Chapter 06 – Blue in the Lagoon
Just when Jackson thought he could relax, life just happened to have slapped him across the face.
Jackson was sitting outside the school, sitting on one of the bleachers of the football stadium of the school. It was one of his favorite thinking spots, and he was definitely in some deep thinking.
It had been two weeks since the events of the Necrolauge virus had infected the school, and since Jackson saved the entire student body by going down to the Catacombs and getting the Red-Blue Dragon Lily. Despite his tries to remind everyone that Operetta helped, everyone, including Operetta, were all convinced it was Jackson that saved the day.
When Jackson came to school after being released from the hospital, he was given pretty much a big hero’s welcome. And when it comes to Monster High, big means BIG!!! There was an entire school-wide party, and even an award ceremony where Jackson got a medal from Headmistress Bloodgood. It was all a thrilling experience, at least for the most part.
Just as Operetta had asked, Jackson told his family of the true reason why he had created the potion to split himself from Holt. Not surprisingly, his friends were all eavesdropping and heard the confession as well. They were all shocked that Jackson would even think of committing suicide, but Jackson tried to comfort them by saying that all those thoughts were now banished from his mind. He had too much to live for – his family and his friends. They all meant the world to him, and he knew now that he did indeed belonged with them.
Despite him telling everyone to treat him as they always had, it was kind of obvious that they were trying to make up for lost time. One thing Jackson learned was that Monsters, especially teenage ones, were horrible at hiding their good intentions. He could tell when they were being extra nice, but honestly didn’t mind. It just reminded him of how much they truly cared for him, and how much he cared for them. Most of his friends and family seemed to have gotten past the shock and were moving on, all but a few.
Despite them coming to terms, Manny Taur was having trouble getting past the fact that Jackson had tried to kill himself. He blamed himself a lot because he had been Jackson’s main bully since coming to Monster High. Heck, he was the one that told him time and time again that he didn’t belong in the school and that he preferred Holt over him when they were still together. He spent most of his time now secluded from everyone else, even his little sister. It tore Jackson to see Manny blaming himself so much. He would not deny that Manny did play an essential part in the building to his suicide attempt, but he had gotten past that and did not blame him for it.
It was worse however with Holt. Being Jackson’s former-alter ego, the two of them still held a sort of emotional/mental link between them. It was faint and often hardly ever worked, but if they concentrated hard enough, they can feel what the other is feeling. Holt had been pulling away from Jackson, blaming himself incredibly for Jackson’s suicide attempt. As much as he hated it, he had to admit that before they split he did not care much Jackson. He disliked that he was stuck with a boring normie side, and sometimes even despised Jackson. When they split up, Holt was shocked that Jackson would do that, just to let him be free of his “boring normie side”. Holt felt like a dick then, realizing that Jackson had split up for him. Now, he felt even worse. Jackson didn’t make the potion just to split them apart, he made it because he cared about Holt and didn’t want to kill him. Holt felt like a horrible being, feeling that he had caused Jackson to be as unhappy as he was back then. He hardly spoke to anyone now, especially Jackson.
Jackson was worried about Holt and Manny, and knew that he had to figure something out to help them. Of course, that would be easier there weren’t other problems rising in the school.
“Jackson?” a curious voice called from the side. Jackson jerked up, and looked to see Frankie, Toralei, Cleo and Operetta all walking towards him.
“Oh, hey ghouls, what’s up?” Jackson asked as he leaned on the bleachers.
“We’ve been looking for you, that’s what’s up,” Cleo replied as she sat next to their shared boyfriend.
“Is everything okay Jackson?” Frankie asked as she sat on the other side of him.
Jackson sighed. “Just thinking about everything that’s happened,” he replied, looking at the sky. “I need to figure out what to do about Manny and Holt.”
“What about those two?” Operetta asked.
“They’re blaming themselves for my…you know,” Jackson replied. He was never comfortable talking about his attempt to take his own life. The only reason he was able to tell anyone else was because Operetta had his back.
“So what do you plan to do about them?” Toralei asked.
“I don’t know,” Jackson replied. “I mean, I tried talking to them, but every time they see me they rush off. Even though we live together, Holt pretty much spends most of his time in his room. He hasn’t touched any of his music stuff in over a week and I’m really getting worried about him.”
“Yeah, we know how you feel,” Frankie replied. “Lagoona hasn’t been doing that well either.”
Jackson nodded. He had nearly forgotten that after the events of the Necrolauge, Gill’s parents had pulled through with their threat of pulling him out of Monster High. Since then, Lagoona had been a bit of a mess, missing her boyfriend greatly.
“Hmm,” Jackson hummed as he thought. “Sounds’ rough. Me and the guys have been trying to get in touch with Gill but he isn’t responding to any of our calls.”
“Yeah, and he hasn’t called back to Lagoona,” Frankie replied. “We’ve tried talking to her, but she doesn’t really want to listen to any of us. How can Gill’s parents be so…so…”
“It’s because they’re hardwired like that,” Jackson replied. “Let’s face it ghouls, the relationships between different monsters species hasn’t really improved until relatively recently. I mean, sure Monster High has been around for a long while, but back in the ancient times, there was some pretty strong hate between monsters because of their species. Humans aren’t that different actually. Back in older times, there were some serious prejudices against people of different religions, races, ethnicities, and a lot of other stuff. Even though most beings have moved on from that, there are still monsters and people that still hold grudges against each other.”
“He’s right Sug’,” Operetta replied. “Some people or monsters can never change, and there’s really not much we can do about it now.”
“Yeah,” Frankie sighed sadly. “I just wish there was something we could do for Lagoona.”
“I know how you feel Frankie,” Jackson replied, placing his hand on the ghoul’s shoulder. “But I think the best thing to do is just to wait and be there for her when she needs us.” The girls all nodded back to him. “Well, I need to go. I need to get something from my gym locker.” The girls all said their goodbyes to their boyfriend as he walked off the bleachers.
Jackson walked back to the school. He knew the layout of the school pretty well, so he knew all the quickest routes around, and the quickest route to the boy’s locker room was through the pool room.
“Hello? Anyone here?” Jackson called as he opened the door to the pool room. It was completely empty. Jackson walked into the room, not really paying attention to anything. If he did, he probably would have seen the thin string laying low. “WAH!” Jackson tripped on the string. He tried to regain his balance, but instead opted for a quick dip in the pool.
SPLASH!
“Oh bite me,” Invisi Billy growled as he came out from behind the bleacher and saw Jackson fall into the pool. He ran over, and spotted the flailing normie in the pool. “I got ya Jackson, I got ya.” Billy reached down and helped Jackson back out of the pool. “Jackson! You okay bro?”
Jackson coughed for a minute as he wiped his face. “Dammit Billy, this is the second time one of your pranks bit me in the back. Don’t you ever check to see who’s coming before you prank them?”
“In my defense, I did not expect you to be coming in through the pool room,” Billy replied. “Boy Jackson, you’re all wet.”
“Thanks, I didn’t notice,” Jackson said sarcastically. “Aw dang it, I don’t have any extra clothes to change into.”
“I got some,” Billy replied. “I’ll get them real quick. I’ll be back!” Billy ran off, leaving the now soaked Jackson in the pool room.
“Oh brother,” Jackson said, rolling his eyes. “Well, it could be worse.” He decided it was bet to take off his wet shirt so he wouldn’t catch a cold. As he did, the sound of an opening door caught his ear. Jackson looked and spotted a certain sea monster coming along. “Lagoona?”
“*sniff* J-Jackson? *sniff*” Lagoona Blue said, trying to stop herself from sniggling. Her eyes were red and puffy and she had tear streaks down her cheeks. “W-What are you doing here?”
“One of Invisi Billy’s backfiring pranks ended up with me in the drink,” Jackson said with a sigh. “He’s getting me some extra clothes to change into.” He easily took notice of Lagoona’s appearance. “Are you feeling okay?”
“O-Oh. *sniff* Y-Yeah I’m okay Jackson, I just-just,” Lagoona tried to speak, but she could not stop the tears from falling once more. “Oh dear, I-I’m s-sorry. I-I-I-”
“Hey, hey there,” Jackson said calmingly, gently taking Lagoona’s hand and leading her to the bleachers to sit. “I’m guessing you still haven’t heard from Gil, huh?” Lagoona did not deny it this time. She shook her head and continued to cry. Jackson placed his hand on her back, gently patting it and comforting the sea-ghoul. “It’s okay, just let it out.”
