Chapter 5

“I’ll do it.” She agreed at once. Anything that allowed her to stay she would instantly agree to. Zoot smiled, now they had an agreement they could stat getting along. He had been afraid Lill had been trying to just take a free trip; that would have been confirmed if she had refused to work for her place.
“Get some clothing on, we are going into ton to buy fertiliser for the flower beds.”

Zoot looked at her strangely and nodded.
