Chapter Four: Gus watches as Ginger becomes his dream girl
In the cabin of the Black Forest
Gus lay on the bed as he began to wake up from an odd sleep; he looked around to see where he was, but something told him that it wasn’t right here. As then Gus got out of the bed when he realized that he was in his boxers. Gus put his hand on his head as he thought ‘What just happen to me? Gus couldn’t help it as he went down the stair case and into the living room of the cabin. Still in his boxers he felt the pelt rug that was on the floor against his feet felt so soft and warm, and then he felt the couch that was in the living room. He looked over to see that there was a kitchen in the cabin and something else but he couldn’t tell what it was. Gus sat down on the couch and just somewhat relax but at the same time thought of what may have happened to him.

In Ginger’s room in the cabin

You acted like an animal, please tell me what happen” Gus looked at her sadly as he admitted his true feeling to Ginger as he said “I, I, I’m in love with you Ginger” Ginger gasped as Gus continued “You see I knew that deep down I fell in love with you, but when I was younger I couldn’t just go out and tell you. I mean I little boy the son of Hansel telling the daughter of the candy witch who’s supposed to lore me and my cousin into a candy house I mean that’s silly right. But then when you let us eat some of your sweets I knew that you were being nice to us and that you weren’t like your mother. I tried everything to keep my love for you under check, but nothing worked sadly the only person that knows my feeling for you were Giles Grim. I just couldn’t tell Milton Grim or even my own cousin Helga, but then when that witch came to our school saying that she would give me a wish I just had to take it. She turned me in to this” Gus pointed to himself just before he continued “She made me into what you wanted in a guy, and then gave me cloths. Then she took me to where your stand was at and you already know the rest to that. Oh Ginger I’m so sorry, I turned into a monster. Please forgive” Ginger couldn’t believe what Gus had just told her that he was no is in love with her.
Ginger moved to Gus as she put her hand on him as she said “Gus I’m flattered really I am, but you know that this isn’t right. We can’t be together I’m much too older then you are and you, you” Gus looked at her sadly as he said “Don’t you think I know that, but Ginger I can’t help it. But it doesn’t matter anymore now I’m a monster and I tried to hurt you” as then Ginger said “But you didn’t hurt me Gus, you stopped and left me alone. You ran out of there before you could do anything” Gus cried out “But I could have, and I could have rapped you Ginger. The way you looked at me, I knew that I had become a monster and now I’m the villain” Gus put his hands on his face and started to cry. Ginger moved even closer as she put her arms around him hugging him as she said “I don’t truly think you’re a monster Gus” Gus then looked up to her as she continued “You are a good kid and we’ll figure out how to change you back I promise.” Sadly Gus didn’t want to go back being a little boy that meant that he would never have Ginger, but something told him that he would never go back. Gus looked away from Ginger as he said “I don’t think that we can change me back, I think that this is permanent. Both of them didn’t even know what was happening to them; if it was the atmosphere, the fire burning in the fireplace, or if it was the way that the room that they were in giving a warm glow. As then Ginger and Gus lean into each other and was about to kiss for the first time until a voice came from behind them saying “Oh look the two love birds are making out.” Both of them stopped as Gus turned around to see his cousin Helga in front of him smirking at him as then Ginger said “Gus I need to tell you something.” Helga spoke next “Oh did I ruin a lovely first kissy, kissy moment. But don’t worry I have something to make you happy. I’ll be right back” as Helga left them alone Ginger looked back at Gus as she said “Gus, I think Helga is the one who put us in here. I don’t know why but when I got outside of my treat stand I saw you on the pavement of the school. I ran up to you to see if you were all right, but then Helga did something with her hand and I fell asleep. Oh Gus I’m sorry” Gus looked at Ginger oddly as he said “That can’t be right, Helga would never do. . .” As then Gus started to remember what happened when he was outside of the treat stand.

Gus’s flashback
After leaving Ginger in the treat stand Gus was outside of it breathing heavy from getting out of there. He had to think fast but didn’t know where to go until he noticed his cousin Helga standing there in front of him with her mouth opened. Gus tried to move away from Helga but she stopped him as she put her hand on him saying “Cousin what have you done? Why are you a hunk! A sexy hunky man with” Gus yelled out “Stop that cousin! I didn’t mean to but I can’t tell you how I got this way. I have to leave I can’t be near Ginger right now, I have to go get away from here.” But something strange happened as then Gus heard Helga say “You mean that you wanted to make love to Ginger Breadta. Why didn’t you finish screwing the bitch?” Gus looked at his cousin with shock as he said “Helga what did you just say to me? So I had to follow you with that witch Amethyst and you know what happen when you went to go see Ginger. Gus felt so sick when his own cousin said that as he spoke in a shock tone “Wait you mean to tell me that I will be the one to lure Ginger to her doom! End of Gus’s flashback

Gus looked at Ginger as he whispered out “I think you’re right about my cousin Ginger. I know now how you felt when you decided not to follow your destiny, and I’m going to do the same thing Ginger. Only for a brief moment as they were about to stopped hugging Ginger couldn’t help it as she lean into Gus as he lean into her.
