Chapter 6: Ambush and Revelation
8, June 2017 AD, 7.32 AM (Earth's time)
Rose Quartz's destroyed ship. (Outside the orbit of Earth)
(Play Mass effect 2 Normandy crash site soundtrack)
Once the Crystal Gems teleported to ruined Rose Quartz ship. Once again the complete darkness greeted them. "Ugh, Guys...why it's so dark in here? Steven touches everything to find them.
"Probably the main generator is not working. Here, it will help." Pearl's voice says.
Her gemstone started to glow. Making the only source of power for them. "Better?" Pearl asks them.
"A lot." Amethyst rolls her eyes.
Pearl made the light power brighter. The whole room revealed for them. They are in a small room. A small heavily reinforced door is still intact.
"Get ready, behind that door could be anything," Garnet says.
She turned her head to Steven. "Would you gives us an honor?" Garnet says to Steven with a small smile on her face
"No problem" Steven replies rather confidently
Steven slowly walked to the door and whispered something to himself. He took the hold of the lever. He began to sweat terribly...he feels that behind the door that something awaits him.
"Oh, and be careful about "facehuggers!" I seriously don't want to see you be pregnant by them." Amethyst giggles.
"AMETHYST!" Steven screams, making him even more scared to open
Pearl and Garnet looked at Amethyst with serious faces. "What?...I really liked the movie." Amethyst shrugged her shoulders
About 5 years ago in one day of the Crystal Gems normal life. Amethyst suggested to watch "Alien" and "Aliens".
After that movie night. Pearl covered her face with the pillow for a full week because of her nightmares of "Facehuggers". Garnet didn't change and Steven...he mistook Centipeetle as the Queen of Xenomorphs and screamed for the flamethrower.
"Okay...Calm down Steven, It's just only abandoned ship...nothing supernatural about this." Steven whispers to calm his insticst down
Then he opened the door. Just a another dark abandoned corridors of the ship...great
"We should to reach the command bridge. That's where our answers" Pearl says
"Pearl is right, Crystal Gems. We should move" Garnet says
"As you say, Garnet." Steven says.
Some time of exploring the ship
They moved through the dark corridors and finally made it to the Elevator that leads to the bridge. Fortunately for them. Lift is still somehow works without any problems, they safely reached the command bridge. Everything is abandoned and desolated.
"Well...here we are...I will check the console" Pearl says
Pearl approached to the terminal and starts typing. She checks the files.
"This folder is empty"
"Stars..." Pearl cursed. She checks the others files. Everything is gone.
"Pearl, What's wrong? Steven approached to her.
"All files...all intel...it's all gone." She calmly and weakly slammed her fist, feeling her anger increases.
"Gone?" Garnet repeats
"Yes...it all deleted," Pearl confirms it.
"And where is rest of furniture? Gee, I never was on the rebel ships but I assure you, they at least had chairs... This bridge looks so empty as my bed." Amethyst looks around for anything
"True...this ship feels so empty." Steven feels something is not right. He then widened his eye as he realized.
Amethyst notices his behavior "You okay, Steve?"
"Do you not understand?...This wrecked ship is just a trap to lure us from the Earth."
"So are you saying that-?" Pearl words are interrupted when the sound of engines are getting closer
"It was a trap all along," Steven whispered to himself.
Amethyst ran to the large window and saw what's going on. A huge ship that is two times larger than Rose's appeared out nowhere...probably hyper jumped to Solar system. Amethyst narrowed her eyes and saw a Blue Diamond's Symbol of the Authority.
"It's Boogie Blue Diamond!" Amethyst exclaims.

Blue Diamond warship
"Target on sight, my diamond." The Bridge officer says
"Shoot this pathetic rebels down." He ordered
"Yes, my diamond..."
He contacts Gunner through his wrist computer. "Prepare the main cannon on that ship!" He orders
"Acknowledge" The Gunner replies trough her Gem-boy
The Gunner then aimed her laser cannon to the command bridge. She pushed the red button and the cannon that outside the ship's interior began to charge with unknown to Crystal Gems energy.
