To Anyone Who'll Listen,
I felt so bad I couldn't sleep. Mostly about Spike, but also for getting so mad. I shouldn't let it bother me but I don't know how not to.I got up real early and went to pick flowers and put them in a manila envelope, like a bouquet. Back in town everypony was up and around. I stopped at the bakery. Mr. Cake said, "Hiya Derpy. You know the florist should'a used a box, right? Ha ha..." I wanted to shove a storm cloud right up his bakery, but I just took my order.
I knocked very softly on the library door. "SPIKE! Get that!" Twilight yelled, making me jump. The door opened almost instantly.
He looked okay and even smiled. "Oh hi. Come..."
"I'm sorry about last night! I hope I didn't hurt you!"
"Pfft! I fall all the time. Come in," he said. "Hey Twilight, it's Bubbly." The floor was clean and that made me feel worse. I should have come back to wash it, or STAYED to do it.
Twilight had a big smile - freaky big, like she was gonna burst. "Hi Bubbly! I..."
"Muffins?" I said while putting them down so I could look away. "I'm really sorry for being a jerk to you and Rarity." I trotted over to Spike. "...and especially you. Here!"
"Thanks!" He yanked the flowers out of the envelope and gulped them down in a few bites. After shaking the last bits into his mouth he ate the envelope too. Not what I thought, but at least he liked them.
Twilight started rambling, even spitting bits of muffin now and then. "It's really okay, and Rarity shouldn't have called you that. But she explained everything and I figured out who can help! Spike?"
He opened a scroll. "Ahem. 'Bubbly Shines is to be granted an audience with Princess....'"
Princess Celestia! I nearly fell over.
"'... Luna.'"
I suddenly wasn't sure if that should make me less nervous or more.