“I-I-I just d-don’t know w-what to do Jackson,” Lagoona said through her soft cries. “I’ve tried everything I could think in contacting him other than just going to where he is, but I don’t know where that is. Not to mention he told me that his parents had been threatening to put a restraining order on me.”
“Okay, that is extremely harsh,” Jackson growled. “Seriously, I knew they were really prejudice against salt water monsters, but to go that far just seems cruel on both parts.” Jackson let out a soft sigh. “Well, I hope you know that we are all trying to help you as best we can – the guys, ghouls and me, we all want to see you happy again.”
“T-Thanks Jackson,” Lagoona said, feeling strangely calm from Jackson’s kind words. “By the way, I have to say it looks like all that casketball is really doing wonders for you. Never did I expect you to have a body like that. No wonder all those ghouls love ya so much.”
“Oh, heheh,” Jackson chuckled nervously. “Yeah I guess I have sort bulked up a bit in the last couple of months. But then again, a lot sure has happened.”
“I’ll say,” Lagoona replied. “Speaking of which, how are you doing since that whole Necrolague incident?”
“I’ve been fine, well mostly,” Jackson replied honestly. “Truth is, I’m more worried about Holt and Manny.”
“Holt and Manny?” Lagoona asked in confusion.
“Yeah, both have been trying their hardest to avoid me,” Jackson replied. “Ever since they found out about…well, you know.” Lagoona instantly nodded, knowing full well what Jackson meant. “Anyways, the two keep blaming themselves and I’ve been trying to tell them otherwise, but every time I get near them they run off avoiding me.”
“Sounds like they feel real bad over what happened,” Lagoona stated. “Looks like we both got problems with the people we care about.”
“Yeah, but at least we got the rest of our friends to help us through it,” Jackson replied, earning a surprised look from Lagoona. “Just remember Lagoona, you got a lot of people out there looking out for you, and we all want to help you. I promise.”
Lagoona stared at Jackson, honestly awed by his words. A small smile graced her lips as she nodded. “Thanks Jackson,” she said.
Jackson smiled back. “No problem Lagoona,” he replied.
“Hey Jackson!” Invisi Billy’s voice called. Jackson and Lagoona turned to see him running towards them with his arms full of extra clothes. “I got those extra clothes for ya.”
“Thanks Billy,” Jackson replied as he got up from his seat. “I’ll talk to ya later Lagoona. And remember, if you ever need to talk, just let me now.” He offered her one last smile before grabbing the clothes from Billy before walking off.
As Lagoona saw Jackson walk off, she saw a completely different person. It was no secret Jackson had changed recently, but not a lot of monsters including herself really took notice of the change. Now, she could see how much Jackson had changed besides in the physical sense.
oOoOoOo
Later that evening, Jackson was at home doing some studying in his room. That was until he heard his mother call, “Jackson! You got some visitors!”
“Coming!” Jackson called back. He exited his room and walked down the hall. He stopped and looked to the side, looking at the closed door of his brother’s room. He let out a defeated sigh before continuing downstairs. He walked past the living room to the kitchen where he spotted his mother talking with Operetta and Toralei. “Hey girls, you two ready for our study date tonight.”
“You bet Sug’, let’s get this party started,” Operetta said with a grin.
“I’m ready for a purr-fect evening tonight,” Toralei said with a cheeky grin.
Jackson’s mother giggled. “Well, it’s good for me to know that Jackson is in your capable hands. Have fun you three,” she said before leaving the kitchen.
“You two are horrible,” Jackson said, his words betrayed by the big grin on his face. “Come on, let’s go upstairs.” The two ghouls nodded and followed their boyfriend up to his room.
“Wow, so this is the Man Cave I’ve heard so much of,” Operetta said teasingly. “It’s very nice Jackson, I like it.”
“Thanks Operetta,” Jackson said as he closed the door. He stopped just before fully closing it to have one last look at Holt’s room before closing it and letting out another sigh.
“Is everything alright Jackson?” Toralei asked with concern.
“I’m just really worried about Holt,” Jackson replied honestly as he sat on his bed. “I mean, ever since I told him about…m-my suicide attempt, he’s done nothing but avoid me.”
“We know Sug’,” Operetta said as she sat next to him. “He just feels really bad about it and thinks it’s his fault.”
“I know,” Jackson replied. “I just wish there was some way to convince him and Manny that it’s not their fault and that I don’t blame them for any of this.” Jackson rested his head on his hands as he sighed. “I just want my brother back. All this is just leaving me with one killer headache.”
“Perhaps we could help,” Toralei said as she stood before Jackson. She grabbed his hands and pulled him up, only to reach and pull off his shirt.
“Toralei? What are you doing?” Jackson asked in confusion. The next thing he knew, his pants were on the floor and he was pushed on his stomach on his bed.
“You’ve been really stressed lately Jackson, so Operetta and I are gonna give you a nice massage,” Toralei replied before putting her hands on Jackson’s back.
“That’s not really nessesa-Oh!” Jackson’s words were cut off by Toralei’s surprisingly gentle and skilled hands began to work on his stress-filled back. “O-Okay…t-that’s kind of n-nice…”
“Wow Sug’, I didn’t know you were a skilled massager,” Operetta said as Toralei went to work on Jackson’s back.
“Meowlody was the one to teach me,” Toralei replied. “Trust me, she’s a master at this, and probably one of the reasons I did not get really bitchy back then.” She continued to work on Jackson’s back. “How are you feeling Jackson?”
“T-This f-feels am-mazing,” Jackson murmured as his mind melted from Toralei’s magical hands.
“You really got a lot of knots back here,” Toralei said as she worked on him. “You must have been really working hard lately and haven’t relaxed all that much. Well don’t worry your handsome head Boy Toy, I’ll make you feel a whole lot better.”
“Anything I can do to help?” Operetta asked.
“Well I got Jackson’s back, think you can handle his legs?” Toralei asked
“Sure thing,” Operetta replied as she moved down to Jackson’s exposed legs. Like Toralei, her gentle hands caressed and massaged Jackson’s legs.
“A-Ah! O-oh…” Jackson softly moaned as the two girls worked out the kinks in his body. These two ghouls easily worked on him, taking care of his sore body from any and all pain or tightness.
Toralei started from his shoulders and had been working her way down. She stopped when she reached his mid-back. She smirked mentally as she went over and straddled his back, facing Jackson’s boxers. At the same time, Operetta started with his calves and worked her way up to Jackson’s thighs. The two ghouls met each other’s eyes and nodded. With a swift yank, Operetta pulled off Jackson’s boxers, exposing his firm naked ass. Toralei then continued the massage downwards and started massaging Jackson’s rear.
Normally, Jackson would be blushing at the idea of anyone touching his ass, especially his ghouls, but he was too lost in a world of bliss to even care.
“Such a nice firm ass,” Toralei said with a hum as she massaged/groped Jackson’s rear. Operetta did the same while also feeling up Jackson’s strong thighs.
“Wow, Jackson you’ve really been working out. Such strong legs,” Operetta said heatedly as she rubbed his legs. Both ghouls knew Jackson had an impressive body, and both loved just getting a feel of it whenever they could. Both ghouls were getting very hot as they felt up Jackson’s body. “Want to push things further?”
“You know it,” Toralei said with a sneaky smirk. Within a quick instance, the two removed all of their clothes.
Jackson was in a world of bliss. His entire body felt like it was in heaven from the ghouls’ angelic hands. He then felt a two forms resting on his back and a four soft objects resting on his neck. Jackson opened his eyes and looked back, seeing Toralei’s warm smile and her soft green eyes looking back at him, and on the other side he saw Operetta’s violet ones.
“Hey Boy Toy,” Operetta cooed as she rubbed her naked breasts against his back. She and Toralei discarded all their clothes and were now just as naked as their boyfriend. “How are you feeling?”
“Like I’m in heaven,” Jackson replied, not even embarrassed by the ghouls’ nakedness. “Thanks for the massage ghouls, I really needed it.”
