"So in short.." The man droned on, at the head of the meeting table.

'we're about a hour and a half too late for short.' Zuko thought dryly.

The man was outlining his plan to go and live among the water bender to better understand they're needs and wants. He was a well known diplomat, though Zuko couldn't recall the man's name t save his life at the moment, his brain was on auto drive after listing to the man drone on..and on..and on..

'If he talks this much when we send him out, he's going to start a war.'

"We must strive to better ourselves, so that our people will follow. all nations can work as one, for a better tomorrow!" the man finished up.

A look around the table, told Zuko he wasn't the only one glad the windbag was finished. one general was sleeping on the meeting tabel, his aide trying to wake him up as quietly as possible.

"Any question?" The man asked, clearly not done with enjoying the sound of his own voice.

"Can we go now?" Asked a rather chunky General behind Zuko, his belly rumbling. "It's supper time."

The diplomat pursed his lips, and narrowed his eyes.

"I would say that you would survive missing one or two meals Wang." he said curtly.

"How dare you Lee!" Wang shot back, standing up.

'Lee! that's his name..man, that was starting to bug me..' Zuko thought, then stood up.

"Gentlemen, Let's not have ourselves a fight. It's been a long day, and of course some of us are eager to feast." Zuko said, looking at Lee. "And of course, given your size, I'm sure you won't waste away while we make sure everyone understands whats going on."

he added, looking at Wang.

"Well I suppose.." Wang mumbled.

"Of course Firelord." Lee said, bowing.
Watching Toph eat, Roze wondered why she had even bothered to bring up any utensils.

Sitting on the stone floor, with a old towel under her to keep her legs warm, Toph had been redressed..mostly.

She was in fresh diapers, and a new pair of plastic panties, these ones were yellow.

She also had booties on her feet, though they had gone though a few pairs before finding some that Toph agreed to. It wasn't that she didn't like the colors or designs, since she really could see them, but rather some of the other booties had been too thick and left her unable to 'see'.

her hair was down at the moment, and she wasn't wearing a shirt since Roze hadn't been sure if Toph was going to be a neat eater like Prince Zuko had been while younger, or a messy eater like Azula.

Since the potatoes were all over her arms, and chest, Roze decided that she had called it right, as Toph ripped the slices of meat into tiny pieces with her hands.

"I could of cut that up for you." Roze offered.

"I know. But this is more fun." Toph giggled.

"How did you manage to get a carrot in your hair?" Roze asked, leaning down and picking at Toph's head.

"Years of practice?" Toph suggested.

"I can see I'm going to have to get you a bib.As well as run you a bath after this."

"You mean I don't smell all pretty anymore?" Toph asked, giggling again.
"They're coming to take me away tee hee, they're coming to take me away ha ha." Azula sang softly, rocking back and forth in her cell.

Unlike other inmates, she wasn't even allowed to have her arms free, and her feet were incased with booties made from flame proof material.

Her arms were kept in close to her, by the strait jacket she wore almost all the time. the only time she wasn't in it was when she was given a bath, under direct supervision on 20 firebenders, and she was usually drugged before hand anyways.

At one point she had been mortified to have so many watching her bath, but as the days crept by, Azula lost more and more of her old self, and these days didn't seem to mind if a solder was admiring her butt.

"I've got legs..and I know how to use them!" She sang, switching tunes.

True, she didn't even mind having to call a guard in to wipe her anymore when she answered nature's call. She had been given a choice at the start, of either wearing diapers or going around naked from the waist down.

"Though it does get a tad chilly on me arse." She said.

"You know, Talking to yourself like this isn't going to convince them your not crazy." Mai said.

Azula whirled around to see her former friend sit on on the rock sticking out of the side of her cell that they dared to call a chair.

"Oh, you again." She said, frowning. "Go away, I don't like you."

"is that anyway to talk about one of your best friends?" Mai tsked.

"You were my best friend till you and Ty lee betrayed me." Azula said, sticking her touge out. "So you can go ahead and rot in hell."

"Your as nice as ever." Mai tsked.

"Aww, don't judge poor 'zula too hard. she is completely bat poop crazy." Ty lee said, doing a cartwheel behind Azula.

"Did you have to bring her too?" Azula asked, eye twitching.

"I thought that the three of us should spend some time together." Mai said, smirking.

"Now give me a big hug!' Ty lee giggled, coming up from behind and glomping Azula.
"What's going on in there?" The guard asked, hearing all the noise.

This was his third shift, watching the former firelord, but while he had grown used to hearing her insane songs, this was his first time hearing her having conversions with herself, changing her voice as she did so.

