And here we are, thank you everyone who sticked around long enough to get here. It was a rather insightful experience to review old musings and find out old deficiencies, and now it's time for these two to have their fun with each other. Not much more to say but enjoy!

“Yes, you should! I mean… can I please shut up now?” Ben concluded as he realized him talking was not helping the situation at all.
“Of course you can!” said Gwen as she giggled; “I know you went thru a lot of effort on this date and did not mean to do anything that could ruin it, also other than that little shock this was a pretty fun date! Actually that best date I’ve had, not that I’ve had many but I’m quite sure I’ll remember this one!”
“Yeah, thanks for that, I guess talking is not my thing after all”
“Then do you want to do something that involves no talking at all?” said Gwen in a seductive voice as she shortened the distance between them.

“Hello kids? This is Astrid, can you hear me? The two way speaker system is back on so yell if you can!”
“Hey Astrid, back already?” Gwen asked.
“Not exactly, I’m talking to you with the remote system and my cell phone, I found an old friend of mine in town and we’re having dinner right now, I probably won’t be back until tomorrow so I just wanted to make sure that everything was fine there”
“Yeah, don’t worry about us, we’re fine!” more than fine she thought as she tightly held on her newfound love.
“Really? Where’s Ben? He should be kicking a fuss right about now”
“I tied him up and sealed his mouth shut so he would stop ranting” Gwen said as she embraced him from the back and placed her hand on his mouth, getting her finger gently bit in response; “ouch! And he bit my finger!”
“Haha! You kids are by far the funniest ones I’ve had in quite a while, and you seem to be getting along just fine! I think you won’t have any problems staying there by yourselves so don’t turn off the TV, eat a lot of candies and stay up as late as you can”
“Shouldn’t you be telling us to do the opposite?” Ben asked as he struggled with Gwen to break free.
“You never do what you’re told right? Maybe it will work this time, I’m off then, have fun and good night!” she said conclusive as she ended the call.
“An old friend of hers huh? Call me crazy but that sounds a lot like a date” Gwen said in her usual inquisitive voice.
“Well, it’s not like she’s the only one at that, is she?”
“You got that right, and I’m sure hers is not half as fun as ours was”
They stared at each other for a brief moment before once again holding hands and leaving the mess hall, heading to their room, which by the way they did not mind sharing anymore, just like they did not mind sharing the big bed, as long as they had each other for cuddling of course.
“Ladies first?” said Ben in a somewhat forced gallant voice as he stepped aside to let Gwen get in first.
“This is the XXI century, ladies kick butt!” Gwen said quite literally, as she pushed Ben into the room with her foot on his back.
“Hey! No fair!”
“Everything’s fair in love and war! Didn’t you say that? Which one of those do you think this is?” she said seductive as she slowly approached him

“Yeah, I know, thanks for reminding me though”

“They look pretty much the same to me” said Max in a concerned voice.
“Look carefully Max” Astrid replied as she just let them be for a while, and while the struggle certainly was a familiar scenario, little after the quarrel they both of burst in laughter as Gwen threw herself over Ben who gently embraced and lift her.
“Ben, you really don’t want to fight Gwen?” asked Max.
“Why would I want to do that?”
“Yeah, why risk the humiliation of losing to a girl?” she cut his sentence, but her tone was nothing like her usual poking around to piss him off.
“You asked for it then!”
“That if you can catch me!” she gleefully showed him her tongue as she made a dash for it and sure enough he chased, yet both of them seemed to be pretty glad to keep the joke going.
“Whoa… Astrid I will never understand your methods, but I won’t argue the results, I can’t thank you enough for getting these two on the same side”
“Oh, I did absolutely nothing! They just needed to discover the great friend they can find in each other, right kids?”
“Right!” they replied at the same time as they held on each other.
“Allright then, time to keep going you two, we got some business to take care of, say goodbye and thanks to Astrid”
“Thank you Astrid! Those were two really fun weeks!” Ben yelled.
“I agree, it was a nice break and also quite enlightening, let’s just say I had never seen Ben the way I see him now!” Gwen said with her usual kind smile, thinking to herself about the way she really saw him now.
“Awwww, thank you! I know you two will be closer from now on, right?”
“Of course we will!” (WAY closer they thought as they slid a hand on each other’s waist, then smiled and headed towards the camper together, as a couple…)
“Well what do you know, maybe my methods are too good… not that it’s my business anyway, they know what they’re doing” Astrid said to herself as she caught a glimpse of their hands holding before hopping back on the camper; she just happily sighed and went back to her house, ready for her long-awaited break.