“Any time Jackson, it’s the least we can do after all you’ve done for us,” Toralei replied. She leaned down and claimed Jackson’s lips with her own. Jackson happily accepted the kiss from the catgirl.
“Hey, I want so action too Sug’,” Operetta said lightly. Jackson smirked softly. With surprising skill he managed to turn around beneath the ghouls without moving them so that he was on his back facing them. He leaned forward and met the two ghouls in a three-way make out session. Their tongues tangled together in a lover’s heat.
“Oh Jackson,” Toralei whispered heatedly as she leaned down and started kissing his jaw. She moved down and started sucking on his neck. Jackson let out a heated moan from Toralei’s actions, making it easier for Operetta to meet his lips.
While her mouth was busy, Toralei’s hands glided down to Jackson’s growing erection as she proceeded to gently stroke it. Both ghouls pressed their firm breasts against Jackson’s well-muscled chest, turning all three of them on further and further. Toralei was pretty much humping Jackson, letting her animal instincts take over. Operetta was simply pressing herself as hard as possible to Jackson’s body, loving the feel of his form against hers. Jackson felt a bit idle with just his mouth in action. His hands reached beneath the girls and reached to their snatches. He gently started to rub the snatches of the two ghouls, earning a set of soft moans coming from them. All three were getting excited and aroused by the other.
“F-Fuck,” Toralei whispered heatedly, her hot breath sending shivers through Jackson’s skin “J-Jackson…”
“J-Jackson…” Operetta whispered as well. She pulled away from Jackson and faced his hard member. She gave the hardened member a long sensual lick, making Jackson gasp. She licked the member all over, tasting the delicious meat all over while her hands caressed his balls.
“A-Ah…” Jackson moaned as Operetta tended to his member. Toralei continued to kiss him all over, mostly focusing on his lips and his tongue. Jackson’s hands continued to tease the snatches of the two ghouls, making them both hornier by the second. Jackson thrust his fingers into Operetta’s snatch, making her cry out.
“D-Damn I can’t hold it back anymore,” Operetta said as she pulled away from Jackson’s cock. She swung her leg over his waist and straddled him.
“Me neither,” Toralei agreed, feeling her need rushing high.
Jackson watched as Toralei and Operetta got up and faced each other. Operetta was facing him as she slowly brought herself down onto his cock. He arched his head back as he felt her warm tight pussy sheath his cock. When he opened his eyes, he saw Toralei’s snatch coming down onto his face.
The two ghouls sat upon their boyfriend as they went into a heated make out session with each other. Operetta slowly went up and down Jackson’s cock, loving the feel of the thick shaft filling her insides fully. Toralei was in her own world of pleasure as she felt Jackson’s hot breath caressing her moist snatch. “A-Ah!” she yelped softly as she felt Jackson’s tongue lick her folds. She could feel the moist muscle lick and rub her snatch and flick against her clit.
Jackson had no intentions of being idle. After the amazing massage the two ghouls had given him, he knew he wanted to return the favor. His tongue lapped against Toralei’s wet pussy, flicking against the clit while he began to thrust his hips into Operetta’s. Operetta was just as tight as when they first did and felt just as good as the rest of his ghouls. He loved how they always cared and wanted to help him, and he wanted to return every bit of love they had given him.
The two ghouls moaned lustfully as Jackson tended to their snatches. They leaned against one another, their breasts and nipples rubbing against each other’s. They were both happy to help Jackson in any way they could, and knew he had been dealing with a lot of stress as of late. They wanted to make him feel good, and if they had to guess he was definitely feeling good now, and they were feeling just as good.
“A-Ah!” Operetta moaned as Jackson fucked her pussy wildly. She could feel it striking her womb with each thrust, pushing her nerves to their ends.
“OH! Jackson!” Toralei cried out as she felt Jackson’s tongue push into her snatch. She could feel in moving around and thrusting into her pussy, making her scream wildly as she felt her orgasm about to reach. “A-Ah! I’m g-going to cum!”
“M-Me too!” Operetta cried as she felt her own climax coming. Jackson let out a muffled moan saying that he was as well and that they should cum together. After several more thrusts of his cock and tongue, the three teens all moaned in unison as they came.
“JACKSON!” Operetta and Toralei howled as they came on top of Jackson. Toralei’s internal juices splattered down onto Jackson’s face while Operetta’s vaginal walls tightened around his cock. Jackson’s seed shot into Operetta’s pussy like a geyser, filling her protected womb to the brim with cum. Jackson savored the taste of Toralei’s vaginal fluids while his moans vibrated under her, making her moan even louder as well.
Their release came to an end, but they were far from done. “Let’s switch,” Toralei said as she panted. She desperately wanted Jackson’s cock inside right then and there.
Operetta nodded in understanding. She pulled off of Jackson’s still hard cock, which was coated in both his own semen and Operetta’s vaginal fluids. The two ghouls licked the cock clean, making Jackson moan huskily. They licked it clean before continuing on.
Before Jackson even had a chance to sit up, Operetta’s light purple folds came down onto his face. The next thing he felt was Toralei’s tight feline snatch taking in his entire cock.
“O-Oooh…” Toralei said with a pleasured grin. “I love this cock! I love Jackson’s cock!” She didn’t care if she was being too loud. For so long she wanted to be with Jackson and now she was living her dream happily. She loved Jackson’s member and everything else about him.
“Oooh! Jackson yes!” Operetta cried out hornily as Jackson did the same to her snatch as he had done to Toralei. His tongue lapped against her folds and flicked her clit several times before thrusting inside. She could feel the wet muscle wriggling inside her, making her scream wildly in pleasure.
As Jackson tended to the two ghouls, they also tended to each other by playing with the other’s breasts. They squeezed and fondled them and kiss each other lustfully, making themselves get really horny. All they could feel was incredible pleasure, and the love they had for their normie boyfriend.
Jackson knew he was lucky. He was lucky to have a loving family. He was lucky to have such great friends. But most of all, he knew he was lucky to have such amazing ghouls that loved him so. For a long time, he thought he would end up alone, but now he had several amazing girls that all cared for him and wanted him to be happy, and he honestly did not think he could be happier.
“Ah! I’m going to cum!” Toralei said as she went rapidly up Jackson’s cock.
“So am I!” Operetta screamed as well.
Jackson knew that he was close too, but he needed a bit of a push. He thrust his hips harder and father into Toralei’s snatch while thrusting his tongue in and out of Operetta’s snatch, making both ghouls scream in shock and pleasure.
“JACKSON!” the two cried out as they came in unison.
“Mmmmmm!” Jackson moaned beneath Operetta as he came as well. Toralei gasped just as Operetta had done when she felt Jackson’s seed flow into her. He filled her womb to the brim.
Their releases came to an end, and all three teens fell exhausted. Toralei and Operetta pulled themselves off of Jackson, his cock now flaccid from the second release. The two ghouls proceeded to clean both Jackson’s face and groin before lying down next to him on the bed.
“Jackson, we love you,” Toralei and Operetta said in unison, both smiling lovingly at him.
Jackson smiled back and said, “I love you ghouls too,” before falling asleep with his ghouls.
oOoOoOo
*knock, knock, knock*
“H-Huh?” groaned a now awake Jackson. It took him a second to realize he was on his bed lying naked with an unconscious Toralei and Operetta. A sudden knocking coming from his door caught his attention. “Oh, coming! Just give me a second.” Jackson quickly got out of the bed, covered the girls’ naked bodies with the blanket, and put on a full-bodied robe. He quickly unlocked and opened the door, stepping out of room and closing it behind him. “Yes-Holt?” Much to Jackson’s surprise, there stood his blue skinned counterpart.
“H-Hey Jackson,” Holt spoke. He looked fairly disheveled and was lacking his usual headphones. “C-Can I talk to you for a minute?”
“Uh…sure,” Jackson replied uncertainly. “Can we talk in your room though, the ghouls fell asleep in mine and I don’t want to wake them.”
“Sure,” Holt replied. He and Jackson walked over to his room and entered. Jackson was surprised to see the room relatively clean rather than its usual complete messiness. He noticed Holt’s guitar remained in its usual spot, looking as if as it had not been touched in a long time. “Sorry for the mess.”