Rose Quartz's destroyed ship.
Steven saw how Blue Diamonds ship cannon starts to charge with blue energy,
he quickly turned to Amethyst to make sure she is safe from blast radious. "AMETHYST, LOOK OUT!"
"STEVEN, NO!" Both Garnet and Pearl screamed him to stay away.
Steven tried to rescue Amethyst but it was too late, the beam flew towards the bridge and caused a huge explosion. Both Amethyst and Steven hit by blast and Steven hit his head on the wall. He lost his consciousness.
Unknown place
Steven opened his eyes and inspected the area. He's on the moon somehow. He turned to see an Earth, that's is currently on fire. Then he turned around again and saw...Is homeworld on fire?
"How...how did' it happen?" Steven says to himself as he sees Homeworld.
"Because mutants are too weak to resist our ancient might. You and Arkay both know that." Says the dark voice.
"Who-?!" Steven turns around to one speaking. He doesn't see him.
Steven summons his sword.
"Show yourself!" He screamed at every direction.
Then he hears some heavy footsteps. "Why...will it make you more brave?" The dark feminine voice speaks again.
"No, I just tired of unanswered questions. I want answers" Steven says
"Well then..." The footsteps became louder "But tell me...what are you afraid of the most?"
"Why do you care?"
"Because..."
She appeared in front of him. "I'm your worst nightmare, Lord Silicon."
Steven looks at her and the fear invades him. Steven is terrified by her appearance. She wears a dark robe. He wears a similar mask from the Emperor's picture. But this one is more ancient. He looks some kind of Priest of ancient Civilization.
"And remember: The Destroyers will come back...and our revenge will begin" Then she disappears into thin air.
"Steven!" He hears Pearl's voice somewhere.
Back again to reality.
Steven opened his eyes, first thing, he notices that he is lying in the hallway. He noticed that Pearl bandaging his arm, failing as she got stuck with the paper not holding the wound properly. He tried to move, but due to wounds and damage. It too much pain to get up.
"Easy there Steven, You suffered a strong blast." Pearl laid her hand on his chest.
"Don't worry, I can handle it...and I can heal myself remember?"
He licks his hand and touches his wound but it only gives him more pain rather than healing. "Ahhh!" He screamed as his saliva gives him more pain "How...How I can't heal myself?" He becomes worried
"I don't know. I can't summon my spear either." Pearl explains
"Let me help you." Peal helped him to stand up. Once he is on his feet, he looked around. There are in some kind of corridors of the ship. The most important that Amethyst and Garnet are absent.
"Where are others?" He asks
"They currently are holding back Blue Diamond's forces on the other side of the ship. We have a chance to escape."
Steven looks at her with the confused expression "What do you mean?"
"This ship contains an emergency warp pad on hangar level!" She looked out from the corner "You and I could-"
Steven grabs her arm to stop her "You and me?! What about Garnet and Amethyst? We can't just leave-"
"We have a serious situation right know, Steven! Blue diamond attacked us because of you...He's trying to find you...not us."
Steven scratches his head "Let's just begin from the start. What happen when I was hit by the blast?"
"Blue Diamond sent some soldiers to deal with us. Luckily for us we easily defeated them. One of them surrendered to us...so...we took him a hostage." Pearl crossed her arms
"Have you questioned him?"
"We are...he said that Blue Diamond want's your gemstone in order to proof that the Legacy of Rose Quartz is dead. It will be a lot safer to bring you back to Earth. Garnet and Amethyst agreed that they will cover for us until we will be able to leave the ship."
"And what after that?" Steven asks her.
Pearl closed her eyes and began to think. Then she opens her eyes with disappointment "I don't know really. But our main thoughts is to bring you back to Earth"
Steven is surprised by her personality changing "Pearl. We can't abandoned Garnet and Amethyst. They are like fam-"
Pearl then lunges forward and embraces him to confront him like that. Steven hugs her back, still having anger in him
She then whispers to him. "I understand you anger, Steven. but there is nothing we can do. They are giving a chance to escape the ship and We can't let Homeworld to capture you."
