Just A Taste

(18+ Scenes Ahead)

About twenty six minutes into the half hour, Edd is fully dressed and working on some homework on his bed. He’d taken off the bandage on his hand to let it air out a bit. Suddenly the doorbell rings and Edd practically jumps out of his skin at the noise. “Dear me!” He put a hand over his heart then walked to the door and opened it. “Greetings Kevin.”

Kevin grinned crookedly “Hey Double D. My Pops said I could sleep over if ya still wanna do that.”

Edd blushed and nodded as Kevin walked in “Um, yes, sure.” He closed the door then locked it. DD rubbed his neck “D-Drink?”

Kevin shrugged “Sure. Got any Coke products?”

Double D bustled over to the fridge “Um, I do believe we do…” He pulled out a Coca-Cola vanilla then turned around. He froze when he saw that Kevin was directly behind him and very close “Uh…”

Kevin gently grabbed the can from Edd and smiled “Thanks.” He took a step back, opened it then took a sip and headed to DD’s room.

Edd slowly closed the fridge then sagging against it “Oh Lord… This was a bad idea…” He whispered as he put a hand over his fluttering heart. DD walked into his room and saw Kevin lounging on his bed on his back with his phone above his face. “Comfy?”

Edd apparently startled Kevin because the jock accidently dropped his phone onto his face “Ow!” He sat up and rubbed his lip where it hit him, a frown on his face.

DD laughed behind his right hand as he walked up to the bed “Are you alright Kevin?” He asked with an amused smile.

Kevin tongued the inside of his lower lip “Dunno how, but I cut my lip.” he scowled at his phone that was in his left hand “Stupid phone…”

Edd sat down on the bed with an entertained look on his face “I do believe it was your fault for dropping your phone on your face, not the phone’s fault.”

Kevin snorted “Whatever Dweeb.” DD chuckled then pulled out his homework and continued to work on it. Kevin leaned over and looked at the paper “I can’t read upside down, what homework is that for?”

Edd shifted the paper so Kevin could see it “Botany class.” He turned the paper back and continued to write. “Writing a paper on Dionaea muscipula.” When Kevin looked at him like a confused puppy, he giggled “Venus Flytrap.”

Kevin huffed then rolled onto his back “English, thank you!” he chuckled “You should know I don’t know that scientific name crap.”

Edd hummed “True.” his lip quivered as he restrained a full on grin “But it is more amusing to see your face when I say the scientific name of something.”

Kevin took off his sunglasses to look at DD, his left eyebrow raised “Is that so?”

Edd didn’t look up as he continued to write “Mm, it is.” Edd looked up when he hear the bed creak and his face instantly flushed red.

Kevin was two inches from Edd’s face, a smirk on his lips and mischief in his eyes. “So, you find my face amusing do ya?”

Edd felt his throat run dry as he stuttered “I-I u-uh…”

Kevin put his left hand on Double D’d right thigh as he moved closer. Their lips about to touch when they both jolted; Kevin’s phone went off and the jock blushed in embarrassment at the music playing.

Kevin quickly dived for his phone and clicked the call button “Hello?” Kevin stood up and ran a hand through his hair. His face suddenly lit up “Dude! How’ve you been man? I haven’t seen you in years!” a couples seconds later Kevin laughed “Damn dude. You lucky bastard.”

Edd was still in shock from what was supposedly Kevin kissing him so he was blinking rapidly to try and get himself out of shock. He shook his head then looked at Kevin as he paced the room slowly, a grin on his face.

“Wait, really?!” Kevin laughed “That’s great man! When are you- Wait, you’re almost here?!”

DD furrowed his brow; who was almost here?

Kevin put his free hand on his hip “Aw man dude! That’s seriously awesome! I can’t wait to see ya!” Kevin suddenly had a disturbed look on his face “Dude, I really don’t want to hear about your sex life over a phone.” a couple moments later Kevin said exasperatedly “I don’t care if your parents don’t care! I don’t want to hear about it right now! No! Don’t do it! No- DUDE!” Kevin put a hand over his face, his cheeks flushed red “Come on man… I’m at a friends house right now…” he groaned in embarrassment.

Edd giggled behind his hand at how much the person on the other line was getting Kevin riled up. Kevin glared at DD and mouthed ‘Shut up’. Double D laughed then stuck his tongue out in response.

