Chapter 9: A New Age (L)
9, October 2027 AD, 5:02 (Earth's Time)
Earth, Terra Novian States of America, Florida, Beach City
The morning came when the sun rose over the Beach City. The light rays directly hit the Yellow Diamond's face. She scowled before covering her eyes. Feeling that she will not fell asleep again. She got up to check the time. Stars, It's already 5:03 AM

He already wishes that he would be back 19 years old person. The best years of his life. He could develop a relationship with Connie, have kids and live in normal life instead of running from Homeworld for his entire life.

"I know...and maybe we can work something out in later time" she winked at him before she looked down at the water, exhaling sadly "My time is over, Goddess."
Steven felt how someone laid a tender hand on his shoulder. He looked back to see Goddess Diamond herself. She wears a white bra and white panties with a white cape on her back. Reality
Steven opened as the sound of sobbing can be heard inside the room. He got up to see crying Yellow Diamond, sitting in her dark yellow underwear and bra as she sobs to her hands.
"Celiana, what happened?" Steven laid his hand on her shoulder, only to be angrily slapped away "All humans are the same!" She sobs.
"What?" Steven didn't get her right.
"YOU MORON!" Celiana revealed her face, her makeup is destroyed by the tears "YOU THINK DREAMING OF LAPIS WHILE I'M PLEASURING YOU IS NORMAL TO YOU!" She cried out very loudly.

Then out nowhere. Someone start slamming fist against the door "GuysZZ, It'Z GrZy. Please open!"
"What the" Steven got up and opened the door. Injured Gray entered the house and fell on the carpet.
"Gray, what the hell happened to you!" Steven stood on his knees.
"My GemZZZstone...it hurts" He showed his gray triangle gemstone on his arm. It's slightly cracked.
"Hold on, it will help you!" Steven licked his hand and began to land it on Gray's Gemstone
"No!, No!,No!" Gray tried to protest, he is afraid that Steven's saliva contains viruses. But when it hit his Gemstone, it changed his point of view. Gray touched his gemstone after the crack was gone, "How could be possible?"
"Rose had powers to heal Gemstones, Gray. I can heal them with my saliva."
"That's really useful..." Gray got up "but we must evacuate this planet immediately" He walked to the nearest window to check if nobody follows him.
"Why?" Peridot asks.
Yellow Diamond went downstairs, she heard their conversation so she remained silent and joined them, taking a seat in the chair. "It all was planned, guys. The Empire knows that we all rebels"
"Gray lets starts from the beginning. What happened after you left us?"
"I was going to arrive at Executor until plans had changed...and everything went downhill"
2 hours ago, Earth, Terra Novian States of America, Somewhere in Nevada/Arizona.
After some time reaching to point where the shuttles are landing, Gray took a shuttle that travels to the Executor. One hour later passed and they still didn't reach to the Executor.
"Pilot, why it's taking soo long to reach the Executor?" Gray cried out so that Pilot could hear him. Damn engines sound, always loud as fuck.
"We are not going to the Executor, Gemdler. Redstone gave me new orders to transfer you to another place."
"Where?" Gray rubbed his right shoulder.
"Look at the window, buddy."
Gray looked out the window. What He saw is surprisingly...It's Prime Kindergarten.
Prime Kindergarten does not look like Gray is from. Delta Kindergarten where Gray with others Gemdlers was born from the Injectors was far more advanced and more...beautiful. But is not a surprising thing. Beta and Prime were only in alpha stage when the rebellion happened. According to the Pink's court, Third Pink Diamond planned to build over 89 Kindergartens here...and Earth was supposed to be a big main base for next step for Gems expansion.
Today, even after the Gemirian Empire annexed the planet. They decided to not reactivate the Beta and Prime Kindergarten since this two kindergartens are outdated and useless to the Empire. They only produce cheap or bad versions of Amethyst's classes. Carnelian saw a great potential in big Kindergartens such as Delta, Charlie, Alpha Kindergarten and the legendary Kindergarten Nova as main sources for new Gem warriors.
Although, it doesn't give an excuse for the Empire to salvage it completely. Gray can see how many Imperial Gems are transferring Gem Injectors to the Star Destroyer which is landed on the canyon.
The shuttle landed on the platform. The main ramp opened for the Gray to leave the shuttle. He steps out on the platform of Gemirian Outpost. He looked at the view of Beta Kindergarten, Creator...what genius to make a creepy Kindergarten? Even Delta looks like a flower shop compares to this.