As Pearl released him from her embrace. Then she gives him a quick kiss on the cheek. "I'm always with you, Steven...you always can count on me. I promise that we will save them."
Steven sighed in defeat. "Fine...but we should-"
Out nowhere, the two Blue Diamond's soldiers rushed to the corridors and noticed them. "It's him!" Screamed Blue Female soldier.
Both Pearl and Steven ran up to cover. Two soldiers did the same thing and started shooting from their modified Homeworld's rifles.
"Here, take this." She tossed him a rifle.
Steven examines it "What is that?"
"Some kind of Homeworld's ranged weapons. It works same as human's weapons." Pearl exclaims, pressing her head against the wall.
Steven left his cover and managed to shot one of them. The soldier fell dead and poofed into, his gemstone shattered by the shot. The other one retreated.
"Not bad, Homeworld. Not bad at all" Steven compliments about the Homeworld's new weaponry.
Pearl left and gestures to follow her "Come on, the elevator should be not that far."
Unfortunately, the corridors were filled with soldiers and they had to get to the Elevator with the shooting.
Then they finally got to lift, Pearl pressed the call button but nothing happened. "Come on! why is not working." Pearl mumbled under her nose.
She pushed a button again, this time it gives something "Access denied, please use ID Card Authorization in order to open this door."
"OH, you mean this card..." Pearl and Steven turned around to face their opponent. This Gem looks a like a commander of Blue Diamond's flotilla. He wears Homeworld's outfit with Blue Diamond's insignia on her chest.
"Captain "Blue" I presume?" he taunted him
The Blue Commander narrowed her eyes "You have the sense of humor for a human...but do you have guts to fight the Gem of the Great Homeworld?!"
Steven dropped his rifle and pulled out his sword that he found on the ship's corridors.
"How about we just move along and-"
Steven was interrupted by commander's sudden attacked. Steven easily repelled her attack without Pearl's help. He punched her in the stomach and counterattacked her. The Blue commander was stunned and nearly lost her blue sword.
"Not bad...for a human." She taunts.
"You really underestimate us, Homeworlder. Earth is now stronger than you thought."
"We will see who is stronger!" Blue Commander grolwed
Blue Commander then charged at him but Pearl deflected her attack by Pearl's sword that she found on the ship. Pearl then sliced Commander's gem. It didn't poofed her but let some serious damage.
Commander began violently twitching and grunting in pain. "ImpresZZZsive, Pearl. YouZZZ" She twitches more.
She pulled out her stimpack and injected it inside her Gemstone. The crack disappeared. After that, she stopped twitching and stuttering "For a Pearl, you can fight...but can you fight the technology of Homeworld?!" She prepared her sword.
"We see about that." Steven says
"indeed...We will see!" She prepared to attack him
Meanwhile on Blue Diamond's Command ship
The Elevator's doors open for the bridge officer. He double speeds her walk to the command bridge. "My diamond, we are..." she stopped as she realized that Blue Diamond is absent on command bridge.
"Where is he?" she asks her fellow crew
"He got angry that nobody reported him about completing the mission so he decided to kill rebels by himself." Says the Navigator.
Bridge officer rolls her eyes "Great. Why I even bother with this?!"
"I feel the same, mam"
Her computer started making alert noises. "Picking something on long range scanner... undefined cruiser...10 times bigger than our warship...it's..."
The navigator widens as she read the name of the ship.
She got up from her seat and screamed "IT"S THE EXECUTOR!"
"BRACE FOR EVASIVE MANEUVERS!" Bridge Officer orders.
Inside the Gemirian Executor
"Blue diamond warship on the sight." The gunner says
He turns him to Carnelian. "Orders?"
