chapter 8 Car dive

::here it is another Chapter FINALLY DONE well updated that is with all the chaos the site has been throw I'm glad to get this one out there Its an Odd/ Samantha so enjoy::

Odd opened his eyes and stared at the alarm clock and smiled. He jumped on his bed and startling Kiwi and started a little dance. “Its my Birthday” He chanted in time with his little dance. Odd leapt to the floor grabbed Ulricks pillow out from under him and socked him with it “Get up lazy bones Its MY BIRTHDAY” Odd shouted! Ulrick flashed Odd a dirty look and pulled out one of his ear plugs, “What are you doing up, usually Im dragging you out of bed?” He asked angry at being so rudely awakened. “Its my birthday” Odd said mater of fact and smiled, “And Im using one of the old warehouse near the Academy to throw a rave in my honor.
“Great you do that” Ulrick said with mock excitement as he trudged off to the showers.

Yumi ran to Ulrick and the others as they sat in the front court yard of Kedic Academy. “You’ll never guess who just started school here,” she said slightly out of breath “and She’s just in time for you birthday Odd” She stepped aside with a little flourish. Odds face dropped As the Samantha Walked up holding her books to her chest like a teddy bear. Something seemed to be bugging her. “Oh, its you” Odd said a light to sharply. Odd Got up and stalked away with his hands in his pockets “I’ll see you guys latter I have flyers to hand out” Samantha watched him live and then with out a word she fallowed after him determinedly.

Samantha finally cough up to Odd as he stood at the front door passing out purple flyers. “Odd we need to talk” she almost demanded “about what, you said enough to me already” he said his voice dripping with venom. “Odd, I..” Odd cut Samantha off “ you said I was a petulant little brat and that you where using me the whole time, we have nothing to talk about” Samantha retort was cut short, as a tall, thin man with long white blonde hair held back in a low slung pony tail and an immaculate white suit.

“Now Odd aren’t you going to introduce me to your little friend, don’t be rude now.” Said a sickeningly nice. Odds face looked like some on damped ice water on him. “S-s-sam t-this is my Uncle Cassias” Odds face was white and his hands trembled so badly that he dropped the flyers he was holding. Odd was scared to death of this man.

Samantha grabbed Odds arm and pulled him free of Cassias’s grip and ran dragging the trembling Odd behind her. The further they got from the evil man the faster odd recovered till he took the lead and pulled her in to the gap between the gym shed and the academy’s main building. Samantha and Odd panting heavily having run the whole way.

“Tha::Pant::nks” Odd managed to say between gasps of breath his body trembling with more then just fatigue. Samantha was about to say something when Jim head appeared around the shed. “And what are you two doing, Ahhh Della Robbia I should have known.” The two looking like deer caught in a cars head lights unable to respond at first. “Have you know shame Odd its her first day?” Jim was thoroughly enjoying there shock.

Odd smiled and walked off “Don’t worry Jim, she just needs to learn all the good hiding spots that’s all, I don’t wont any thing to do with her any way.” Jim straiten in shook, he never in the time that he knew Odd, he never heard him be that cruel, especially to a girl. Well except maybe Sissi. Samantha did not seem to care about the remark and thought hared on how to get him to listen. Then it hit her and she ran off to get ready leaving an even more confused Jim be hind.

Cassias smiled like a snake hunting its prey as he examined the purple flier. He had plained to be hair to his mothers fortune, but the old hag was still alive and now she plains to leave it all to Odd and with his dear brother dead the only one in his way was Odd and like any obstacle Cassias came upon all shared the same fate, destruction. As Cassias left the academy with the flyer in hand Xana watched him throw the security camera at the gates. The evil program saw an opportunity that it could not pass up and it started to plain just as Cassias plained.

Ulrick rang Yumis door bell nervously, and hope that she was ready although Yumis parents have been more lenient her being with him in fact thay are even supporting it to an extent they where more then a little wary of let her go with him to what Odd where calling a little party. Ulrick was relieved as yumi came out and shut the door behind her one moment then he was stunned by her beauty the next. She was wearing a new sleeveless black shirt the ended just above her tummy and black skirt that was a little longer then her old one but it swayed more when she moved and it went dangerously high when she spun to show him the whole out fit “how do I look” she ask brightly It Ulrick a moment to find his voice but when he did It came out in a breathless wow.