"Yo! FN-2166A! Come here!" Some called to him.
Gray smiled, knowing who it might be. It's his old pal TR-8R: A brother in arms and old pal who Gray fought in Battle of Ellysia, Earth and others famous battles. Seeing his brother alive and not shattered is the happiest day of his life.
Technically, all Gemdlers are brothers to each other since they born in Delta Kindergarten. They have their own creed where Brothers do not abandon each other. They fight and die to protect their Kindergarten as a home. It's something that Gray is proud off...being a Gemdler.
"TR-8R, what are you doing here?" Gray approached his old pal, giving a big bro hand's shook to him.
"Same as you, Gray. The Empire want to clean these place from the Fusion Experiments." TR-8R shivered by their names, imagine what they went trough "Nasty things eh?"
"Yeah, fucking hate them. And this place really gives me goosebumps. I seriously can't understand why someone creates it."
"Because Pink Diamond wanted me to built it." Someone said behind.
Both Gray and TR-8R turned to the direction. It's Profesor Relon, the same Pureblood gem that Steven told about him. Relon holds a big crate in his arms. He then dropped nearly to their legs. He clicks a button and crate opened, revealing two plasma rifles inside the crate "Take them and come with me." Relon orders, without showing any emotions to brothers.
Brothers, after looking each other and Gray shrugging his shoulders, grabbed the plasma rifles. "Damn...what a nice a piece of the arsenal," TR-8R comments about the beauty of the weapon.
"Don't get any hopes, Gemdler. This is only a prototype." Relon checked his notes before laying it on the table and moving forward to the Canyon.
4 minutes later
Gray with TR-8R and Elite Peridots accompanied professor deeper to the Prime Kindergarten, mostly all Gem Injectors were transferred to the Star Destroyer. Leaving only the damaged ones struggling to reach to the ship.
"So why we need those weapons?" Gray suddenly asks.
Relon grins as he stops "This why" He shot into the air with his Gemirian 10-mm pistol. the sound created an echo that went far to the Kindergarten. Everything became so quit, which makes Gray and others to be in an uncomfortable position. Then out nowhere, a Gem mutant with three legs instead of head charged at them. TR-8R reacted and fired the plasma to mutant. The mutant cried out in pain before exploding in pieces, it gemstone was destroyed.
"Any questions, Gemdler?" Relon turned around as he grins at them. He feels confident that his prototype worked against those filthy mutants.
"Ahhhh." Gray, worriedly looks at Peridot class gem. The Elite Peridot looked back at him, too bad they all wearing masks, hiding their shocked faces from professor creepiness.
"Nope," Other Gemdler says.
"Then let us go then, idiots"
Another Ten minutes later.
After some time of walking and protecting the group from mutants. They stumbled upon a big open space with a strange hole in it.
"Here we are, Gems. The core of the Kindergarten." Relon proudly says.
"Okay...why we need the core of the Kindergarten?" Gray asks.
"For one high priority project that you don't have rights to know, Gemdler" Professor Relon snarled.
"Jeez, you don't have to be a dick about it," Gray mumbled to himself. TR-8R chuckled how Gray nailed this pretty good
"Nice one, Gray." He laid his hand on Gray's armored shoulder, showing a full respect to his kinder brother.
Relon didn't hear it as he is busy with the hole. He touches to find panel, he finds it and opens it. It revealed a keypad on it.
"As the designer of the Beta and Prime Kindergarten, I created a core to keep the Injectors work even without any second assistance. But the Crystal Gems somehow find the way to shut the down..." He chuckles, finding that Crystal Gems are stupid to not shutting down Kindergarten completely "But they forgot about to remove the core itself."
"So you planning to reactivate the Kindergarten, professor?"
"No. I didn't have time to finish this Kindergarten properly back then. That's why most of the Gems that born here are now mutants. But right know, I have a completely new plan which is far better than this Kindergarten" Relon types the code on it. The device flashes with green light, accepting the code . Then a small cylinder lifts up from the hole. Relon removed it from the hole. With that All Gem injectors that near them are now completely shut down.
"What happened to the Injectors?" TR-8R asks
"This core serve a purpose power source to Gem Injectors. Without it, they quickly consume their last energy that stored in them before completely shutting down."
"We walked for at least one hour to here all because of this stupid core?" Gray snarled
"That is correct, Gemdler. Don't underestimate this core that easily. It far more valuable than your or mine lives."
