Chapter Four: Waxing Gibbous

Declaimer: I don’t own Jackie Chan Adventures, Avatar: the Last Airbender, or Pirates of the Caribbean. And now the Mummy series. I am not making any money off this.
AN: Sorry for the delay in updating, my matrix at work has been off and my hours screwed up. Don’t kill me people. Enjoy more smut and please review!

Tui sighed softly coming out of one of the deepest slumbers of her ‘mortal’ life. She felt one of Tso’s main hands combing through her long locks and his hot breath on her exposed neck. He growled softly as the other main hand rested over her womb. “Soon, after all the runes are found and you are free we will perform the ritual of life.” He said as his long tongue caressed the outer rim of her ear. “Yes, my love. To have our own children,” She said as her fingers intertwined with his over her flat abdomen. Tso Lan slowly rose up and helped Tui out of the bed of the sleeping quarters. Metal gaps and spaces on the wall showed where the magic was weakening and soon the room would be back to normal. ‘Chan should be waking up soon if he hasn’t already.’ Tui thought to herself seeing the magic fading away. She rummaged through her pack and brought out a simple white cotton dress that she quickly put on seeing Tso dressing as well. Once that was done she gathered up her kimono and placed it in the pack and they both left out of the room toward the control bay.

Tso Lan went to the main hatch that would send them into space above the moon and turned to Tui. “In your mortal form you will not be able to survive on the moon or in space my beloved. Hold on.” He said grasping her shoulders with his main arms and started chanting in ancient Chinese. His Dark Chi enveloped Tui as he chanted. When it faded a smile graced his eyes, she was now under the protection of his power until she found the last runes. “Thank you Tso, my love. Now let us go home and see what we can do to restore it.” Tui smiled opening the hatch. The gust of air sucked them both into space and Tui felt Tso’s main left arm wrap around her shoulders as his smaller left arm wrap around her waist as they slowly descended to the moon surface. Once they touched down on the cratered surface did the full tears begin to fall from Tui’s eyes. “Oh Tso, look what has happened to our beautiful home.” She cried sinking to her knees her fists resting on the ashen ground in defeat.

Tso also looked around and began to gather his Dark Chi in his hands. “My beloved, I am going to try using my power to find the rune here and maybe you will have enough power then to begin the restoration of the Moon.” He said placing his hands on the white surface and having his Dark Chi spread out like a shadow. As Tso Lan’s power began to overtake the moon down on Earth Captain Black of Section 13 was at Uncle’s shop banging on the door. He has news of Valmont that Jackie needed to hear, and he could not get in touch with the archaeologist for the past few days. A very sleepy and grumpy Uncle answered the door.

He hit Captain Black over the forehead with two fingers, “Hiyah can’t Uncle get any sleep around here?” He asked an equally sleepy Jackie came up being the older man. “Sleep? You all have been seen for days! What has happened?” Black asked as Uncle looked puzzled. “Days? We were only asleep for one night. Today is Tuesday.” Jackie said as Black gave him a serious look. “Look at the paper, today is Sunday; you have all been asleep for 4 days straight. I don’t know what happened but we need to talk Jackie.” While Black was talking to Jackie Uncle was deep in thought. His shop was protected by Good Chi spells to keep dark Chi Magic and spells out, and what had occurred was a spell of some kind. It had to be good in order for it to have entered and he looked up at the sky thinking when he noticed the moon as it was peaking out during the day began to have a shadow of some kind overtake it when it hit the old man.

“Hiyah! It must have been the moon spirit Tui in mortal form, look up at moon. The Moon demon Tso Lan must be free and looking for the forth rune!” Uncle shouted as the others looked skyward. “Uncle, don’t be silly. A moon spirit in mortal form casting spells on us in the middle of the night, then the Moon demon being free looking for a rune?” Jackie asked somewhat skeptical. “Oww!” He shouted as Uncle whacked him with his two fingers. “Do not question Uncle.” He stated quickly going back into his shop. “Moon spirit?” Black asked as Uncle returned with the legend. “Tui was lover of Tso Lan, if he is free and she gets all five rune stones that bind her power she could open portals that Uncle has permanently sealed.” Uncle stated as Black read the legend.