“Mess, what mess? I can actually see the floor,” Jackson tried to joke lightly. He sat on Holt’s bed while Holt sat on a chair. “So what’s up Holt?”
“Jackson, I…” Holt tried to speak, but his voice did not come through. Jackson watched him struggle to try and speak, and came to an idea of what he wanted to talk about.
“This about my suicide attempt and you avoiding me, isn’t it?” Jackson said, surprising the blue-skinned male.
“Y-You knew I was avoiding you?” Holt asked in surprise.
“It wasn’t that hard to guess, much less why,” Jackson replied as he got closer to his brother. “Holt, you don’t need to blame yourself for it.”
“I know, but I can’t help it!” Holt replied. “I mean, if it weren’t for me, you would have never been so down that…”
“Now that’s not true,” Jackson replied. “I’ll admit, being the same person did make it difficult, but I never blamed you for any of it. I was a normie in a monster school, not to mention a nerd, that’s just how high school works. Besides, if it weren’t for you, I wouldn’t even be in Monster High.”
“Huh?” Holt said in confusion. “What are you talking about?”
“I wouldn’t have been accepted if it weren’t for you,” Jackson said again. “Let’s face it, a human getting in a monster school that is extremely unlikely. Even despite how much I wanted to go there, I severely doubted I ever would. Then I got the acceptance, and I was so excited I didn’t even care to wonder why they would accept me. After you and me found out about each other, it all made sense. Thanks to you, I was part monster. I’ll admit I didn’t really agree with it since you and I were complete opposites of each other, but after a while I grew to having you as a part of me.”
“B-But the potion-” Holt tried to speak but Jackson cut him.
“I made that potion because I didn’t want to take you down with me,” Jackson stated. “As I said before, even if we didn’t see eye to eye, I never wanted to hurt you, it’s just not in my nature to want to hurt people, even if they hurt me. Holt, I didn’t try to take my own life because of you, if anything you were one of the things that kept me from doing it.”
Holt blinked in shock, stunned at his former-counterpart’s words. “You were looking out for me, even when I didn’t give a care about you.”
“Maybe, but that’s in the past,” Jackson replied, confusing Holt. “Holt, I’ve moved on from that whole ordeal, and I couldn’t have done were it for all my friends. I’ve grown a lot lately and I had a lot of help with it. And I definitely couldn’t have gotten better without you.”
“Me?” Holt said in disbelief.
“Yeah,” Jackson replied. “I mean, even after what happened I was still feeling lousy, but thanks to you and me finally seeing eye to eye, I was able to get better. In short, you becoming my brother was one of the best things that ever happened to me, and I could not ask for a better one.”
“Jackson…I…” Holt was speechless. Here he was, trying to apologize for his behavior before they split apart, yet here he was telling him that he was one of the best things in his life. It did not help his guilt at all, but it did help increase the love he had for Jackson as a brother.
“Holt, I know you think what I did was your fault, but it really wasn’t. No matter what, you are still my brother, and I love you.” Jackson said.
“I…love you too bro,” Holt said, slightly stunned by Jackson’s words.
“What wrong Holt, got nothing else to say? That’s a first,” Jackson said with a teasing smile.
Holt blinked a few seconds before chuckling. “Heh, you got me there dude.” The two brothers continued to laugh, both feeling much better now than they had been for most of the week. After a few minutes, they managed to calm down. “Heh, thanks bro, I needed that.”
“Anytime Holt, anytime,” Jackson said smiling at his brother.
Holt smiled back. “Oh, and sorry for avoiding you so much. I guess I just let my guilt get the better of me.”
“No worries Holt, it happens to the best of us,” Jackson said lightly. “I’m just glad we’re talking again.”
“Same,” Holt said, smiling back. “Speaking of which, I heard a lot of screaming coming from your room, is everything okay with you and the ghouls.”
Jackson was about to counter to say, but stopped and thought. The reason Holt had avoided him for this time was because he kept the secret about his suicide attempt. He knew now that he could trust Holt with anything. He was his brother, something Jackson knew he could never replace. He knew he could trust Holt.
“Actually, that’s an interesting story,” Jackson replied, getting ready to tell Holt a very interesting tale.
oOoOoOo
Jackson was not in a good mood.
It had been three days since he and Holt reconciled about his suicide attempt and they rekindled their brotherhood. It had also been three days since Jackson came clean about the full extent of his relationship with the ghouls.
To say Holt was shocked to find out that Jackson had lost his virginity would be an understatement, it was even a bigger shock to him considering he was still a virgin himself. Holt had no problem with Jackson’s relationship with his ghouls and even encouraged it, constantly telling Jackson what a lucky bastard he was, not that Jackson would complain.
Jackson explained to his ghouls that he had told Holt, and while they were a little bit apprehensive at first, they did accept that Jackson trusted Holt enough to keep their secret. Much to their surprise, Holt kept their secret really well, even though he did enjoy teasing them from time to time. Jackson of course didn’t mind, he was just glad to have his brother back.
In fact, thanks to Holt, Jackson was able to corner Manny and have the same discussion about his avoidance over the last couple of weeks. Like with Holt, Jackson told Manny how it was not his fault and that he truly saw Manny now as a good friend. Although he was still guilty about his treatment to the normie before, Manny was relieved to know that Jackson still saw him as a friend. Jackson knew it would take a while for everything to go back to normal with Manny and Holt, but he knew that in the end they would all be fine.
Despite all this good fortune, it all came crashing down when he got the news that Gill finally contacted Lagoona who had been pining to know about him for weeks, only to break up with her. To say Jackson was mad would be an understatement. He was there when Lagoona got the call, and he was there to see her fall into sobs and act as a support for her along with all her friends. He always hated girls, human or monster, crying, and seeing Lagoona breaking down just made him even more furious at Gill.
Why did he break up with Lagoona? What could have caused him to not call or let anyone know where he was? And where does he get the gall to call his girlfriend who has been missing him, just to crush her by saying their relationship was over.
Jackson was walking around the Maul in hopes to cool his jets. Lagoona had gotten the call from Gill the day before and his ghoulfriends were all with her trying to help her.
“Ugh, what the heck is wrong with him,” Jackson growled as he walked around the Maul. He was severely pissed with Gill. He and Gill were pretty good friends, in fact he was one of the few that treated him equally before he even split with Holt. Still, Jackson couldn’t help but wonder what was going on with the fresh-water monster that caused him to break up with Lagoona.
Jackson continued to walk alone through the Maul until he came upon the food court. “Ugh…I guess I am a bit hungry. Maybe some food will help me calm down,” he went to one of the stalls and got some food before sitting down and having some food. As he ate, he received a text from Frankie saying-
Lagoon still sad. Might have to stay with her tonight and skip out on our date. Sorry! L
Jackson chuckled lightly at the frownie-face before texting back.
Hey, no worries. You just take care of Lagoona, make sure she’s alright.
He sent the text, and almost immediately got a reply saying,
Thanks Jackson. You are the best. Love ya. XXX
Jackson chuckled again and sent another text back.
Love you to Frankie.
Jackson put away his phone and continued to eat. As he did however, he felt something come from behind.
“Mind if I join you?” a hauntingly familiar voice spoke from behind. Jackson’s eyes went wide, and he slowly turned around. Standing behind him was none other than Gill Webber.
It took every bit of Jackson’s self-restraint to keep himself from decking the fresh-water monster. Instead he simply said, “...Sure...” in a very low and hesitant tone.
Gill nodded and sat across from Jackson. Jackson kept his eye on the blue-skinned male, his hard glare clearly unsettling the fresh-water monster.
“S-So Jackson, h-how’ve you been,” Gill said, trying to remain calm. He was very unnerved by Jackson’s hard glare. Gill never thought he would once feel threatened by a normie, much less Jackson, but his eyes made him look like he was ready tear him apart.
“Cut the bullshit Gill,” Jackson growled. “It’s taking every bit of self-control for me not to punch you. What do you want?”
Gill blinked in shock at Jackson’s harshness, never expecting to hear such violent words coming from the usually reserved and very calm Jackson. Gill released a soft sigh in defeat before speaking, “Jackson, let me explain.” He expected Jackson to interrupt him, but was surprised when Jackson simply crossed his arms, waiting for an answer. Gill sighed again and continued, “I know you and probably everyone back at school hates my guts right now.”
