Holofun 2
By rumblebee25
From a table in the back, Lockdown waited and watched. If the kid followed the programs provided, then his sensory intake would react towards alcohol in a positive manner. Meaning drunk equals horny, meaning he’d take that little ninja-bot back to the garage for a nice romp in the backseat, like the way humans did. That really turned them on for some reason and Lockdown wanted to try it too. It’d be weird doing it inside his own vehicle mode but he was up for anything.
He couldn’t wait to see what the sneaky little ninja would come up with it. Probably a younger and more ripped version of his biker cop hologram. Lockdown shifted and adjusted his jeans, his last encounter with the officer was still fresh in his data banks. Sure it was fun, but now forty year old human authority figures turned him on. Stupid stasis cuff fetish, it always got him into trouble.
A few men had already approached him, so the new hologram seemed attractive enough. Tall, dark and handsome was the expression and hopefully Prowl liked the look. Lockdown ignored his nervousness and scanned the room again. The music was loud but he filtered most of it out, keeping his audios tuned for human voice frequencies. It was cheating since they were supposed to find each other like humans would, but the little tree hugger could into trouble. A murmur went through front of the club as someone entered and the buzz followed in the wake.
------------------------------
Prowl had been to bars, when he was dragged there by other students and stayed until smoke drove him out. Different planets, same atmosphere. Funny how bars had the same dark haze, loud music and general aura of seediness. And didn’t these places serve males and females? This one only had men, though some were making a fair attempt at passing as femme.
There were tables, a long bar and there was a bartender, so that seemed familiar. Thanks to Bumblebee, he was used to loud music and view screens. The place was larger than it looked and it lead down to dance floor and an upper section overlooking the club. So far he saw nothing but hungry males staring back at him. He walked past several patrons and sat down, wishing he could just call Lockdown instead of having to find him.
-------------------------------------
The bartender, along with everyone else in the bar stared at the sexy little brunet who was dressed to thrill in skintight motorcycle leathers. Model handsome with great cheekbones and beautiful green eyes, the cutie had adorable and confused expression that didn’t quite match his biker look. If he was any more perfect, he wouldn’t be human.
“First time, sweetheart?” the bartender asked, smiling at this stroke of good luck.
“Yes. Well, no,” the leather boy said, his voice sounding pretty mature for his age, “I’ve just never been in to this type of bar before.”
“Ohh. So what’ll you have?”
“Whatever you suggest would be fine,” the kid said, charming as all get out.
“I’ll get you something,” bartender said, eager to help.
“Thank you, that would be most helpful,” the kid said politely. No, definitely not from around here. Probably from overseas.
---------------------------------------
Prowl waited for his drink and a man took the seat next to him. Then another man took the seat on the opposite side. The bartender brought a large glass of brown liquid and the ninja reached for his wallet, wondering if a ‘ten’ would cover this.
"Don’t worry about it, sweetie. It’s courtesy of that gentleman in the corner," the bartender said, pointing to the table.
"Oh? Thank you," he said, looking over at the other patron. The man waved at him, so Prowl waved back. Picking up the drink, he studied the dark liquid and asked, "What is this?"
"A Long Island Iced Tea," the bartender said. Prowl perked up. He'd always wanted to try tea.
-------------------------------------
There was a cluster of men around the bar and Lockdown didn’t have to look for long. The words ‘cutie’ and ‘baby’ were thrown around, along with other comments that were sailing right over Prowl’s processor.
“No, I’m waiting on a friend,” the ninja said, his voice slurring bit. Good grief, he was drunk already! The bounty hunter walked over to the bar rail and ordered another beer, glancing over at the crowd down at the other end. He decided to hang back and get a good look at Prowl.
The ninja-bot turned human heartbreaker looked to be about twenty or so, a pretty boy brunet looking tough. A fitted motorcycle jacket and white t-shirt were snug over his sculpted torso while a tight, faded jeans cupped his rounded little human aft. He was actually wearing chaps and sweet mercy, they hugged his thighs like a second skin.
And his optics! They were green, not Autobot blue. Lockdown studied humans enough to know that this was a knockout. Prowl had done his homework with a little extra credit for good measure. He’d be ticked if he ever found out all that info came from gay porn sites.
A man leaned on the bar behind Prowl and two larger men were talking him up from the side, plus the crowd that vied for his attention. He was more confused than flattered though. Then one guy brushed his cheek and Lockdown snarled. It’d gone far enough.
The bounty hunter muscled his way through the group and some scattered once they saw just how big he was. Two large guys smirked and one put his arm around the biker boy who just frowned at the appendage on his shoulder, trying to figure how that got there.
“Babe, you’re coming with me,” Lockdown said. The two guys laughed while the kid just at him, all cute and confused.
“Do I know you?” Prowl asked and the bounty hunter winced. Slag! He forgot he’d changed holograms tonight. The kid’s sensors were either screwed from the alcohol or he just plain forgot to monitor them. He did look pleasantly buzzed right now.
“Guess you’re not his friend either,” one guy said and he stood up. The bounty hunter smirked and he stepped forward.
“Maybe I’m not. But you boys wanna stay and argue? Or you wanna go home in one piece?’ Lockdown drawled and his easy smile was this side of murderous. A primitive survival instinct told the humans that it was time to leave and they scattered, leaving Prowl somewhat ruffled but unmolested.
“So you come here often?” Lockdown asked and he sat down.
----------------------------------------------
“No, I’ve never been here before,” Prowl said and the man grinned. Not like the others though, his smile was softer and his voice resonated deeply. Dark hair, dark eyes and olive skin, black leather, the man was larger and more ruggedly handsome compared than the data he studied.
“Well, well. We’re all alone and you're drunk. That’s dangerous.” the man said, taking the next bar stool.
Prowl nodded, liking how this person was easy on the optics and he felt warm all of a sudden. Really warm. Was it supposed to this hot? He frowned, trying to remove his jacket. After fumbling with the zippers and straps, he attempted to slide off it his shoulders without much luck. The man shook his head and tsked.
“Here,” the stranger said, helping Prowl before he fell off the seat, “Come with me. It’s quieter upstairs. It’s cooler over there too. We’ll just go up and uh…wait for your friend.”
“Thank you. But my friend stood me up,” the pretty boy said, his irritation coming across as sultry, “This was all his idea and he didn’t show.”
“Now that’s just rude of him,” the man said smiled. His expression, the light in his optics were soothing and Prowl smiled in return. When the stranger offered his hand, he took it. His touch seemed familiar.
“You’re running a little warm,” the man said and he laughed softly, “Funny, think I said that somewhere before.”
------------------------------------------------
The biker boy slinked as he walked, the alcohol and his boot heels throwing him off balance. He took the bounty hunter's arm and steadied himself. Lockdown couldn’t resist and cupped Prowl’s face, leaning down for a kiss. Instead his lover pulled back in wide opticed panic. The rejection stung, this wasn’t play at all. Prowl wanted away from him.
“No, don’t do that,” the kid said, pushing him gently, “My friend. He’s…”
“Is he the jealous type?” Lockdown asked, feeling pretty smug right now.
“I don’t know. We’re not…it’s complicated,” he said and shrugged, looking up the bounty hunter.
“That’s fine with me,” Lockdown said and slung his arm over Prowl’s shoulder, “We’ll just hang out and I’ll see if I can as tanked as you. How many drinks did you have anyway?”
“Two,” Prowl said, holding up one finger, "I think."
“Nothing like a cheap date,” the bounty hunter said with a smirk.