“Are we going on a mission?” Jade asked appearing in the doorway with Toru. “No, this mission is far too dangerous.” Jackie told Jade as Black got a call on his cell. “No time for that, Valmont has been spotted in LA. Looks like we have another demon portal to stop from opening this Tso Lan on the moon will have to wait.” Black stated as he called for a vehicle.

Unknown that they had been found out Tui and Tso Lan continued to search for the rune. By now Tso’s Dark Chi had almost encased the entire moon. Tui looked around while Tso was concentrating on his power. “My beloved, I have found the rune, it is on the dark side facing space.” Tso stated as the shadow finally incased the entire moon. Tui looked up at him with hope in her coal black eyes. He gathered her up in his arms and started to levitate toward where his power had found the rune. She snuggled into his robes a bit more inhaling the musk that was just him and nothing more his scent making heat pool at her center. As if smelling her arousal a deep lust fueled rumble filled his chest as his smaller arms began to caress her soft frame. His main arms turned her so his mouth could capture hers.

Tui’s hands fisted in his robes as he stopped and began to lay her on the showed surface of the moon. Tso let out a ragged groan as she took one of his mandibles into her mouth and let her tongue play over it. He pulled away letting it leave her hot mouth and began to remove his robes. He gasped as Tui sat up and began to nip his pale flesh as it became exposed. His smaller set of arms began to pull the straps of her dress down but almost faltered as she nipped at his throat and used her own hands to delve lower into his robes and start caressing his hardening demonhood. “My beloved, are you trying to make me lose control and take you like the demon that I am?” Tso growled in her ear while his long tongue caressed the still healing mating mark on her neck. “So what if I am Tso?” She asked seductively pulling the red and purple robes from his shoulders and leaning him back.

She dropped the top part of her dress leaving her bare breasts exposed to his heated demonic gaze. “Tso, your demon blood in Chi that are running through my veins have heated them to an almost painful degree. I must have you my demon god.” Tui said as the white around her coal black irises took on a blood red twinge. This sight fueled Tso’s desire even more, this manifestation of demon urges and power showed him that she was ready for the ritual and that her body could carry a demon child full term and protect it. He was brought out of his musings when she opened his robes all the way and shed her dress. Seeing her bare lips wet with her nectar ready to part for his full demonhood made him growl with need.

Tui looked down at her mate and grasped his smaller hands in her own. “Take me Tso, make me ride you.” She gasped as his smaller hands dug into the soft skin of her hips his claws making small punctures that let some blood trickle out. Both didn’t pay this any mind for at that moment Tso thrust up as Tui brought her hips down to meet his. His thrusts weren’t gentle like he had been hours ago, this was pure raw need. Tui grasped his back her own claw like nails leaving bloody trails over his flesh as his main arms cradled her. His main right hand trailed up her back and into the hair at the base of her skull and pulled back firmly but not enough to hurt her making her look upward exposing her throat to him. She felt his tongue slide up and down the exposed skin the mandibles of his mouth caress where his tongue had been seconds before. Tso felt the skin vibrate from the screams of passion from her as his thrusts picked up speed, his lower hands brining her hips down harder and harder.

“Yes my beloved scream for me, scream it to the heavens.” He said into her throat as his fangs grazed the skin near the recent mating mark. The vibrations increased as her screams turned to loud wails. He released her hair and brought her mouth to his in a long deep kiss. The look in her eyes told him that she was close, so was he as he bared his own throat that held her mating mark to her. She wordlessly understood and began to suck over the bite mark. Seconds later she screamed muffling it as her sharpened teeth re-bite into the soft demons flesh having his blood fill her mouth again. Tui suckled like a baby would its mother until she felt heat fill her and Tso’s fangs enter her.

Tso laid back on his robes panting looking up at his moon spirit bathed in a soft glow as the demon blood she just took in healed the wounds he had left on her body. She slowly moved off of him and pulled her dress back on, the red fading from her eyes. “Come my beloved, that rune awaits us.” Tso stated after he pulled his robes back on. He pulled Tui back into his arms and began to levitate again toward the direction of the rune. She curled up in his arms content like a cat as the Earth vanished beyond the moon’s horizon. “My beloved, we are close. I sense the runes mystic powers close at hand.” Tso stated as the runes on the chain around Tui’s neck began to glow. They soon spotted it close to where the final battle with the immortal had taken place. There were scars on the surface from where Tso’s Dark Chi and battled the immortals’ Good Chi. If Tso hadn’t been weakened from just recently defending the kingdom from a horde that belonged to an evil Egyptian Priest named Imhotep.