"She's having a meeting with her old friends. happens once in awhile. don't bother trying to convince her that they're not there, it just gets her more worked up." The other guard said.

"wow, I knew she has gone nuts.." The first guard said.
"my lord?" Kul asked, catching Zuko on his way to the dinning room, for supper.

"What is it now Kul?" Zuko asked, sighing.

He better not be about to petition for Ro's release..

"I wish to speak to you about your sister." Kul said.

"What about her?" Zuko asked.

As they talked,they kept moving down the hallway, coming into the firelords private dinning room, which was still large enough to host about 40 guests.

"Her madness seems to be getting worse. Have you considered perhaps letting her interact with other prisoners, while of course still under restraints?" Kul asked.

"For what purpose?"

"Part of her madness seems to be coming from the fact she's left isolated and restrained most of the time. Interaction with the others might help ease some of her madness. And I'm sure that enough though you have your differences you still want your sister to get better don't you?" Kul asked, stoking his beard.

"Well, I'll admit the reports on her have been rather..odd. her singing and talking to herself.." Zuko said.

He motioned to a chair near the head of the table, and Kul sat down, Zuko of course taking the chair at the head of the table.

Cups of wine were served to them both, and before speaking Kul took a sip.

"Have you not been down to visit her yourself?" Kul asked, sounding mildly surprised.

Of course he knew full well that beyond his first inspection, when he set up the guidelines for Azula's imprisonment, Zuko had avoided her at all costs.

"I've...been busy." Zuko said, looking away from Kul, and taking a drink himself.

Plates filled with meat and vegetables were brought to both men, who took a moment to enjoy some of the fine food.

"What appointments do I have in the morning?" Zuko asked.

"Nothing of major concern. An update on the new task force, a report on the water benders efforts in the earth kingdom. things that can wait." Kul said, spearing a piece of meat with his fork.

"Alright. Arrange it and I'll visit Azula first thing in the morning. Depending on how she seems, I'll allow your request." Zuko said.
"That was good." Toph said, laying on her back, patting her belly.

"Well, what little bit made it into your mouth must of been good." Roze said dryly.

Toph only gave a toothy grin and brought her bottle up to her lips, starting to drink.

"Well, If you have to go to the bathroom, i suggest you do it now.It's getting dark outside and I think after your bath we'll be putting you in your nighttime diapers." Roze said.

"but I just got up from a nap like 2 hours ago!" Toph protested, the bottle being set aside as she sat up.

"Little girls need a full nights sleep."

"but I'm not even tired!" Toph whined, sounding like a little kid.

"Well, lets see how your feel after your bath."

Toph huffed and crossed her arm.

"I'm not gonna be sleepy." She said, then paused. "hey,If the baths are down the hall, how am I going to get down there without anyone seeing me?"

"Well, given the amount of people moving though the castle at any given time, I have to say that your chances of being unseen are about zero. But I think we can get away with striping you buck naked, and covering you up in a towel, and leading you to the baths. it'll raise some questions for sure, but less questions than if you were seen diapered."

"..Remind me again why I agreed to this?" Toph asked.
"Is anyone out there?" Toph whispered, standing behind Roze, naked except for the massive towel she had around her like a blanket.

"Looks like the coast is clear." Roze whispered back. "Why are we whispering?"

"Seemed like the thing to do." Toph answered.

they made their way out, and headed down the hall, towards the baths.

"Is anything showing?" Toph asked.

Roze looked back and smiled.

"Nope. you're modesty survives anther day." Rose said, then turned and bumped into Zuko.
Zuko had been on his way back from supper, and reading over some paper work when he bumped into Roze.

He looked up right away, seeing Roze fall backwards, arms waving about trying to grab something, and then grabbing the towel off of poor Toph.

"What the-" Toph stated and then eeped and covered herself with her hands and arms.

"Toph! Roze!" Zuko blurted out, and then looked down at the floor, red faced.

"Is he blushing? He's blushing isn't he?" Toph demanded, turning fairly red herself.

"A little bit." Roze said, getting back off the floor.

"Knock it off, you've already seen me naked." Toph said, sticking her touge out.

"Your blushing too!" Zuko shot back.

He was still looking down at the floor as Roze grabbed the towel and wrapped it around Toph again.

"I'm a respectful young lady, who's been oggled by the perverted firelord, not once but twice now!' Toph said, playing up the drama, and putting the back of her hand to her head.

"Oh woe is me, how shall I ever survive such humiliation?"

"Oh shush up you ham." Roze and Zuko said together.

"Geeze, No one loves the finer arts anymore."