“Really, what gave it away?” Jackson said sarcastically.
Gill flinched, but continued. “I guess I should start after what happened when my parents took me out of the school.” He took a deep breath after continuing. “Well, after my parents pulled me out of Monster High, they sent me off to another school, one strictly for fresh-water monsters. It’s pretty far off, so I couldn’t find any easy way to get near Monster High. Also, my parents have been monitoring my calls, making sure that I wouldn’t call Lagoona or anyone else here.”
“If that’s so, then why are you here now?” Jackson asked, still keeping a firm glare.
Gill let off a long sigh before answering. “I’m moving,” he said.
Jackson blinked a few times, letting the surprising information sink in.
Gill decided to continue. “After everything that’s happened in Monster High, my parents feel it’s not safe for me around her anymore. So, they’ve decided that we should move somewhere far away from here. The Necrolague was the final straw, and they decided to pull me out o that they could make the arrangements.”
“Y-You’re moving away?” Jackson said in shock, most of his earlier anger disappearing.
“Yes,” Gill replied. He sighed and rested his hands against the table. “I wanted to come and tell you guys, but my parents won’t let me anywhere near the school. If anything, today’s the first day since they pulled me out that they let me come here. I didn’t plan on meeting you here, but I decided that it would be a good idea to explain everything to you since you’d probably be the only one in school that would not try to kill me at first sight, thankfully.”
Jackson had to admit that Gill was right. Chances were that if anyone else were here when he was around, he’d probably have been beaten down horribly.
“I’m moving away in three days,” Gill continued. “My parents have everything packed up, and I’ll pretty much be moving out of the country. That’s why I broke up with Lagoona.”
“Huh?” Jackson said in confusion.
“Jackson, ever since Lagoona and I first started dating, my parents have been against it since they found out. I’ve tried desperately to change their minds, but they’re too stubborn to consider anything else. They’ve hurt her feelings many times, and I would be a fool if I didn’t say I’ve hurt her as well. And if I move, then I’m going to hurt her even more. It’s no secret long-distance relationships never tend to work out, and with my parents watching over me like hawks, I’m only setting myself and Lagoona up for more hurt.”
“That’s bullshit!” Jackson growled. “You and Lagoona love each other. It shouldn’t matter what your parents think, a good relationship is made by working for it.”
“I know Jackson, but you can’t deny that long-distance relationships are hard to maintain, and even if I did manage to somehow keep in contact with her, my parents would work to stop it. They want me to forget everything about Monster High, including her,” Gill stated.
“But you can’t let that stop you,” Jackson countered.
“I have no say in the matter Jackson,” Gill said sadly. “I broke up with Lagoona so that she wouldn’t be hurt if things did not work out for us. I want what’s best for Jackson and I still care for her, but I just don’t think being in a relationship with me is what’s best for her now.”
Jackson wanted to argue, he wanted to counter everything Gill had said, but found no words.
“I’m sorry I bombarded you with all my troubles Jackson,” Gill said sadly. “I never wanted to hurt Lagoona or anyone, but I just don’t have any other options.” Gill got up and began to walk away. “Take care of Lagoona for me.”
“Wait,” Jackson said, and Gill stopped. “At least talk to Lagoona, face to face, before you leave. You need to talk to her so that you two can see if it really is worth giving everything up.”
Gill paused for a moment, then said, “I’ll try.”
Jackson watched Gill leave. Once he was out of sight, he let out a long sigh. “Ugh…why can’t things ever be simple?”
oOoOoOo
Three days had come and gone.
Jackson was sitting in the pool room of the school, the school day had already ended, and he had simply come there to think.
He had not heard word from Gill since their meeting in the Maul, and did not know whether or not he had taken his advice and talked to Lagoona.
Despite his better judgment, Jackson kept secret about his meeting with Gill from his friends, thinking that they’d probably go mad if they found out Jackson had managed to talk to him. He knew he should have said something, but felt he should at least give Gill and Lagoona the chance to talk before revealing anything.
Most of the other students, including most of his friends had left to go to the maul while his ghouls left to try and cheer up Lagoona who had still been down in the dumps since Gill broke up with her.
A part of Jackson still wanted to punch Gill for breaking up with Lagoona, but another part understood his reasoning. Long-distance relationships almost never did tend to work out, and with his prejudice parents, there was a chance Lagoona would not be hurt as bad if they remained together. Still, Jackson felt it was not fair to Lagoona.
The sounds of doors opening caught his attention, and he turned his head to see a familiar blonde blue-skin ghoul. “Lagoona.”
“Oh, hey Jackson,” Lagoona said, trying her best to form a fake smile.
Jackson frowned at that. “How are you feeling?” he asked the ghoul. He knew it wasn’t the most tactful thing to ask, but he was concerned.
“I’m okay I guess,” she said. “I…I talked to Gill today.”
Jackson blinked in surprise. “He called you?” he asked.
“Yeah, he did. He wanted to talk face to face,” Lagoona replied as she sat down next to Jackson. “He also told me that…he was moving, and that he broke up with me because he didn’t want me to get hurt.”
“I’m…so sorry Lagoona,” Jackson said, unable to come up with anything else.
Lagoona shook her head. “It’s okay Jackson. He and I left it on relatively good terms.”
Jackson cocked an eyebrow. “And by ‘relatively good terms’ you mean…”
“I…might have slapped him when I first saw him,” Lagoona said, scratching the back of her head.
“Well, that’s understandable,” Jackson replied. He then looked closely to Lagoona. “Are you sure you’re going to be okay Lagoona?”
“I…I think I’ll manage,” Lagoona replied. She sniffled a bit and wiped a tear forming in her eyes. “I…I suppose me and Gill just weren’t meant to be.”
Jackson felt horrible. Sure, he wasn’t the one that broke up with Lagoona, but he could only imagine the kind of pain she was going through. He wanted to help her in some way, but he wasn’t sure how. An idea struck his head. “Hey Lagoona, I’m going to get a drink real quick. Would you like something?”
Lagoona looked at Jackson, and then answered, “Some soda if you please?”
“Right, be right back,” Jackson replied. He got up and walked off, giving Lagoona a small smile which she seemed to return.
Jackson walked to a lone vending machine in the hallway. He stopped before it and pulled out his phone. He texted to Frankie, telling her about a plan he had to help cheer Lagoona out. Frankie texted back saying she liked the idea and that he should go with it. He felt bad that he had to cancel their date for the evening, but he was happy Frankie was so understanding. Jackson smiled before buying some drinks and heading back to the pool room where Lagoona waited.
“Thanks,” Lagoona said as Jackson gave her the soda.
“Hey Lagoona,” Jackson said as he sipped some of his own drink. “Do you have any plans for tonight?”
Lagoona looked at Jackson and shook her head. “Eh, not really mate. I just think I’m going to go home.”
“Well, how about you and I hang out,” Jackson said, surprising the ghoul. “Now I don’t mean like a date, but just as two friends.”
“You’re serious?” Lagoona asked.
“Yeah,” Jackson replied. “I just…I feel really bad you had to go through all this. I don’t know if Gill told you, but we actually met and talked a bit a few days ago. I know what it’s like to feel hurt like that, and I just want to help you get through it because you’re my friend.”
Lagoona looked at Jackson, her eyes wide with surprise. She knew Jackson was a kind soul, which was obviously why so many ghouls had fallen for him. Still, he was a good friend to all and always tried to help those that needed help. She honestly had not spent that much time with Jackson as the other ghouls, but considering she had nothing else to lose, she supposed that she could at least try to get to know the normie boy better.
“Okay Jackson,” she said. “I’ll take you up on that offer.”
With that settled, the two of them left the school and headed to the Maul.
Lagoona and Jackson spent most of their time just walking around and talking. As they did, Lagoona revealed that Gill did mention that he had talked to Jackson several days before, but she didn’t blame Jackson for not telling them. He explained that he hoped that Gill would talk to her so that they could fix things. Lagoona was thankful that Jackson tried to help, happy to know that she had a good friend in him.