"You know the drill, Gunner." Carnelian crossed his arms
"Yes my lord, preparing the main cannon!" Gunner directs his gaze to his computer
The gunner charges the big cannon that it's bigger than Blue Diamond's. When the screen showed 100% of cannon's readiness. The Gunner begins the countdown through the loudspeaker "The death ray will fire in five...four...three...two...one...FIRING!"
He pushed the button and the main cannon fired a laser and it hits the warship directly into the engines. The ship exploded in a matter of seconds and created a big wave of the explosion, shaking Rose Quartz's ruined Ship and a little bit of Executor.
The Crew of Executor cheered in victory as they see how the clutches of warships floating away from each other.
"Good job, Gunner. You will be promoted today." Carnelian applauds him
"Thank you, my lord."
Carnelian turns to Redstone. "I deal with Blue Diamond myself, while your troops will deal with rest of his soldiers."
"Of course." Redstone salutes
Back again to Rose Quartz ship
The Blue Commander aimed his prepared his weapon. Then the ship starts shaking. He lost his grasp and forgot about the Crystal Gems.
"What was that?" she asks himself
Then, Pearl attacked and slice commander's right arm and pierced her sword through Commander's armor. She fell on the floor...but didn't poofed.
"Good riddance," Pearl growled
She then grabbed ID Card Authorization from her pocket and walked up to the Elevator in order to open it. While she doing this.
Steven decided to inspect her body. When he touched her left arm. Commander once again opened her eyes. "Do...Y-You...ser-...ously...think...that...you will...defeat...us?" He grunted in pain.
"No...I will finish what my mother started and Gems once again will be free from the tyranny and live in peace!"
"Ty...ranny of... *cough* what? Diamond...*cough* Authority gave us *cough* true...meaning...but...you shouldn't be...*cough* worrying about them. You should *cough* worry about "false Emper...*very hard cough*
"A what?" Steven didn't get what she heard.
Blue Commander begins atrociously coughing
"I will try to heal your gemstone. Hold still" Steven licked his hand to heal her gemstone
"No!" She screamed. Momentarily she pulled out her plasma grenade and removed safety lever "I will never let a defective mutant to heal me."
Grenade began to tickle, Pearl quickly grabbed Steven and pushed her with him away. The grenade exploded, shattering Comander's gemstone into million pieces. Steven got up on his feet and looked whats left of her. Steven fells sadness that he didn't convince her otherwise. How can Diamond Authority do this to own people?
Pearl placed her hand on his shoulder. "Come on, Steven, there is nothing we can do to her."
Steven didn't say anything in response; instead, he approached to an elevator with Pearl and pushed a button to Hangar level. The doors closed and lift moved.
(Inside the Elevator)
Steven looks at Pearls "Do you have anything to communicate with Garnet or Amethyst?"
"Sadly, no." Pearl says quietly
"Too bad." Steven mumbled under his nose
He remained silent for a moment, not knowing what to say to his Pearl. He only now saw Pearl's brutality.
"Pearl?"
"Yes, Steven?"
"The way you stabbed her. I see that you experienced it more than ones, Am I right?"
Pearl closed her eyes. "I did, I killed Green Pearl during the rebellion...never forgot her face when I stabbed my spear into her gemstone."
"How it felt like?" Steven asked, due to he never killed anyone.
"A painful experience...but during the war, you will get over it."
"Wow" He became silent after her background history, poor Pearl.
He changes his topic "So...Pearl...I need to know. Why it's going on? We thought that Yellow Diamond will come to Earth."
"I...I really don't know. We did kill previous Yellow Diamond. But for 5000 years, the Homeworld could recruit new Diamonds.
"I presume that my mother experienced this situation?"
"Many times, Steven. And you just like her. Repeating her actions" She blushed.
He noticed her blush. This is where he wants to ask her a serious question."Pearl. I want to ask something. I noticed your strange behavior when I near you. Do is that mean you...you have feelings to me?
Pearl blushed but smiled to him. "Of course, I do. I expect-"
"Not the motherly love. But as the other one" Steven corrects her
Pearls blush even hard. She crossed her arms and tries to come up with the answer. "I-I-I-" She nervously stutters
"Because if you do. Then me too." Steven smiles
"You...you love me?" Pearl shyly asks.