"I bet even a complete simple rock is a more valuable asset than the entire army of Gemdlers." Gray snarled at him. He is now pissed how Professor Relon thinks he is a god. Yes, he created Kindergartens and thanks to him Gray is here. But it doesn't make him as another Emperor of Homeworld.
"How about I will shove your gemstone up your ass and we will watch how you're valuable." Relon pressed his finger against Gray's dark armor, showing him that he won't retreat without any fight.
"My Gemstone is okay, thank you" Gray slapped Relon's finger away, completely ignoring what Relon said to him.
Relon growled by Gemdler's stubbornness. What he thought when he designed Gemdler Class Gem back when he constructed Delta Kindergarten. Now he needs to deal with these stubborn idiots for know.
Relon wiped his finger on his lab coat "Let's get going...I'm already tired of your ignorance, Gemdler."
Out nowhere The not-like Gem screams happened across the Canyon. All Group's members looked at everything direction, making themselves in defensive stance.
"What was that?" TR-8R aims his weapon everywhere he can.
Relon lifted his arm, showing as a sign to be quiet. "Must be fusion experiments..." TR-8R commented while Relon narrowed his eyes, concentrating on the sounds around them.
Behind the rock about 10 Fusion Experiment jumped out and charging at them. Gem Soldiers fired them from their range weapons, shattering 4 mutants of 7.
Two Fusions Experiments attacked one the Elite Peridots, destroying her gemstone and poofing her.
Gray turned around and shot these two mutants that killed Elite Peridot. Gray ran up to check if her gemstone is okay.
"She is shattered!" Gray cried out to the rest of the group, moving backward away from dead Elite Peridot to fight off the mutants.
"Get back here, Gray. There is nothing you can do!" TR-8R cried out back.
Another about thirty mutants appeared on Gray sight. He cursed some words before running away from them like hell, avoiding any obstacles.
Near the Gemirian Outpost
Gray ran all way to the path that group used. Mutants still on his tail, for mutants, they can run fast.
Gray thought it will be an end of him until he saw lights of the Gemirian base on this Kindergarten. He increased his speed to get as fast possible.
"Let him pass!" TR-8R cried to the gunners to not shoot him.
Gray finally reached where imperial Gems set up a trap for mutants, he jumped over the barricades, before falling on the ground, catching a breath.
"Failures inbound!" The Gemdler class Gem said in his voice chatter to warn the others. Then the first wave of mutants appeared from the holes and road where Gray appeared to them.
"NOW, STRIDER!" Professor cried out.
Gray hearing his shout confused, what in the world are Striders?
"Understandable low-frequency moans"
The ground started shaking around Gray. He looked up to see a tall thing with three legs passed by above him and to the barricades. Mutants stopped and looked at the tall thing. It's has a warp cannon on belly and nose as pulse gun...or this thing doesn't have a nose or belly
"FIRE!"
Strider made another moan before some kind of energy formed on warp cannon, making a very loud sound before it fired to Mutants horde, vaporizing them from the existence. Others mutants, seeing the Empire's new toy started retreating. Strider then starts chasing mutants, vaporizing every mutant that it sees in sight.
"Brother, are you okay?" TR-8R walked up, giving a hand to his Kinder-brother.
"Yeah thanks, brother." He accepts his hand and Gray stands up. First thing first, Gray walked up to professor who is having a much pleasure to view at running Mutants as Strider shows them who is a boss.
"What in the world, this thing is supposed to be?" Gray snarled at professor angrily.
Relon crossed his arms, having a grin on his face "Gemdler, meet a new Strider Class Gem . A combination of Earth organic life and Homeworld technology of synthetic. This thing WILL not rebel against our Empire. It will only follow direct orders. This is...A new generation of Gem's might. A new type of weaponry that always follows orders...without questing them."
"You're really sick, professor. Using this planet for your own methods is not cool." Gray crossed his arms.
"Do I look I have time for narrating me, Gemdler? You don't have power around here to dictate me."
Professor left Gray who death-glared at him before he approached TR-8R to talk about their adventures. Relon walks up to Homeworld Peridot and forcefully grabbed a core from her hand. Then Lambda-class T-4a shuttle landed near them, Director Zirconia left the shuttle.
"Here you go" Relon hands the core to Director.
Director inspects the core "Any damages?"
"No" Relon impatiently says.
"Then well done, Professor . This will boost the construction of KinderPlanet for at least a decade." Director then nods to Professor before turning around and entered the shuttle with the core.