The two of them continued on, talking about their experiences at school and their activities. Lagoona commented on how amazing Jackson had become at casketball and he replied by telling her how amazing a swimmer she is. He admitted that he was once one of the best swimmer when he was younger, and Lagoona got him to agree to someday having a swimming race with her, one that Jackson was sure he’d lose. Even so, the two found themselves having a fun time with one another, getting to know more about each other as well.
The two of them ate at the food court before deciding it was time to head home. Jackson drove Lagoona back to her home. “Well, here we are,” Jackson said as he parked the car on the drive way.
“Yeah,” Lagoona said as she looked at her home. She then looked back at Jackson, smiling. “Hey Jackson…”
“Yeah?” Jackson replied.
“Thanks,” she said, reaching over and giving him a quick hug, surprising the normie boy. She pulled back and said, “I really needed this. After everything that happened these past weeks, I just really needed a good time to calm down.”
“Oh, no problem Lagoona,” Jackson said smiling at the ghoul. “You’re my friend, and that’s what friends do. Just know that if you ever need someone to rely on, just know that you got me.”
Lagoona smiled warmly at Jackson. “Thanks Jackson,” she said once more before leaving the car.
As she walked off, Jackson couldn’t help but smile. He was glad that his plan had helped Lagoona get out of her slump. He still felt bad that she and Gill broke up, but at least now she seemed to be on the road to recovery. He caught her waving at him and he waved back before driving off.
As Lagoona entered her home, the first thing she smelled was the delicious scent of her mother’s coral crème brulee. “Oh, Lagoona you’re home,” greeted her mother, Searra Blue. Searra looked just like her daughter except much older, her blond hair was tied into a ponytail, her fingers sported silver claws, and she had a long dolphin tail.
“Hey mom,” Lagoona greeted her mother. “Dinner smells great. What’s the occasion?”
“Oh, no reason,” Searra explained. “Though now I think there might be.” Lagoona’s mother had a sneaky grin, one Lagoona knew all too well.
“Mom, get on with it,” Lagoona said as she rolled her eyes.
Searra giggled. “I’m talking about that handsome new normie boy that drove you here. I have to admit, I didn’t expect you to bounce back from Gill so quickly,” she said teasingly
“What? No!” Lagoona exclaimed in shock. “Jackson is just a friend that helped me get out of my sad mood. I actually talked to Gill today…”
“Oh, I’m sorry honey,” Searra said as she hugged her daughter. Unlike Gill’s parents, she had no prejudices against Gill being a fresh-water monster.
“I-I’m okay now,” Lagoona said as she hugged her mother back. “Jackson actually met Gill and convinced him to call me so that we could talk. We did, and we agreed that it may be better to end our relationship, since long-distance relationships like ours would not really work out.”
‘Don’t I know it,’ Searra thought sadly. “So, you two are okay?” she asked.
“I suppose,” Lagoona replied. “In all honesty, with everything that’s happened between us, especially the more recent stuff, I can say now that I think my feelings for Gill are moving on. It was just too difficult for us to handle, and in all honesty, Gill could get annoying sometimes.”
“I understand dear,” Searra replied. “Well, at least you’re feeling better. And hey, now you got that handsome young Jackson to lean on.” Once again, she was sporting her teasing grin.
“Mom, he’s just a friend,” Lagoona groaned.
“A friend that convinced your ex-boyfriend to talk and have some closure, and cancelled his date with one his ghoulfriends to make you feel better,” Searra said with a smirk. Lagoona blinked in confusion. “When you didn’t come home after school, I called Frankie’s mother who told me that her daughter told her that her boyfriend cancelled their date to help you.”
Lagoona blinked in shock. “J-Jackson cancelled his date with Frankie to help me?”
“And Frankie supported it,” Searra said with a nod. She place her hand on Lagoona’s shoulder. “Lagoona, I’m telling you to just jump in a relationship with him, especially after the emotional rollercoaster you’ve been through. But this boy is definitely something special. He wants to be your friend, and a guy like that is something rare.” Searra walked away from her daughter, letting her think. “Dinner will be ready in a few.”
Lagoona walked away from the kitchen and up to her room. She closed the door behind her and let out a sigh. As she thought of the day’s events, she couldn’t stop herself from smiling as she thought of a certain normie boy.
oOoOoOo
A few weeks had passed for Jackson, and in that time he had been working with his friends to help Lagoona move on from Gill.
He knew it would take some time for her to be completely over the fishman, but she seemed to be doing a lot better. After their first hangout at the Maul, the two seemed to gain a strong friendship that only grew through their time together. However, as of late Jackson was noticing something odd with Lagoona, but he couldn’t tell what.
His ghoulfriends also saw something changing in their aquatic friend. Other than being much more upbeat, she seemed very fond of Jackson. Sure, it was easy to understand why, but they noticed how she always wanted to try and spend time with him. It seemed like she was trying to get to know Jackson as much as possible. This of course left them concerned for their boyfriend.
Eventually, the ghouls decided it was time to confront Lagoona on her intentions.
“So we’re all agreed on the plan?” Cleo asked as she, Frankie, Clawdeen, Toralei, Meowlody, Purrsephone, and Operetta all huddled together outside of the pool room in the ghouls’ locker room.
“Yeah, we go in and confront Lagoona,” Frankie said simply.
“Are you ghouls sure we can’t do this another way?” Operetta asked.
“It’s the only way we can find out Lagoona’s intentions,” Clawdeen replied.
“She’s right,” Toralei stated. “She and Jackson have been spending a lot of time together, and she seems to have been getting kind of close.”
“No kidding,” Purrsephone said with Meowlody nodding.
“Alright then, let’s do it,” Cleo stated. “Let’s go.” The ghouls all nodded and entered the pool room.
However, when they did they saw the ghoul in question, sitting on the bleachers with a rather lost look. Their initial plan was overwhelmed by their concern. “Lagoona?” Frankie asked the sea-ghoul.
“Oh…h-hey guys…” Lagoona said as she hesitantly waved at them.
The ghouls all walked towards her with concern. “Is…is something wrong sug’?” Operetta asked.
She shook her head. “N-Nah, at least, nothing serious,” Lagoon replied. “I…I was just checking on Scarebook, and turns out Gill just got into a relationship.” All the other ghouls gasped.
“Oh, I’m so sorry Lagoona,” Clawdeen said as she sat down and put her hand on Lagoona’s shoulder.
“It’s okay ghouls,” Lagoona said, having a small smile. “Me and Gill left things on a good note, and honestly…I think I’m finally getting over him.”
“R-Really?” Frankie asked, slight hope forming in her tone.
“Yeah,” Lagoona replied. A small smile then graced her lips. “Actually, I think I’ve been over Gill for a while now, and I just didn’t realize it until now. Also…” she paused for a second before taking a deep breath and continuing. “…I’ve kinda started getting feelings for another guy.”
“Really?!” Frankie said excitedly. “Who is it?” Lagoona didn’t answer, she just looked at the group of ghouls before her, giving each of them a meaningful look. Even though no words were said, the message was clear.
Sometime later-
Jackson was walking down the halls of the school, heading towards the pool room where he planned to talk to Lagoona. As of recent, he had been noticing some odd behavior with the ghoul and planned to get to the bottom of it. He hoped that it wasn’t her relapsing into her depression from her breakup with Gill. He had recently found out from his friends that Gill has posted on Scarebook that he was now dating another ghoul at his new school. Jackson knew that Gill would have probably gotten over Lagoona, but did not expect it to be this fast. He desperately hoped that Lagoona was not too torn up about it.
He reached the door to the locker rooms and entered. He passed the locker and pushed past the door to the pool room. There he saw the ghoul he had been searching for. “Oh hey Lagoona.”
Lagoona was standing by the pool, looking at her reflection before turning towards Jackson. “Oh, hey Jackson,” she said smiling at him. “What’s up?”
Jackson was slightly surprised by her cheerful demeanor, but quickly pushed past it. “I um…” Jackson stumbled in his words as he rubbed the back of his head. “I was…um…looking for you…”
“Oh? Why?” Lagoona asked.
Jackson let out a long sigh, knowing he’d have to reveal the truth. “I…some of the boys told me that…Gill just posted on Scarebook that he is…um…d-dating a new ghoul.” Jackson braced himself for the torrent of tears he was sure were to come.