"Pearl. You always helped me. You always supported me. You lost everything you loved. I know that you have feelings for me...and I can love you back...for you."
He then kissed her cheek. He looked at her again. She is still blushing, her lips are quivering but she...smiles. This is important to him: her smile.
"Steven" She touched his cheek. The sadness appears to her.
A small tear comes down from her eye "You deserve a better person than me. My time off loving is over."
"Don't say like that. You still pretty young for your age. 5000 years or more is nothing. I know that it can be weird that I'm 19 years old. But I don't care. There is can be a love between two people from other planets." Steven held her hand and gently squeezed.
She smiles at him again. She placed the other her hand to his. "Once everything will calm down. We will need to have a private talk. Without Garnet or Amethyst...just you and me."
"Okay," He simply says.
They still smiling at each other. They both stars leaning to each other. They about to kiss but the elevator made a ting noise.
"Hangar level," said Elevator's AI voice
They both looked away from each other and drew attention to their mission. They faced the door...preparing their weapons.
"We here...be ready, Steven."
"Of course, my Pearl"
Meanwhile one Hangar lower than Pearl and Steven currently in
"Sir? Why are we supposed to be here?" Asked one his soldiers.
"We are supposed to guard this place if Crystal will try to escape," Says the commander.
"Alright then" Solider replies
Then the sounds of the shuttle are coming closer. Then the shuttle flew to the hangar and landed.
"Finally. We waited for..."
The shuttle opened his main hatch. All soldiers made in the defensive stance as Carnelian left the shuttle.
"Expected for the reinforcements? Too bad" Carnelian hissed at them.
Then he pulled out his sword. The runes on his blade ignites and the smoke effect appears on his blade. He then lunges at Blue Soldiers.
Back again to Steven and Pearl
The Elevator doors opened and they got out of it. The Hangar itself looks pretty abandoned. Nothing but destroyed ships.
Steven narrowed his eyes feeling the trap "Are you sure this hangar has an emergency warp pad?"
"It does, it was designed for pilots...but works for normal gems as well," Pearl explains to him
Suddenly they heard someone laughing and clapping. They both prepared their weapons
"Show yourself!" Pearl shouted
Blue Diamond himself appeared in front of him. An evil grin on his face. "You managed to kill one of my best commanders. Impressive...son of Rose Quartz!" Blue Diamond hisses.
Steven aimed prepared his weapon, but it was too late. The Blue Commandos managed to sneak behind them and toss a flash light grenade to him. Both Steven and Pearl were blinded. then he could feel how Commandos pinned him down and handcuffed him.
"Check them!" Screamed one of them.
The commandos soldiers searched them and found nothing specific. "Human and Servant are cleared, my Diamond." Blue soldier says
Blue Diamond smirked "Good" He made one step "Good." He whispers
He walked over to Steven and looked at him. Blue Diamond narrows his eyes "Hm...A hybrid of human and Gemirian?...This defiantly will be in our history book of the Empire."
He then turned his attention to Pearl. "Ah...White Pearl herself...it's been more than 6000 years since the last time White court saw you. White Diamond will be so happy to see you again." Blue grins.
"I will not come back to her or him. I choice a freedom from him and Rose Quartz helped me with that." Pearl hisses to him.
He just smirked at her statement and crossed his arms. "Pearl, Pearl, and Pearl. Remember your Kindergarten? Activate zero, one, five and four: Emergency deactivation of the unit."
When the Pearl heard the code. She starting fells the strong pain in her gemstone. She starts violently twitching. "I...(ZZ) will...re(ZZ)sist..." She stutters.
She turned her head to Steven, looking at him with worried face
"Pearl?" Steven worriedly asks
A small tear travels to her jaw. "I- love ZZZ" Then she closed her eyes. She fell on the floor and didn't move.
