it when Starscream let out a most undignified holler, back arching and head lulling back. The unexpected sensation forced his systems to overload far quicker than Knockout would have liked but willing to follow the medic joined the jet, groans escaping unchecked as he rode the sensations. When the surges finally stopped, the bridge went silent except for the sound of their panting.
Their internal fans kicked in cooling their seared circuits, the core energy dissipating from their exhausted limbs leaving their structures glowing warmly. Knockout sighed wearily as he collapsed against the chest still trapped and heaving beneath him. Two muted clicks followed as their plating snapped closed, once again hiding their fluttering centers from one another. Far too tired to notice that his grip was slipping, the smaller Decepticon basked in lingering traces of his partner's essence.
"Now, if you would be so kind, my dear Knockout," Starscream's voice woke the medic from his afterglow. "Get....off....me."
Before he could move, the jet wrenched his servos free and locked them tightly around the automobile's throat, squeezing threateningly. Jolting back, the smaller mech clawed at the vice around his throat, optics wide as he mentally kicked himself for his blatant stupidity. What did he expect, after all.
Just as he thought to start begging for forgiveness Starscream released his vicious snare on his Second, dropping back to the bridge's floor with a half hearted groan.
"Uughh I'm too tired to deal with you now." The Decepticon Lord sighed as he nudged his palm against Knockout's chassis, urging him to get up.
Knockout complied, if only to save himself anymore sudden surprises and stood on shaky legs. Keeping his distance he did however offer a servo to his Master which Starscream took if only to drag his own sorry aft off the floor. When they were righted again the aspiring tyrant gave his Commander a quick once over, examining him like he was expecting to find something new or unexpected.
"You truly are insane. Or ingenious." He mused, a grin tugging at the corner of his mouth. "I have yet to figure out which."
"What can I say?" Knockout rubbed at his neck, trying to chase away the ache that lingered from Starscream's death grip. "I had a hunch it would work and I'm not often wrong when it comes to such important matters."
"So it seems." The jet moved closer, clawed servo pressing against red plating just below the mutilation as he leaned in, optics focused on the medic's parted, and nearly trembling, lips. He smirked at how the automobile still feared his touch. "You've yet to prove yourself a capable Commander. However, you've certainly proved your worth as my berth warmer."
"Give me a little time and I won't disappoint you."
"Of course you won't." The silver Con purred, closing in. "Even if you do you'll find ways of making it up to me."
He kissed Knockout lazily, content to let his glossa tease at the medic's lips. He pulled away just before they parted to invite him in, leaving the smaller mech frustrated and denied.
"Next time, I'm pinning you down."
"Of course. Anything you desire, Lord Starscream." The red sports car sighed, grinning up at his Master.
That is, if Knockout didn't manage to pin him first.