Then sounds of clapping came out from the shuttle, Grand Colonel Redstone left the shuttle, he wears his old dark chromic armor, his helmet is consist of one eyehole to see him while the another one is just a white cross, "For a scientist...not bad" Redstone chuckled.
"Great...and now you." Relon rolled his eyes.
"Oh come one, Relon." Redstone rested his arm over Relon's head like a best friend to him...even though that they are not. "I know that you been very long in this game. Carnelian is grateful for what you did to Homeworld."
Relon jerked his hand away "Then tell him he will pay 2x time than my average payment."
"Relon my buddy...are you still angry that Steven escaped?'
"Of course I'm angry; imagine what that human has in him. I could make Gems even superior if I combine the Human's free will and strength of Gems...this is could be a foundation of new Gem's generation."
"Yeah..about that" Redstone slowly pulled out his revolver "The Empire doesn't need your help anymore. Sorry" He aimed at his head.
Professor widened his eyes. The whole Empire played a fool game on him "You little son of the destroyer!" Relon hissed his last words.
"Say hi to Blue Diamond from me" Redstone pulled the trigger, the bullet instantly penetrated trough professor's head. The body of scientist feel on the ground, poofing into the gemstone. Others Gems that near them instantly reacted, they all stopped working or talking only to watch their Colonel standing still.
Colonel then grabbed the gemstone and slightly cracked it to prevent professor to reappear again. He then hides it inside his cape.
"Sir! with all respect but why?!" Gray ran up to Redstone, with horror on his face.
"He was a traitor and double spy for GRA, Gray. This kind of Gems doesn't deserve even to be shattered!"
"GRA?" Gray is surprised with that kind of statement, there is no evidence in Noveria main base that Professor Relon was a spy for GRA. "It can't be true."
"I presume you're familiar with them" Redstone leaned to him so that their eyes can see each other directly "Am correct?"
Gray cleared his throat "No, sir. I think he was in different rebellion group." He tried to sound like he doesn't know.
Redstone leaned away, still looking suspicious at Corporal Gray "I believe you right know. But let's talk about something different."
Redstone gestured to follow him away from others "Tell me; What your opinion about the New Empire?"
"Well," Gray scratches his armored arm. "I think the New Empire gives promises to Gems. I think it's far better Empire than the Diamond one, sir."
"Unlike you, Gemdler, I really disappointed in the new Empire." He stops "Carnelian only in charge because of me, Gray. I did the invasion of Earth, I attacked GRA's base on Nao and I reason of why we successfully invaded trough Ellysian borders." He points his finger to the Gray "All he was done is sitting on his throne and done nothing while gems are supporting his nation."
"Well, it's supposed to be absolute monarchy type government."
"Which is not!" Redstone suddenly exclaimed, nearly scaring that Gemdler away "It's supposed a free nation from the Diamond Authority...but he lied." He said very quietly "Now it another form of dictatorship. Carnelian promised a freedom for us.." He throws his hand in the air "But we get even worse. Fusions don't exist anymore. Rubies were exterminated and Pearls are now warriors. He is a shadow of real Carnelian that existed before the war with Aura Quartz."
"Okay..." Gray really doesn't understand of Colonel's statement "What you want me to do?"
Redstone looked at him with the serious expression, then he smirked "I'm going do what Aura Quartz did...maybe not tomorrow or in next decade...but one day...it will happen.
"Sir, it's not right to rebel someone to one who you promised to serve"
"I agree, But it does not give a reason you to betray us, Gray" He grinned.
Gray becomes worried "I really don't know what are you talking about, sir" He starts moving backward
"You're too stupid to make lies, Gray. You think I don't know that you worked with Gem rebellion!"
With that, Gray aimed his weapon at Redstone, preparing to fire it, Redstone pulled out very quickly his own Gemirian revolver and fired it right into Gray's rifle.
Gray lost his rifle after the bullet collided with it. Redstone instantly grabbed Gray by his neck, Gray tried to jerk away by Colonel's strong hand.
Redstone lifted up him and moved him to the edge "I thought you would be something more, Gray. But you're a just defective gem just like Crystal Gems and rebels"
Redstone throws Gray to deeper of the Kindergarten. Gray fell to the ground but managed to survive the fall. He stood on his feet, struggling as his Gemstone is slightly cracked.
"Nobody plays games with Homeworld, Gray! But now the Homeworld will play with you. LET THE SHOW BEGIN!" Colonel shouts to Gray from the top.