Steven becomes angry at Blue Diamond. "You...do you know what you did!" He hissed at Blue Diamond.
Blue Diamond grins "Don't worry, she is just deactivated. But you should worry about your life than her."
Steven threateningly looks at him "What do you want from us?"
Blue Diamond looks at him then at his soldiers "A vengeance for the brothers and sisters that died by Rose Quartz! And your gemstone will be a proof that rebellion is over...but before you die. I have a question..." Blue Diamond leaned to him "Where is Purple Diamond?!"
"Never heard of that one!" Steven hisses
One of the Commandos punched him right into his face. "Wrong answer, deflective!" Commando soldier snarled.
Blue Diamond becomes angry "Lier! We both know that GRA and Crystal Gems were allies during the war."
"I SAID, I DON'T KNOW. I don't know what is GRA and who is Purple Diamond!" Steven exclaimed at Blue Diamond
Blue Diamond narrowed his eyebrows "That's how going to be huh?...well then."
He gestured his soldiers to bring hostages. "Let's play a game...if you are not going to tell Purple Diamond's location, then..."
The Blue Commandos pointed to the prisoners. Steven saw them and became even more worried is: It's his friends, Amethyst, Ruby, and Sapphire. They all look like they were tortured.
"One of them will die, now...tell me where is Purple Diamond?" He hisses.
Steven closed his eyes and tried to not cry. He wishes that he is just sleeping.
"HEY! I AM ASKING YOU AGAIN...WHERE IS PURPLE DIAMOND?" Blue Diamond shouts.
Steven looks at him "I-don't-know." He hisses
Blue Diamond hushes in disappointment "So be it. Choice the one...who will die."
Steven looked at them. Sapphire is crying, Ruby and Amethyst are looking at him with a worried face.
"It's okay. If you die...then I will too." Ruby sweetly says to Sapphire.
Amethyst looks at both them with pity.
Then she decides "You know what Steve? Choose me, I may come back as tall as Jasper." Amethyst smirked.
"Are you sure?" Sapphire calms down a little bit.
"Yeahhh!" Amethyst sing as she tries to be positive.
"That's very noble from you, Amethyst. Thank you." Sapphire quietly says
"It's not fair, Sapphire. She deserves-" Ruby snaps
Blue Diamond looks at them "That's too bad actually, I hoped that Previous Blue Diamond would happy to see you again, Sapphire and Ruby. You could play games and show your affection to her. She may forgive both of you for betraying him" Blue Diamond came behind them.
Then he gazed at Steven. "The Time has passed...Choose now…" He laid his hands on Ruby's and Sapphire's heads.
"Do it, Steven," Amethyst says.
He exhaled "I'm so sorry" Steven calmly says.
"It's okay...Hey, at least it has never been boring with you, Steveman."
Steven smiled and nodded to her. Then he turned his head to Blue Diamond. "I choose, Amethyst."
"Well...guess previous Blue Diamond will be bored" Blue Diamond comments to himself
He turns around to leader of his division "Kill her." Blue orders
"Yes, my Diamond." The leader of the commandos walked up to Amethyst and aimed at her head. Steven, Ruby, and Sapphire closed their eyes to not see how their friend will die.
Then they all heard a gunshot. *Baam*
10 seconds passed by and Steven opened his eyes to check what is going on. Amethyst is still alive and Leader of Commandos shot one of his soldiers instead of Amethyst. That soldier felled on the floor and poofed.

"WHAT HAVE YOUR DONE? ARE YOU INSANE?" Blue screams at the leader.
The leader soldier turned to him...slowly. He is twitching violently. "I...can't...control...myself...something...piercing...my...mind." He grunts.
Others Commandos aimed at their leader. But soon after, they started to feel the same thing. They started screaming for help. Blue diamond started to shake in fear as his soldiers screaming for mercy.
Blue Diamond becomes worried "What kind of magic is this?" he said in fear.
"The one you will never understand."