Tui went over to the rune and picked it up, she felt the restraints keeping her power weaken to almost a thread. She quickly placed the rune stone with the others and raised her arms and felt the power course through her body. “Tso, I feel that when your power took over the moon me may have been spotted from Earth and knowing Chan as your brother states it he may try and come here looking to reseal you again.” Tui said seeing how dark the moon had really become with Tso Lan’s Dark Chi. Tso thought for a moment, “Agreed my beloved, we shall go to Earth and wait for Bai Tsa to appear. I feel that my brother Tchang Zu has been released, he may need our help.” Tso Lan stated as Tui gathered her newly released power and formed a ball around them for teleportation. As they vanished the Dark Chi incasing the moon began to seep into the ashen ground to help its restoration.

They reappeared in the cannery moments later and Tui fell to her knees panting. Tso was quickly by her side helping her up. “Until you have all the runes and your full power restored my beloved you shouldn’t try doing complex spells like teleportation.” Tso chided lovingly. The smell of dead fish soon wrinkled both of their noses. “I don’t see how Shendu tolerates this.” Tso gagged going to open a window. “Tso my love lets go back to my place, but you will need a concealment spell to cover yourself. A 7 foot tall demon would stand out even in San Francisco.” Tui giggled going over to her pack getting out a pair of white Capri’s, pink tank top, and sandals, thinking that her white dress may cause too much attention. While she changed Tso looked through the various magazines that the Enforcers had laying about and then spotting a GQ magazine that Valmont had.

A quick spell later Tso stood there looking like a human, a 6’5’’ human with long black hair pulled into a pony tail, wearing black slacks, boots, a deep crimson semi dress shirt that was tucked into the slacks, and black leather jacket. He appeared to be in his late 20’s early 30’s. Tui looked at him like a fish with her mouth open. “Does this form suit you my beloved?” Tso asked as Tui nodded shutting her mouth to keep from drooling. Tso smirked smelling her arousal over the smell of dead fish, if Bai Tsa ever saw this place someone’s head would roll, literally.

They both stepped outside and began to head for Tui’s place. On their way Tso stared in amazement of how much the human race had accomplished in the time he had spent in the void. He knew his brothers and sister would scoff at him for commending the humans for their effort but he the more logical of the demon sorcerers understood. Tui would have to give him a history lesson once they got back to her place, unlike Tso she had lived among the humans for eons seeing history itself through her eyes. In fact the most advancement took place within the past 50 human years. A bout 20 minutes later and after getting a cautious and slightly apprehensive Tso Lan on a subway they reached Tui’s part of town. They found her apartment building and went inside. She lived on the 6th floor of the 10 story building, instead of trying to get Tso to take the elevator after the subway she decided it was best to take the stairs.

“Here is my apartment Tso.” Tui said getting out her keys to apartment 1602. She opened the door to the 1 bedroom apartment, it wasn’t much, but it was home for the time being. It had a kitchenette and counter to eat on, a living room with a couch and TV, a bathroom with a shower bathtub combo, and a large bedroom for such a small apartment with a balcony overlooking the bay. The ceiling was tall enough for Tso to transform back into his demon form. That done he began to look around at all the various things that made up Tui’s apartment, while she opened the glass sliding doors that led to the balcony. It was enclosed in screen to keep sea gulls and bugs out so he wouldn’t be noticed from the street below. By now it was past nightfall at the city lit up like diamonds.

A sudden burst of power that only he and Tui felt signaled that Tchang Zu had been resealed to the void, this made Tso feel a slight bit of pain for his brother but it didn’t last long. With Tui they would be able to free all the demons once the fifth and final rune stone was found and all 5 destroyed at once would Tui be able to free the m all. “Do you have a mirror my beloved?” Tso Lan asked as Tui nodded going to her bedroom door and shutting it revealing a full length mirror. He went before it and began to chant a spell. Soon the background of the mirror changed from Tui and Tso’s refection to that of the void. “Brothers and sisters, do you hear me?” A gargoyle looking demon that Tui’s recognized as His Wu appeared. “Brother Tso, how have you not been resealed just like the others?” He asked as all the other demons appeared in the mirror. “Chan has not found you yet?” Po Kong asked as Tso put his lower arms into his robes as a sign of annoyance. “So far we have eluded him.” He stated seeing the puzzled looks cross the others faces.