Redstone turned around to Gray's brother "TR-8R, Get down and finish him off... and bring his gemstone to me as a trophy" He says as he enters the shuttle.
"With pleasure" TR-8R reloaded his blaster.
Gray limped to the nearest rock. He is twitching as his Gemstone glows to prevent him from poofing.
"Delta Squad. Gemdler Class FN-2166A recognized as defective Gem. All units, fire at will" Gray's radio chatter ringed.
"Copy, Star Destroyer S-12F. Strider F002S is engaging!"
Then a shadow falls on Gray. He looks up to see a group of mutants surrounded him. Gray knowing that he can't fight back, didn't aim his pistol at them. Instead, he hopes that mutants can reason "I know that you're angry for Homeworld to make you like this. But please believe me. I didn't do horribly to any of you. I'm soldier...just all of you."
Mutants looked at each other, some of them nodded while other shook their heads or legs or arms as the sign of one of the mutants that have everything to be at least to be humanoid form grabbed Gray on his arms. They did listen to him
"ThaZk you" He weakly says.
Mutant nods
"Understandable low-frequency moan"
Mutants turned around to the sound of threat. Gem Strider charging his warp cannon at them. Then the laser hit at least ten mutants, vaporizing him.
"Gibberish mutant sounds"
The Humanoid Mutant nodded and starts running away from Strider. Strider ignored all other mutants and starts chasing the Humanoid Mutant with Gray, firing at them from his pulse gun.
Out nowhere, The Imperial Peridot appeared from the obstacle and starts shooting from her shotgun at them. Gray pulled out his own pistol and fired to Imperial Peridot's head. She death cried out before poofing into the cracked gem.
Gray looked forward. There is intact Gemirian Starfighter in some meters away from them. "CZZZ you gZZZ me to thiZZ fightZZZter?" He asks the mutant.
Mutant nodded as he increased his running speed. But Gem Strider is preparing his warp cannon. He fired it near them, sending both Gray and Mutant to the air before having a rough land. Then everything goes silent for Gray.
Gray opened his eyes, his vision is very blurry but he can see how Strider standing above him.
Strider moved down to scan Gray. He checks any sign of life in Gray's Gemstone. It's showed that it in stable condition. Strider lifts up and begins to charge his warp cannon.
Gray closed his eyes "When the times comes; I give my gemstone to the Creators. Let them judge me and my emotions...Let them give my Gemstone to Destroyers." Gray chanted the "Brothers together" as he is ready to die.
Out nowhere. The same humanoid Mutant jumped at Strider's main body part. Strider missed the shot, hitting the random rock, he tried to shake off the mutant but it gripped by armor.
Gray take his chance and crawled his way to the fighter. Having some kind of energy, he get on his feet and opened the cockpit. But he turned as he heard footsteps behind him only to get hit by Electric Baton. Gray felt from the Starfighter to ground.
"TRAITOR!" TR-8R tossed his shield away, leaving him with his long electric baton. TR-8R prepared to strike but Gray rolled over and got up. TR-8R charges at him and swings his electric baton. Gray dodges his attacks, he quickly grabbed his own sword and deflected his attack
"I should know that you plotted to overthrow the Empire!" TR-8R jumped backward, spinning his baton
"TR-zZR, Emperor is evilZZ!" Gray twitched
"From my point of view, the GRA is evil!"
"Then you're lostZZ!"
TR-8R spin his electric baton as they both started making circle movement against each other. "This is the end for you, brother!"
TR-8R spun his baton before charging at Gray and attacking him.
Meanwhile. Mutant reach to the Strider's warp cannon and ripped it from Strider. Strider made pain cry before he heads butt himself to the nearest rock, damaging his armor but managing to make Mutant release him.
Strider coughed as biological liquid leaking out from warp cannon place. He concentrated on Gray again but the same mutant jumped at Strider. This time, mutant gripped by Strider's armor and ripped it to reveal some kind of Ball Gemstone. Strider screamed very loud...or sounded like he is in the pain. In order to cease it pain, mutant gripped by the ball Gemstone and ripped it from Strider.
Strider made mournful cry as he freezes before it fell on the ground. The Mutant jumped out in time before the Strider's body flicked with energy and exploded into pieces.
TR-8R strikes with all his anger against Gray. Gray is nearly capable of deflecting him but his gemstone's condition makes him weaker.
Then TR-8R used a dirty trick. He pulled out his own blaster and shoots Gray's leg. Gray cried out in pain as fell down to the ground.