“Oh, I know about that,” Lagoona said nonchalantly, surprising Jackson.
“And…you’re okay with this?” Jackson asked.
Lagoona giggled and nodded. “Yeah, I’ve sort of come to realize I’m over Gill now,” she said as she looked into the water. “What we had was sweet, but honestly, I don’t think it would’ve lasted long now. We’ve both moved on and were much happier now.”
Jackson blinked in surprise, completely stunned. He had not expected for Lagoona to be taking this so well. In fact, he thought she would be devastated. He shook his head and smiled. Even though he was surprised, he was very happy Lagoona was not taking it badly. He could tell she wasn’t faking as well. She truly had moved on.
“Besides…I sort of have my eye on a new guy now,” Lagoona said as she played with her hair.
Jackson blinked in surprise. “Really? Who? I-I mean if you don’t mind sharing that is,” Jackson said. He was very surprised to hear that Lagoona had grown to like another person. He wondered who it could be.
Over the course of the last couple of weeks, Jackson would admit he had become protective of Lagoona. She had been hurt and he and his friends were there to pick up the pieces and help her rebuild herself. Because of this, Jackson grew a protectiveness about her, wanting to keep her from getting hurt. Now that she seemed to have a new interest, he was slightly worried that she’d be hurt again.
“I suppose I can give you some clues,” Lagoona said playfully. “Well, he’s very kind, and very brave. He’s been there for me a lot and has helped me get back on my feet. He’s also very handsome and very, very, caring.”
Jackson was honestly stumped. He didn’t know of a lot of guys that had been around Lagoona and fit that description. “I’m sorry Lagoona, I’m completely stumped.”
Lagoona giggled as she walked towards Jackson. She stopped right before him, looking at him straight in the eyes and smiling before saying, “It’s you Jackson.” Before Jackson had a chance to respond, Lagoona leaned in and kissed him.
By now, Jackson thought he should have been used to the surprise kisses. Despite this however, he was still shocked. A part of his mind yelled that Lagoona was just using him as a release valve for her feelings of hurt, but Jackson’s rational part came in to the rescue. He knew that Lagoona would never jeopardize their relationship in doing something so foolish. She was probably one of the most level-headed of the ghouls in the entire school. Yet to think she actually had feelings for him? That was a major surprise.
Before Jackson could even think of doing it, Lagoona pulled away, her eyes still gleaming and her lips smiling. “Jackson,” she whispered just barely loud enough for him to hear. “I know you probably think I’m just using you to get over my feelings for Gill.” Jackson blinked in surprise. “But you need to believe when I say I’m not. Ever since I last talked to him, my feelings for Gill have been slowly disappearing. I still care for him sure, but only as a friend. While my feelings for him lessened, my feelings for you only grew. You were there to help me through my troubles and you were there to help me feel great again. You helped me feel happy again. You’ve been there for me all this time, and I couldn’t ask for a better friend. But now…I’ve come to realize that I really do like you Jackson, I truly do. No one’s ever made me feel like I do with you. I…I hope you understand th-mmph!”
Jackson silenced Lagoona as he kissed her, cutting her off. Throughout her speech, Jackson could only feel truth and love from them. It was the same as when he first discovered the feelings from his other ghouls. He could tell Lagoona was being honest, and she really wanted to let him know how she felt for him. Jackson had come to accept when a ghoul falls for him and to give them a chance. So far it had worked out well, and he had no qualms about adding Lagoona into the mix. As for his other ghoulfriends, he would have to check, but he was sure they’d accept Lagoona into their group.
As they kissed, Jackson had wrapped his arms around Lagoona’s waist while Lagoona slowly wrapped hers around Jackson’s neck. They held each other like that for several minutes before Lagoona pulled away for air. Jackson’s eyes were closed, so he did not see Lagoona’s eyes flash pink for a second.
A playful smirk found its way to Jackson’s face. “And I thought you were good at holding your breath,” he teased.
Lagoona giggled and shook her head. “I can breathe underwater Jackson, I don’t need to hold my breath so I’ve never practiced it,” she said lightly before looking back at Jackson. “Jackson, does this mean…?”
“Lagoona,” Jackson spoke in a strong tone. “You mean a lot to me. These last few weeks, we’ve gotten pretty close. I’d be lying if I said I never found you attractive and I grown very protective of you. I want to keep you safe, and I’d be honored to have a relationship with you.” He smiled softly at Lagoona, who was looking back lovingly at him. They leaned in once more, kissing each other happily.
Their innocent sweet kiss was quickly turned into a head make out as Jackson decided to start things. He snaked his tongue into Lagoona’s mouth, making her yelp in surprise as she felt Jackson’s tongue curled itself around hers. Her kisses with Gill had always been sweet, but kissing Jackson felt hot, really hot. Jackson wrapped his arms around Lagoona’s waist and gently caressed her back while Lagoona found herself clutching Jackson’s hair, becoming more and more desperate for his hot kiss. Jackson’s hands caressed her back, gliding downward until his hands rested on her ass. Feeling mischievous, he groped Lagoona’s ass, making her yelp again, yet she felt very turned on by Jackson’s groping.
Jackson continued to caress Lagoona’s ass, making her gasp and mewl, but all her noises were muffled as his mouth and tongue tended to hers. He pulled away and then kissed her neck, gently nipping at it with his teeth. “A-AaaAAh…J-Jaa-AA-acks-son…” Lagoona moaned and gasped as Jackson’s mouth went around her neck. She could feel a powerful surge course through her body, pushing her further and further with need.
“Lagoona,” Jackson whispered huskily into her ear. “If you want to go further, we can. But I promise, I won’t do anything if you don’t feel like i-MMMM!”
Lagoona promptly pushed Jackson away, grabbed him by his shirt collar, and pulled him in for another steamy forceful kiss. Jackson blinked in surprise for a few seconds before she pulled away, her lime-green eyes glistening with desire. “Let’s do it,” she said lustfully.
Clothes were discarded and tossed aside, and Jackson found himself staring in amazement at Lagoona’s naked body. Her breasts were about the same size as Frankie’s and Cleo’s with dark blue nipples. Her lovely yellow hair cascaded down her body, and lime-green eyes shined brightly.
Lagoona was equally entranced by Jackson’s body. She was amazed by the musculature the normie sported. Gill may have been taller, but Jackson had a lot more meat on his bones. And then there was his penis. She had never seen a naked one before, though she had seen the shapes under the speedos of many male monsters. Jackson was definitely on the impressive side.
The two teens walked towards each other, each eyeing the other’s body. Ever so carefully, they wrapped their arms around each other and pressed their bodies closely together. Lagoona held her tongue as she felt Jackson’s stiff rod pressed between their stomachs and Jackson held himself from going wild from the feeling of Lagoona’s breasts against his chest. Blue and green eyes locked, and their lips collided with one another’s.
Their mouths meshed together with their tongues entangling in a passionate dance. Jackson’s hands caressed Lagoona’s back, feeling the lean muscles of the sea ghoul. His hands came to a halt at her butt once more, and Jackson gave the round orbs several squeezes, making Lagoona yelp and moan in surprise. Lagoona did the same to Jackson, feeling his strong developed body that clearly showed all the work his sports had paid off.
Lagoona could feel Jackson’s hard rod against her stomach. She could feel the hard rod rubbing against her, and she could feel herself getting wetter from the simple thought of it. Her mind was becoming cloudy with lust for the normie boy that was currently groping her ass. Her desire to feel it inside her was quickly intensifying.
Jackson pulled away from Lagoona’s mouth and grabbed her waist. Before Lagoon could ask why, Jackson spun her around so that her back was facing him. He reached over and grabbed her breasts, making her cry out, “Oh! J-Jackson!” Lagoon was surprised by Jackson’s forwardness, but she was by no means rejecting it. Jackson squeezed the teal orbs, moving them and fondling them. His thumbs rubbed against her dark blue nipples, and Lagoona could only moan excitedly. Lagoona could also feel Jackson’s rod pressed between her ass cheeks, and Jackson was pressing himself against her, basically humping Lagoona like a horny dog.