Ulrick held Yumis hand gently as they walked to the rave, when Aelita called to them and ran up next to them dragging Jeremie with her. “Wow Aelita, I like you new dress” Yumi mused as Aelita gave a little twirl to show of her new pink sun dress, thou it was she how took her to the mall to get it. Ulrick was dressed nicely with a pale green dress shirt and tan khakis, while Jeremie had on a white dress shirt and a new pair of blue jeans. The two couples entered the Old building together.

The rave was in full swing as they entered. the music was loud the lights were flashing, the kids where dancing and there was food and drinks in one corner. By the food Samantha sat on an old crate, wearing a Purple plaid sun dress and watching Odd in his light purple dress shirt and black khakis dancing on the dance floor waiting for her chance to cut in. In the very back two Evils where also waiting for the right time to act.

Soon Aelita and Yumi dragged there respective boyfriends in to the throng of dancers and tarted to dance, soon they lost them selves to the music. Yumi and Ulrick were dancing pressed against each other moving there hios to the music and steeling kisses, Jeremie one the other hand was not very good but Aelitas graceful moves more then made up for his poor dancing.

The song chanced and Odd Screamed out “I LOVE THIS SONG” passionately and started to pace in a circle forcing the other dancers to ring around him in the middle. Then as the song hit its first fast paced solo Odd jump in to the very middle and started to brake dance like a pro. On his own Odd was good but Samantha new that with a partner, one who new how to dance as well he was great she seize the moment and pushed throw the crowd of cheering kids and jumped next to odd. Odd and Samantha danced perfectly together, it was like they where canaling the two greatest dancers of all time. They moved, swaying and became more daring with each new song the DJ played.

Aelite dragged Jeremie to the darkest corner of the warehouse so that they could Make out in peace. Sissi had just seen Ulrick in the crowed and was pushing her way to him she finally knew how she was going to get him to go out with her, and she was going to get at leased one dance with him. Just as she got to him she stopped dead in her track froze by what she saw. Ulrick and Yumi where kissing each other deeply there tongues wrestling for dominance. Ulricks left arm was wrapped around Yumis shoulder keeping her close while the other hand gently caressed her ass throw her skirt, both of Yumis hands where holding Uricks rear.

Ulrick opened his eyes just in time to see Sissi run from the rave tears rolling down her face. “Sissi was just watching us, Yumi” He said nonchalantly. Yumis eyes nearly popped out of her head “Oh God, if she tells my parents they’ll kill me!” Yumi was in a panic as she and Ulrick ran after the Sissi. William watch Ulrick and Yumi run out of the rave hand and hand, he knew he had lost to Ulrick. Secretly he knew that he could never win but he was never on to give up easily, but there where battles in World War II that had a better chance then he would get together with Yumi and so the second broken heart left Odds Rave.

Samantha lead the exhausted Odd over to the crate she was using as a seat, she was tired but she had Odds attenchion and she was going to say what she came to say no matter what. “Odd” She started but someone roughly knocked her off her seat and grabbed Odd and dragged him out. Samantha scrambled after Odds abductor knowing that it was useless to try and scream over the blaring music.

Cassias pulled his small pistol from his jacket pocket as he moved to the exit the straggling Odd in his grasp “I win Odd its all mine” He snickered not caring if any one heard. Just as he got to the exit with Odd, Jim swing open the door intending to bust up the party, he took one look at what Cassias was doing and cracked his knuckles. “I don’t know and don’t care what you wont with a little kid but if you don’t let him go now I’ll break you face.” Jim voice was held all the menace of a pissed of bear and he looked like one to boot.

Cassias look Jim up and down, not only was Jim almost two feet taller then him he was also much bigger and stronger then he, but Cassias had the great equalizer and he pressed the cold gun to Odds temple, “get out of my way or we can paint the town red with what little brains Odd has.” Jim snarled at Cassias but he had no choice but to step aside and let Cassias leave.