TR-8R laughed as he won "You were my brother, Gray. Now you're just a loser." He raised his baton to strike.
The same mutant that killed Strider charged at TR-8R and head butted him. TR-8R nearly lost his balance but managed to not fall down. He raised his electric baton to strike mutant. The mutant raised his fist to the electric baton. As they collided each other, the baton broke in two.
TR-8R gasped as it destroys his favorite thing "No!" He looked worried at his own baton, forgetting about the mutant.
Mutant then kicked TR-8R very strong, sending him over the edge and to deeper into the Kindergarten. The sounds of TR-8R's screams got lowered before his screams completely gone.
The mutant released a breath before he approached Gray, who is laying on the ground with heavy injuries. He gently grabbed Gray and placed him inside the cockpit.
"ThanksZ" Gray smiled "But I really ZZZdon't know why are helping me"
Mutant grabbed the stick and drew a Crystal Gem symbol. Gray realized "You were a part of Rose's CrystZZ Gem?"
Mutant nods to him.
"How you became like tZZat?"
Mutant draws the Diamond Authority symbol.
"Of course these fuckers" Gray lowers his head imaging what they all went trough, "Thanks a lot, friend. I owe you ZZy life."
Mutant patted his head. Gray smiled at mutant's friendships "Yeah," Gray laid his hand on Mutant's Ruby arm "friends"
Then The sounds bombardment happened across the Kindergarten. The Star Destroyer that Gems loaded the Gem Injectors got up from the ground. It changed direction so that the nose of the ship aims at the sky. The Engines became brighter before the ship hyper jumped from Earth to Space.
"Alert. All units from Kindergarten must evacuate the sector before the bombardment. I repeat: Failures overrun the Kindergarten. Redstone gave clearance to destroy the Kindergarten."
Mutant pated fighter's engines to show Gray that needs to fly away.
"WhatZ about you?"
Mutant points to the Kindergarten, probably telling that it will die with it.
"Are you suZe?"
Mutants nods again.
Gray released a breath, the mutant is really saved his life and now he is going to leave him like that? Screw this Galaxy War, Gems needed to live in peace "I'm ZZorry"
Mutant for the last time laid his Ruby arm on Gray's shoulder before turning around and running to the Kindergarten.
Gray started the engines, the fighter lifts up and flies away from the Canyon. Gray looked back to see how three Star Destroyers are getting closer to the Kindergarten...to bombard it.
Gray then changed frequency to the Noveria, hoping to contact with GRA itself
"This is GRA's main HQ? Your name and Codename"
"HQ, This is Corporal Gray; Codename "Joker". Requesting to contact with White Diamond."
"Acknowledge, Corporal Gray. Stand by for her call"
Noveria Main Base
White Diamond is reading the weekly reports about the Empire's presence. One the Quartz Rebel entered her office, saluting in rebel style "Mam, one of the agents by the name "Gray" is requesting to have a chat with you."
"Thanks" She smiles.
Rebel nods to her and leaves her office. White Diamond grabbed her IDroid and finds Gray's number. She presses the button and puts it to her ear.
"YeZ?" Gray says with twitching noise
"Gray, It's me, White Diamond. You wanted to talk with me"
She can hear how Gray released his breath "My cover was blown, White. The Empire knows that I betrayed them."
"How? I thought they don't have you as rebel in the Empire's archive"
"It's Colonel Redstone. He figured out somehow that I'm rebel scum. Maybe that's why he send me to Kindergarten to deal with me. He nearly killed me but I escaped from the Empire."
"Oh, my stars. I can hear your twitching from here. What's your Gemstone's condition?"
"A deep cut."
"Then get back to Noveria, Gray. You're not going to survive for long!"
"Can't do! Many Star Destroyers are blockading Earth so that rebels can't leave the planet. Besides, I will not leave without the Steven Universe."
"Gray, don't be like Whit. You're going for the suicide run."
"It's not Mass Effect 2 so I will be fine."
White Diamond raised her left eyebrow "I...don't get that part ."
"It's...A never nevermiZZd. One more thing before I ended this call; Colonel Redstone killed Professor Relon for being involved with us. Is is true?"
"Actually, he never worked with us. He despised us as everyone else." White explains
"Strange..." He scratches his head "Redstone accused him of being working wth us."