“We?” Tchang Zu asked as Tso stepped aside reveling Tui. “Who are you mortal?” Tchang Zu asked not recognizing the moon spirit. “My, my, my Tchang Zu, I missed you to.” Tui stated letting some of her power loose. A soft glow encased her and her hair began to float, a symbol of the moon appeared on her forehead, and her eyes began to give off a soft glow. “Tu…Tu…Tui.” The mighty thunder demon stuttered as the other looked on in awe. “We have eluded Chan for now, but I have a small favor to ask one of you. Lady Bai Tsa, my power was sealed by the immortal who banished my love Tso to the void by five ancient rune stones, I have successfully gathered four of them, the fifth one lying at the very deepest part of the ocean.” Tui stated to Bai Tsa. “And I suppose you want me to retrieve it for you? Why should I help a spirit bound in mortal form?” The water demoness asked as Tui gave her a hard stare from her coal black eyes. “Should you be resealed to the void and you portal permanently sealed by the old man, with I regain my full power I can reopen them. Good Chi magic doesn’t stand a chance to my power when I am at my strongest.” Tui stated as Xiao Fung, Po Kong, and Tchang Zu looked at Bai Tsa.

They knew Tui was the only ticket they had now of escaping the void. At the looks her siblings were giving her Bai Tsa nodded her head. “I will do this, but only on one condition, I need help ruling the ocean after your sister died. I made sure La spirit would reincarnate until the time was right and His Wu here was free again. Only he can sense where she is and reawaken her. Can you help him find her?” At this news Tui was overjoyed knowing that somewhere out there the spirit of her sister was asleep in a mortal. “One more thing, the old man has ways of tracking demon Chi. So use the concealment spell as much as possible Tso Lan.” Xiao Fung warned not wanting to see his brother sent back here and the possibility of Tui not helping them for keeping information from them.

Tso nodded and changed back into his human form. “Until we meet again my brothers and sisters.” Tso sated as the glass faded away to a mirror again. “We should see how much this old man and Chan knows.” Tui stated moving to put a hoodie on. Fall was coming and the air was getting a slight bit chilly. “Agreed my beloved, I want to know where Chan is so we can keep an eye on him.” Tso Lan said as they left out through the door and down to the garage. Tui never liked driving much due to the traffic getting on her nerves but she didn’t want to risk some poor sap trying to mug her and Tso killing him. That was not how to keep a low profile.

They got into her simple car that she had in the garage. It wasn’t much, just a four door Toyota Corolla, and with their tall frames getting in it looked like a clown car. It was a deep midnight black that blended in well with shadows. Tso watched her as she drove looking at the way her feet moved as she did the manual transmission and handled the stick shift. The thought of Tso learning to drive, especially a stick shift caused her to giggle. He looked at her and raised an eyebrow. After that it wasn’t long until they reached Chan’s area of town. She parked her car a few blocks from Uncle’s shop and they walked the rest of the way. The moon shone brightly down on them, all traces of Tso Lan’s Dark Chi had vanished, however to their eyes they saw the moon showing traces of restoration. A regular human wouldn’t notice a thing but Tui saw most of the craters beginning to vanish.

As they neared Uncles’ shop she heard the old man ranting and motioned for Tso to crouch down outside the same window with her the night Shendu had Hak Foo grab her. “Moon demon has to be somewhere. Hiyah, must do more research.” Uncle stated pacing back in forth. Jade was busy reading the legend again. Something about it seemed so familiar but she couldn’t place it. “Maybe he and the moon spirit are here on Earth?” Jackie asked and was swatted by Uncle’s two fingers. “Uncle does not see moon spirit and demon living in an apartment.” At this both Tui and Tso covered their mouths and silently laughed. Tui focused in on Jade for a moment, the young girl’s aura seemed different from that of the rest of her kin and Toru. She didn’t think much of it as they shrunk back into the shadows as a car came to a stop outside the shop. Captain Black got out of the car and went up to the door. Not even bothering to knock he went in.

AN: I wonder what Captain Black has to say? As always please review. I will try and update as soon as possible and for you who haven’t already guessed La’s spirit is residing in Jade, oh how the plot thickens. I hope I have kept our beloved Uncle in character.