Kevin looked like he was about to say something but said to the phone “Oh, yeah i’m still here. Dude! Seriously stop! I really don- Wait, really? Damn…” a heavy red blush covered Kevin’s face “Shit man… Wow, that’s really flexible… And you left that ass in California? ” He walked over to the window, his free hand on his hip again. “Damn, he did that? Aw man, I’m sorry to hear that. Haha yeah that’s true.” Kevin turned around and looked at the floor as he started to walk around again “Yeah, I hear ya on that. Hey, get it while you can am I right?” he let out a laugh “Nah man, haven’t in awhile. Dude! Seriously?! I am not telling you over the phone when I last touched myself!” Kevin froze then glanced over at Edd who was red faced and looking down at his work but not writing anything. He ran a hand down his face again then said “Hey, hey dude, du- Shut up for a minute will ya? Ima let you go. You’re gonna be here around when?” he looked over at the clock then back down “Huh, yeah I guess we could try and meet up later tonight. You said two right? Damn that’s late but yeah, sounds good. I’ll set an alarm.” Kevin listened for a moment then nodded “Yeah, see ya then. Bye.” He lowered his phone and ended the call. Kevin slowly looked over at Edd “Um…” Edd couldn’t stop it, he just suddenly burst out laughing, tears collecting in his eyes he was laughing so hard. Kevin frowned “What’s so funny?”

Edd giggled as he tried to stop laughing. He wiped his eyes then grinned “I don’t think I have ever seen so many emotions go through your face in a matter of minutes Kevin. Nor have I heard such an amusing one side of a conversation. A friend of yours I presume?”

Kevin rubbed his neck “Yeah, he moved to California a while back, he used to live in the county over.” He sat back down on the bed “He want to meet up when he gets here later tonight.” Kevin clicked his tongue “You… wanna come meet him? He’s a pretty fun guy, very um… I guess the word would be flamboyant?”

DD chuckled “He sounds entertaining. Sure, why not?”

Kevin grinned “Great! Trust me, you’ll like him.” He went over to the nearby desk and picked up his soda then took a long drink from it.

Double D smiled then went back to his homework. Kevin pulled his bag into the bed and started on his own homework. Edd thought it was secretly adorable how Kevin would make noises when he got frustrated with something. He would let out short grunts and groans, or the jock would chew on the end of his pencil if he was stumped but didn’t want to ask for help. Two hours later, Kevin seemingly finished with his homework and grabbed his cap then laid down with his head against Edd’s leg. He pulled his cap over his face and folded his hands across his stomach. Double D looked up from his history homework as Kevin got comfy against his leg “Um… Kevin?”

Kevin raised the cap enough to look over at Edd “Am I bothering you?”

Edd blushed and shook his head “N-No…”

Kevin grinned “Great. Wake me when your done or soemthin” He then pulled his cap back down.

Edd heard Kevin’s stomach grumble then he looked up from his work “Hungry?”

“Yeah…” Kevin rolled onto his hands and knees then crept forwards, a toothy smirk on his lips “I’m really hungry…” Kevin grabbed Edd’s papers from his lap then tossed them to the floor.

“U-Uh.. K-Kevin?” Edd widened his eyes at the predatory look in Kevin’s eyes.

Edd looked over at the clock “Wow. It is Ten Forty-Three. If I recall, I fell asleep around… Six? Maybe Seven…” He looked back over and looked over at Kevin’s sleep ruffled figure. His hair was mussed now that his hat fell off and his clothes slightly wrinkled. Before Edd could stop himself, his eyes wandered downwards to which he blushed heavily “O-Oh…”

Kevin sniffed then tilted his head “What?” he followed DD’s eyes then laughed “Oh, that. Whoops...?” Kevin rubbed the back of his head “Guess I should try to get rid of that. DD didn’t look up as he quietly said “W-Well…. S-Seeing as w-we are b-both in th-the same pre-predic-cament…”

Kevin blinked “Same predicament?” It took him a moment before his eyes widened “Wait, you’re…?”

Edd looked up with wide eyes then pulled his hat over his eyes and shook his head vigorously, drawing his knees up to his chest “F-Forget I-I said an-anything!”

Kevin studied DD for a moment then scooted up to him and crossed his legs “We… We can if you want to D.” he bit his tongue then continued “I mean, we don’t have to go far. Just like, sit next to each other and uh…. You know… Use each other’s hands or somethin?”

Kevin smiled crookedly “Nah, we’re both dudes. Far as I know all guys generally look the same.” he shrugged “Besides, like yesterday, this’ll help me get a feel of what it would be like being in a gay relationship.”

Edd was practically a tomato at this point “You… You want to do something like… that… with me? You’re s-serious?”

Kevin nodded “Yeah, I do.” he blushed and looked to his left “It’s up to you really. I won’t do anything you don’t want me to do.”

DD bit his lower lip in thought then looked down “I... Uh…”

Kevin chuckled then sat next to Double D then took his right hand into his left, running his thumb over the small marks from when he punched Eddy. “You know, I think it’s actually pretty hot that you punched Eddy. The twerp deserved it from what I heard.”

Edd slid down a bit and tried to disappear into his shoulders “O-Oh…”

The jock ran his thumb over Edd’s hand again then said “Do you want me to, um, take control and shit? Because if you want to but are too shy… I can start this. Kevin looked at Double D up and down, looking at his back that was currently facing him “Alright.” He got off the bed then headed into the shower.