"He didn't work with us, Gray. Maeby it was a false statement or it might be another Rebellion he worked for. If it options two, then we either found a new ally or...enemy." White stroked her hair
Gray sighed, something is not right about it "I will be careful"
"Good luck, Gray. And may Goddess Diamond smiles upon you."
They're ended their conversation. Gray put I Droid back to his pocket. He changed his direction to the west, to Beach City. He accelerated the fighter's speed to maximum speed.

"Then I crashed into the sea, washed out to the shore and crawled my way to this house." Gray finishes.
"It seems these mutants were Gems that my father punished. He really loved to send Gems for experimenting." Yellow Diamond points out.
"And Strider: A combination of this Planet's life and Homeworld's tech? HAH! I could do it while I'm blind" Peridot again in her repertoire.
"Things become more difficult," Steven says, crossing his arms as he is thinking.
"We need to leave this Planet, Steven. Soon the entire Terra Nova will hunt for us...OR even the Empire itself."
Steven sighed "Yellow, Peridot...if you planning to tag along then you need to decide right know."
"I'm with you, " Peridot says immediately.
"Me too" Yellow adds.
"Then pack your things. Today we will leave Earth." Steven says
"Your father is already here, Steven. He is waiting outside" Gray points to the door with
"Okay, but give me some time, I need to do prepare myself," Yellow says.
"Alright." Steven agrees
He immediately went outside to his father. Greg is sitting inside his van, waiting for Gem band to get in.
"So kiddo. You never told me about Carnelian that much"
"What do you mean, dad?"
"I mean his looks, his personality, and all that stuff."
"He is an asshole, dad. A handsome asshole I must say. He kept me in prison for ten years and even never visited me."
"And I thought I'm bad at parenting business" Greg chuckled. "Guess it's in our bloodline."
"Yeah...well, We are interesting family, Grandfather who created the Empire, Grandmother who created the Diamond Authority, Aunt who was the killer and mother who was the great freedom fighter. We far not normal family" Steven smiles, as feeling the proudness call himself "Universe"
"Yeah...and wonder how my grandkids will look like."
"Defiantly they will be normal Gems. But who knows"
Greg and Steven became silent as their friends left the house. Steven only know realized that Yellow wears her torn up dress.
"Yellow, I don't want to be rude but are you sure your dress will be comfortable for the road?" Steven asks
Yellow rolled her eyes before she ripped the cloth, making it now as a skirt "Happy now?"
Steven threw his hands in the air, giving up with her attitude. Then he entered the van. Greg started the engines "Where?"
"To the cafe "Smiley" in Beach City Downtown," Gray says.
Greg hit the pedal and start driving.
"Gray, can we trust Ryder?"
"Yeah, He will cool. He mostly a silent gem but he can hang out."
They drove a little bit before they stopped in front of the cafe. Gray and Steven got out from the van to meet with Ryder.
"Alright, Let me-"
The main cafe door was slammed by the angry pilot. He wears a normal Gemirian pilot armor. His skin is gray and his circular gemstone located on his forehead.
"Screw you. Next time, don't call our Empire to help your planet, you racist fuck!" The pilot shouted, before slamming the door again.
"As I said, let me do the talking."
Steven nodded. Gray approached Ryder. Ryder gazed at them and starts talking. "So Gray, This human needs my ship?" He said with a small smirk.
"Yeah, Ryder. Technically we need your ship to escape."
"Then you come to the right person. But those imperial idiots claimed that I have connections with GRA. They want to salvage it for creating new ships.
"We can help you to retrieve it. In exchange, help us to reach the main base of rebellion."
Ryder cups his chin before saying "Alright" He extends his hand "deal?"
"Deal" Gray shook his hand before saying "Get into the van."
Then they entered into the cargo section of the van. Greg started the engine.
"Ryder, I want to introduce to my friends: This is Steven Universe"
"Hey," Steven shows his palm.
"This is Greg: Steven's father"
"Sup" Greg nods, still concentrating on the road
"And you probably know them: Peridot and Yellow Diamond"
"Yeah, I do. I transferred you to Homeworld after your mission on Ellysia, my Diamond." Ryder removes his cap and shows some respect to Ex-Yellow Diamond.
"And the Homeworld Orbital Station was paranoid back then." She smiled, reminding that everything started from that moment.
"Aha, now it's called "Imperial Orbital Station" right know. Things changed does it?"
"I never was in Homeworld for ten years...can't tell what changed or not."
"Believe me, my Diamond. Everything changed down here...it looks a completely new planet without Diamond Authority hanging around."
