Ch 1
It began on a routine mission.
Team Possible had been sent to the frozen wastes of Antarctica to retrieve an item from Drakken’s clutches.
The Necronomicon.
No one knew what he’d wanted with it…
In an area that was declared off limits by the UN.
Or so they said...
GJ just wanted it quietly returned to the British Museum ASAP to avoid a diplomatic incident.
“KP are you sure we should do this… I’ve got a BAD feeling about this… worse than anything I’ve felt before.” Ron said with a whine in his voice as they flew towards their destination on a GJ hyperjet, “I mean, even Rufus refused to come!” ‘God help us if Drakken’s figured out how to use the book!’ he thought.
“Chill Ron. It’ll be ok. You’ll see.” She replied with a wink. “Besides you’ll get a chance to use your new Ronnunicator!” she replied as she checked their ice climbing gear.
“Yeah. Ok. But I still think…” ‘I hope Rabbi K’s wrong about this.’
“Ron. Zip it!”
“Ok KP.”
“…” “Kim what’s with this ‘off limits’ area that’s in the heart of Antarctica Dr Director told us about?” he asked.
“I don’t know… Wade said that it’s a section of the Thiel Mountains that’s been declared off limits since 1917. Several expeditions vanished and the area was declared a hazardous zone… possibly due to treacherous ice formations. Wade said there’s a LOT of magnetic interference in the area so we’ll be on our own.”
“Did Drakken cause the magnetic thingie?” he asked.
“No it’s a natural formation. Some sort of anomaly, satellites won’t work over the area either.” She said with a frown.
“I’ve got a bad feeling about this, KP.”
“Ron!”