Jackson kissed Lagoona’s neck, sending shivers down her body as continued to fondle her body. He stopped for a moment to position his hard cock between Lagoona’s legs. She gasped as she felt Jackson’s rod rub itself against the edges of her wet snatch. Jackson’s hands tended to her breasts – squeezing, pushing and pulling on them, making Lagoona cry out lustfully.
Her nerves were going haywire with Jackson’s actions on her body. With the number of times he had done it with his ghouls, Jackson was quickly becoming quite experienced when it came to sex. He could figure out a ghoul’s hotspots fairly quickly now, and judging by her reactions, Lagoona’s hotspot were clearly her breasts. He groped the bouncy mounds while thrusting his rod between Lagoona’s legs, making her scream with clear desire.
“J-J-Jackson!” Lagoona screamed as she reached her orgasm. Her vaginal juices coated Jackson’s cock and slid down between her legs. Even though she had climaxed, Lagoona was nowhere near ready to quit. “J-Jackson…t-take m-me…” she moaned softly. Jackson smiled as he turned her around and pressed his lips to hers once more.
He took a set of unused towels that were sitting not that far off and made a makeshift mattress. He laid Lagoona down and spread her legs. Lagoona blushed as she saw Jackson’s rod move before her wet snatch. Ever so carefully, Jackson pushed his member in. He stopped when he felt her hymen. He looked to Lagoona, silently asking her if she truly wanted to go all the way. After giving him an affirmative nod, Jackson pushed through.
Lagoona screamed in pain as her hymen was torn, but Jackson silenced her by pressing his lips to hers. He pushed until he was all the way inside her and then stopped, letting her get used to his size. Tears escaped her eyes from the pain, but Jackson’s kiss and his tender hold on his body kept her steady. After about a minute, the pain had mostly subsided. She placed her hands on Jackson’s shoulders, letting him know that she was ready for more.
Jackson pulled out until only the tip remained before thrusting back in. Lagoona still felt some pain, but it was replaced by something else. Something very good. As Jackson continued to thrust, going a little bit fast with each one, Lagoona’s pain subsided, and it was quickly being replaced by a feeling of clear distinct pleasure.
Jackson’s thrusts had become fast and hard, each one striking Lagoon’s womb and her screams of pain had become screams of lust and pleasure. All pain was replaced by the simple incredible feeling of Jackson’s rod ramming itself inside her. Lagoona wrapped her arms around Jackson’s neck and screamed, “Jackson! Yes! Jackson!” All she could feel was Jackson’s shaft plunging itself inside her, striking her womb with incredible force.
Jackson leaned and kissed Lagoona on the lips, silencing her screams. Even so, her muffled moans still left echoes in the pool room. Jackson decided to take one step further. While using his right hand for balance, Jackson used his left hand to grab onto Lagoona’s breast, making her let out a muffled squeal. Jackson was in just as much state of bliss as Lagoona. Her tight snatched was wrapped strongly around his cock with each thrust.
Jackson could feel himself coming close to his climax, and the same went for Lagoona. “L-Lagoona! I’m g-going to c-cum!” he called out.
“Y-Yes! Cum inside m-me Jackson! I want it inside!” Lagoona screamed as loud as her voice would allow. Jackson intensified his thrusts, putting every bit of force he could into Lagoona’s snatch as he fucked her. Lagoona let out an intense scream as she came, and her internal walls tightened around harder against Jackson’s cock, pushing him over the edge.
“Lagoona/Jackson!” Jackson and Lagoona yelled out respectively as Jackson’s cock released a torrent of jizz into Lagoona’s snatch. Lagoona gasped as she felt Jackson’s seed fill her womb and vagina. So much came in that some had spilled out throw the edges of her cunt.
After shooting off his large load, Jackson slumped next to Lagoona. The two teens gasped heavily, but when they looked into each other’s eyes, they smiled. Lagoona snuggled into Jackson’s chest before falling asleep, not caring that she was naked, filled with cum, or that she still had Jackson’s rod inside her.
Jackson smiled at the now sleeping ghoul before sitting up. He cleaned her off of the sweat and of the cum that had escaped her snatch before dressing her up. He laid her down comfortably on some fresh towels before dressing himself. “You girls can come out now,” he said once he was done.
From behind the bleachers, Jackson’s 7 ghoulfriends came out, each with a surprised expression. “Hey Jackson,” Frankie said shyly. “I guess you knew we were here huh?”
“I saw you girls peeking through the bleachers when I was laying her down,” Jackson replied with a smile. “So I’m guessing you ghouls were the ones to convince Lagoona to tell me her feelings?”
“Yeah Sug’,” Operetta replied. “She told us how she’d got over Gill, and how she started getting’ feelings for you.”
“We told her about the depth of our relationship with you, and asked her if she wanted to join us,” Clawdeen added.
“She was being truly honest with her feelings about you Jackson,” Cleo said as she placed her hand on Jackson’s shoulders.
“I know Cleo,” Jackson replied as he looked at Lagoona. “She reminded me a lot of how you, Toralei, Purrsephone and Meowlody joined our group. Like I said before, I’ll never turn away a ghoul who has true feelings for me and is willing to stand by you ghouls.”
“We know Jackson,” Frankie said as she hugged her boyfriend. “And that’s why we love you.”
Jackson couldn’t stop himself. “Really? I thought it was because I fucked you ghouls so hard,” he said with a smirk.
“Meow, now look who’s getting cocky,” Toralei giggled. The other ghouls joined in as well.
“That’s more of a very special bonus,” Meowlody said seductively.
“Yeah, and it’s not like you don’t enjoy plowing us senseless,” Purrsephone said in a similar tone.
“Eh, can’t argue with you ghouls there,” Jackson said with a smirk. He walked over and saw down and placed Lagoona’s head on his laps. “I think I’ll wait her till Lagoona wakes up.”
“Okay then, we’ll join you,” Cleo said as she sat down.
“Yeah, what kind of ghoulfriends would we be if we left our boyfriend and new sister all alone?” Frankie said with a big grin.
Jackson couldn’t hold himself from laughing. He truly was a lucky boy.
These last few weeks had been trying. Ever since what happened with Necrolague virus, things seemed to spiral into a state of turmoil for his friends. However, he was able to help not only his brother and Manny, but also Lagoona. He never expected for Lagoona to get over her feelings of Gill and gain ones for him, but then again, Jackson never suspected he would one day have seven, and now eight, loving ghoulfriends.
“Hmm…Jackson…” Lagoona whispered in her sleep, only loud enough for Jackson to hear. Jackson smiled lovingly at the sea ghoul before kissing her cheek.
Yes, life was good.
Babam! Here it is folks! The next chapter in Jackson’s story.
I have to say, this story was tricky. First of, I got stuck for a really long time on the first lemon. It took much longer to finish then I thought it would, but I am glad with how it turned out. I definitely got a kick out of writing the massage scene between Jackson, Toralei and Operetta. Turns out Toralei’s hands are good for more than just slashing.
Speaking of which, I’ve recently found some interesting images on tumblr. Apparently Jackson is asking out Toralei to the prom. Prepare for the shipping wars and flame cannons!
Anyways, this was a difficult chapter to handle. Not because of the lemons, but rather the relationship with Jackson, Lagoona and Gill. Unlike Cleo and Deuce’s breakup, which was what started this fic, Gill did not break up with Lagoona because of a loss of feelings. They broke up because of Gill’s parents and the fact that long-term relationships tend to not have good endings. A lot of people are able to make it work, I know, but I thought that for this fic, I would use that. Also, Lagoona/Gill is my least favorite pairing. Also, I wrote it like this because I did not want to make Gill hated. I don’t hate or even dislike the dude, but I had to think of a reason to break them up. Remember, Jackson will get most, if not all of the known ghouls.
On another note, now Holt knows about the deepness of Jackson’s relationship with the ghouls. I always planned for Holt to find out first, and I really liked how the two bond in this chapter. I find it a good way to show how them splitting up was actually beneficial for both, and how their relationship has grown.
Next Time – Beauty and Brains
Jackson is having a rough time with casketball, so he takes a break in the pool-room, not expecting two very temptatious ghouls waiting for him. Then he is invited for a special geek event by Cleo and ends up going on a double date with Ghoulia and Slow-Moe. However, it seems Slow-Moe may have his eyes on another zombie, and Ghoulia is on the road to heartbreak.