"Sounds like they don't miss us."
Ryder shrugs "They really don't" He finishes, before taking attention to Peridot "Peridot, you changed a lot. I still remember your screams in lowers levels."
"Weird things happens" She smirked.
The van entered the tunnel, meaning that they left Beach City "So where exactly we're heading?" Greg asks.
Gray shows the map on his Gem-boy "That gonna take a while...but we will reach it at least at 12.00 Pm"
Somewhere in the Milky Way, Aura Quartz's Command Ship
Aura Quartz entered the dark room, having nothing but a completely empty room. She made two step and sat on the floor. The fog filled the room before a slim feminine figure appeared from the fog "Aura Quartz. What can I help you with?" Harbinger says very calmly.
"Professor Relon was killed by my father's loyalists. He had a blueprint for my new private army that he is supposed to give it to me." Aura Quartz says confidently.
"It appears that the Empire of organic mutants is far more intelligent than we thought." Harbinger rubs her mask, thinking about the option "How much mutants you have as your followers?"
"Only 25.000 Gem that followed me after the revolution, Harbinger."
"The only way to at least fight back is to kill it inside. Your Crystal Gems can be a valuable asset against the Deathwatch and Rose's remaining Crystal Gems."
"I agree"
Harbinger turned around for something, then she turns around and speaks "My master wants to speak with you."
The Harbinger's figure disappeared and replaced by the new one. This one has torn up robes with an ancient mask, He slouches as he holds some kind of cane to support his movement.
"The first one" Aura whispers "It's a pleasure to see you, my master."
"Aura" The raspy voice makes long pause "Even since your little game you still manage to surprise me. Fake her own death twice and leave Homeworld to your sister is...interesting. Even Razor the Great never had the courage to do that." He grins.

The doors opened and one of her Pink Quartz came to tell some news "My Diamond, A new specimen arrived from the Academy, It's corrupted, Jasper."
"Bring her to me" Aura clenched her hand.
"Yes, my Diamond." Quartz left. Then the Aura's Crystal Gems bring captured Jasper to Aura.
"Leave us alone" Aura orders to Crystal Gems.
Crystal Gems bows to her and leaves the room. Aura stood on her knees "Years, Jasper" She chuckles as she made a step forward to the corrupted beast "You became so weak after your Pink Diamond died. I heard how you cried like a total bitch to Yellow Diamond."
Corrupted Beast looked at Aura confusingly. Doesn't understanding what she says
"Let's fix it" Aura touches Jasper's gemstone. It glows before Jasper reshapes into her normal self.
Jasper touched herself, she is surprised that someone can do this "How?"
"Jasper, Jasper, and Jasper" She grins, before leaning to her "You don't remember me" Aura Quartz removes her mask. Jasper widened her eyes, a small tear comes down from her eye "My Diamond...you're...ALIVE!"
Jasper cheerfully hugged Aura's lower torso, which made Third Pink Diamond annoyed "I can't believe you're alive. That murder named Rose didn't kill you."
"Yeah about that...I heard that you didn't manage to capture a boy...and you let that Lazuli torture you...you think that I'm amused by this!"
Jasper starts sweating "My Diamond...he is powerful than you can imagi-"
"POWERFULL!?" Aura punched Jasper right into her face, Jasper coughed after the strong hit "YOU WAS DEFEATED BY A BOY AND GIRL..." Aura kicked her face "A BOY AND GIRL DEFEATED THE BEST WARRIOR THAT I HAD!" Aura then gripped Jasper's neck, squeezing it very hard.
"You're pathetic, Jasper...and do you know what I do to the pathetic Gems?"
"Please, My Diamond. I will do anything to fix my mistakes!" Jasper sobbed, she is now broken by her Diamond.
"I shattering them into pieces" She hissed
Aura then slammed Jasper against the wall. She gripped Jasper's Gemstone and ripped it from her like it was nothing. Jasper death screamed and was poofed momentarily. Then Aura did something that she never did for millennia. She tossed the gemstone on the floor and stomp it, destroying it completely.
"Goodbye, Jasper. You did well mourning me...and know you're dead by your own "dead" Diamond."
Aura smiled before the happiness hit her again. She laughed very manically, her voice can be heard from every direction, scaring everyone.
"I RETURNED!" Aura laughed "A TRUE EMPRESS OF HOMEWORLD IS BACK, FATHER. I' WILL DESTROY YOU AND YOUR GRANDSON!" She screamed to nothing.