Odd struggled kick and bite Cassias to get free but Odd plans of not going quietly were ended by the sharp pain and blackness inflicted by the gun but as it struck the back of Odds head. Odd was shoved in to Cassias slick new sports and Cassias buckled him in “wouldn’t wont you to get hurt now” Cassias laughed cruelly as he went around to the drivers side and took of in to the night, not knowing that the computer system in his new sports car was already controlled by Xana and that all that lay ahead of him was a ride from hell.

Jim stood in the street watching the sleek white sports car drive off in to the night. Just as Jim turned to race to the nearest phone Samantha grabbed his arm and half dragged, half lead him to his car, “we have to save him she was almost screaming at him trying to make the huge man go faster. Jim did not no why but he got in to his little car and took off after Odd with Samantha riding shotgun.

Cassias Was ecstatic he won it was only a matter of time till he was named the successor to his mothers company. He would have it all. As he neared the docks he stepped on the brakes to slow down but instead the car accelerated, then took a sharp left with Cassias turning the wheel. To the horror of the passenger of the crazed car it was now heading right for the bay. Cassias smiled, “well Odd looks like I win, by default” he said as he opened his door and throw him self out of the racing car. Turn to his door but all ready Xana lock it and all the rest Odd was trap in a coffin of metal and glass speeding to a watery grave.

Jim floored it, his little car fighting to gain on the sleek white sports car, but it was hopeless Jim’s little car just did not have the power to keep up with the sport car. Jim and Samantha watch in utter terror as the white car smashed throw the guard rail and in to the icy waters below.

Jim slammed on his brakes just barely stopping the car before it to crashed in to the bay.
Samantha didn’t think as she grabbed a wrench that was on the floor of Jim’s car and be for Jim could even form a protest she was jumping in to the freezing water after the car and the trapped Odd.

Sam sank fast in to the icy water and as she came upon the car, she hit the rear window with all her might, the wrench shattering the window sending tiny shards of glass ever where. Odd fought to keep awake, when Samantha suddenly grabbed his wrist and pulled him up to the surface with her. Jim rummaged throw the trunk of his little car till he found his drag line and a harness from his days with the coast guard. The hooked the harness to the sturdy rope, he rushed over to jump in after the kids but to his great surprise and joy, they where floating on the water waiting for a rescue that Jim gladly help with.

It only took a mere 20 minutes or so for ambulances and police to be crawling all over the seen of the crash . “ODD!” A short, slim, gray haired woman in a neat black business suit with a dress skirt stormed over to Odd as he sat in an ambulance with a thick warm blanket wrapped around him. Once in range Odd was smothered in his Gran-grans kiss and hugs.

“They got him Odd they got the bastard that kidnaped you.” the Odds Gran-gran cheered in between kisses ans he smile warmly over to Samantha as she sat on the ambulances fender next to Odd, “and who is this young lady Odd” she asked softly. Odd smiled and answered brightly “my fiancee Samantha Gran-gran” Odds grandmother smiled as Samantha blushed deeply as Odd held her hand in his.

Odd lay in his bed back at the academy resting softly as the clock silently ticked away the night. It had taken more then an hour to talk his grandmother into letting him stay at Kedic and twice as long to keep him out of spending a night in a hospital. But it was worth it has he snored loudly, not here his door open or Samantha as she slipped in and locked it behind her. She gently crept over to odd the long white shirt she used as Pajamas swayed in Odds powerful snores.
Samantha gently sat on the edge of Odds bed, she woke him by softly calling his name ans shaking him lightly. Odd woke slowly at first, but as soon as he saw that it was Samantha in his room so late he was fully aware in seconds. “Odd I need to tell you why I said what I said bac...” Odd cut her off with a kiss “Doesn’t matter now its all water under the bridge as far as I’m concerned.” he said when they stopped.

Samantha blushed lightly and crashed Odd in to another kiss. It was an awkward kiss as they learned how to explore each others mouths. Odd let out a loud groan of surprise and pulled quickly away. “What are you doing” he asked as Samantha gently felt his slim chest under his shirt. All she could do was smile gently and continue.