Both Steven and his friends turned theirs head to one who is talking. A tall gem same height as he and Pearl. He wears dark crystal made armor. His mask and hood covers his real identify. His left arm is filled with dark smoke, while right arm is holding a strange sword. Behind him is Colonel Redstone who is watching how Blue Diamond soldiers are still screaming for the help. He then squeezed his hand and all Blue diamond soldiers cracked their neck. They felled to floor and poofed, their Gemstones shattered somehow.
"You!" Blue Diamond exclaimed.
Blue Diamond pulled out his sword and lunged at Carnelian. Carnelian deflected his attack very easily. With one swing with his dark sword: he breaks the Blue Diamond's sword.
Blue Diamond began nervously walking backward away from him. He pulled out his pistol and starts shooting at Carnelian. The masked Gem deflects his bullets easily. He then extends his left hand forward. Blue Diamond stopped firing and stands still. He nervously shakes his body...trying to resist his powers.
Carnelian approached to Blue Diamond, he looks up and down to his victim. "Do you know the material of this sword?" The masked Gem asks his prey.
"N-NO!" Blue Diamond screams.
"The ancient dark crystal. This one can cut everything with slight touch." Carnelian explains him
"What-is-happening-to-me?" Blue Diamond grunts
"You forgot that I know the old secrets of Gemstones. I can easily destroy their mind. And so yours." Carnelian pointed his sword to Blue Diamond's hooded head.
"No, you can't because I Blue-"
Carnelian extends his hand to him again. Blue Diamond starts choking violently, He fell on his knees and grabbed his neck. choking himself by Carnelian's ability to manipulate host's bodies.
"I waited for this long ago...and now...you are nothing but a broken Diamond!" Carnelian squeezes his hand to make Blue Diamond chock harder himself.
"Diamond...Authority...will...never...fall." Blue says his last words.
Carnelian stabs his right through his armor. Blue Diamond made his final gasp and closed his eyes. Carnelian pulled his sword out and kicked Blue Diamond's body to the ground. He poofs instantly
"It already fell" Carnelian checks his sword.
Then he pull it back to his holster. He grabs Blue Diamond's Gemstone "And again...the Authority once again loosed another one. There still three diamonds left in order to complete my mission." He whispered to himself.
Once everything calmed down. Carnelian approached to Steven. He knelled down in front of him and examines him for 30 seconds. "I heard impressive rumors about how you and Crystal Gems made Homeworld too much paranoid." Carnelian smirks
"Well...What can i say? It's their problem." Steven says
"It does" The masked Gem comments
Colonel Redstone approached to Carnelian "Sir, what about this four gems?"
"Transfer them to the Executor, but don't kill them." Carnelian orders.
When he hears his words. He becomes worried "What are you going to do to them?"
"They are will be good evidence of Authority's brutality." Carnelian says to him
Steven notices that he has same black pupils just like his. "Tell me...What is your name, human?" He asks him.
"Why do you care?" Steven hisses
"Because you should always know the enemy's face," The masked Gem says
"I'm Steven Quartz Universe...and yes…I'm Rose Quartz's son."
Carnelian smiled "I already know that, Steven. You have a Rose Quartz gemstone. It still amazes me that you are a hybrid of human and Gem. This totally proves that Gems are an organic race."
"Just tell me already, what do you want from us?!"
"Steven...We both lost the dearest ones in our life...How do you feel when your own daughter betrays you...Aura Quartz betrayed me like a dog"
"You mean..." Steven widen his eyes "Who are you?"
"A very Good question." Carnelian stands up
He turns and tooks off his mask and his hood. Then he turns around to Steven, revealing his true idenfity.
He looks pretty young. He has gray skin...and he has same dark pupils as Steven's. He has black straight down hair. He doesn't looks like an ordinary Gem or Diamond. He is something...more
"I am Emperor Carnelian Serdolik. The founder of Gem Empire and Gems themselves. I am father to Rose Quartz and Aura Quartz."
He placed his hand on Steven's shoulder and smiles "It's good to finally see you...my grandson."
Steven widened his mouth "Oh no..."
