Chapter 3: New World Order
8, October 2027 AD, 01:23 (Earth's Time)
Earth, Unknown region
Steven felt the smell of smoke embedded in his lungs. He coughed and opened his eyes. The damaged left wing of pinned him to the ground. He summoned his shield and tossed it away. He then slowly got on his feet. He then looks around to find Yellow Diamond.
"Yellow!" His scream made an echo.
He moved some wreckage and reached to destroyed cockpit. Yellow Diamond is lying on the floor. She has multiple injuries and her dress is torn up He ran to her to see is she breathing. She does.
"Thank god," Steven whispered happily.
He grabbed her shoulders and gently shakes her to wake up.
"Yellow, wake up" He whispers in her ear.
Yellow Diamond slowly opened her eyes. "What...happened?" She tiredly asks.
"The missile hit the wing of our Shuttle" Steven replies to her "Can you get up?"
Yellow Diamond supported herself with her elbows "Pain...unbearable pain" She hisses in pain
"Tell me where it hurts?"
"H-here" Yellow points to her big stomach cut.
Even though Steven is not an expert in medicine but he can tell this is serious damage.
"It's going to be little awkward, Yellow."
Yellow Diamond was about to ask why but she stopped herself when he starts licking his own hand. He stops it and lands his hand to her stomach. "What are you doing!-..." She stops when effects of healing started doing their job. Yellow Diamond felt as the pain fades and replaced by pleasure for her.
Yellow made a slight little moan. But she covered her mouth in embarrassments. Steven chuckled the way she did this."Looks like, someone is enjoying it." Steven sarcastically says.
Steven then looks at her body. She really does have a tender stomach. Luckily for Steven or not. He could see the part of her underwear on her left hip section. "Pervert" Yellow snarls angrily.
"Come on, Yellow. You think that I don't know what you have underneath your clothes?" Steven smirks.
"You know?" Yellow blushes.
"Yes, you don't look different from our female species."
"Oh," Yellow is a little bit puzzled.
Steven stopped her healing. He checks her cut. It completely disappeared. "See? I told you"
"How...how you can easily cure my wound?" Yellow touched her stomach to find any left wounds.
"My saliva heals Gems from any type of injuries"
"Impressive, only Pink Diamond had the powers to heal others" Yellow Diamond is a little bit surprised.
Steven then offered her hand to his. He helped her to rise to her feet. "I thought that Rose Quartz was Pink Diamond," Steven says.
Yellow Diamond cups her cheek "I never saw Pink Diamond in my life so I can't tell. I heard rumors that she was killed or something"
"Strange" Steven scratches his bearded cheek.
"Did the Crystal Gems mentioned about Pink Diamond?"
"No, they don't."
"Well, I only know two Pink Diamonds: The first one and the second one. The second one was Aura Quartz who rebelled against the Emperor and Golden Diamond. I remembered how my father screamed that Rose Quartz killed Pink Diamond. But during Aura Quartz revolution-The second Pink Diamond was killed by the Emperor" Yellow Diamond explains to him that there are only three Pink Diamonds in the history.
There is something is not right about the previous Generation of the Diamond Authority. If Rose Quartz is not Pink Diamond and Aura Quartz was killed. Then who was the third Pink Diamond that Rose killed?
"There is not the time for this" Steven decides to not bother his head with this theory.
He then moved away from ship and checks the surroundings. They crashed into an unknown forest. It looks like a North American type forest. "Where are we?" Yellow asks him as she leaves the shuttle.
"Stuck in unknown forest." He mumbled.
He gets a new notification on his Gem-Boy.
New Quest starts
"Not My Homeworld"
"Find the way to reach Beach City"
Do you know at least some passages?" Yellow Diamond asks him while he is looking at Gem-boy. Steven directs his eyes on her. "What passages, Yellow? Earth is a huge planet. Even today, humans didn't discover everything about Earth."
Then the sounds of Helicopter are getting closer and closer. Steven freaked out. He grabs Yellow Diamond's hand "Hey! Let me-" Yellow Diamond tried to protest.
Steven pushed her to nearest bushes. Yellow Diamond was about to protest again but he covered her mouth with his hand. Steven showed her to shut up.
Then the lights appear. It aimed at crashed shuttle for 30 seconds and then turned it off. There is other sounds of the helicopter are getting closer. Then UH-80 Ghost Hawk (yes from the Arma 3) lands near the crash site. A bunch of soldiers disembarked from the helicopter. "Alright you can go we deal this by ourselves" shouted one of the soldiers
Then UH-80 Ghost Hawk lifts up and fled away. AH-99 Blackfoot flew past the crash site and followed already disappearing from the view Ghost Hawk. Then everything becomes quiet again. The two soldiers check the shuttle.
"Looks like it was shot down by the rocket, sir" Soldier kicks some debris while he walking.
"Imperial "Executor" already confirmed this." Officer scans the shuttle with his device.
"Is possible this ship tried to illegally transfer weapons to FF?" Another soldier joins their conversation.
"Nah. It doesn't have any crates, It just a Gemirian escape shuttle." soldier replies
Officer stopped scanning "Then split up and find survivors. For Terra Nova!" Officer salutes
"For Terra Nova!" They salute back to him
This unit doesn't look like ordinary U.S.A units. They are wearing red Sci-fi style armors (They look like EDF soldiers from Red Faction Guerrilla).
They have a badge of Flag on their shoulder pads. Steven can't recognize the Flag.
It has England style flag but a lot different. The cover has black color while the cross has the red color. On the center of the flag has symbol where the Gemirian Eagle is holding the Earth with claws. It shows that Terra Nova is loyal to New Gemirian Empire.
Yellow Diamond made one slowly step back from the bush. She accidentally steps on the branch. The branch made so much noise that Terra Novians notices him.
"We found them!" A soldier points to the bush where Yellow Diamond and Steven are.
"Shoot these freaks down!" Officer orders his soldiers
Steven grabs Yellow's hand and ran out of the bushes with her. They both began to run with all the forces to the endless forest. While they are running, the soldiers are trying to shoot then down, but they just hitting everything except Steven and Yellow Diamond.
Steven noticed the forward that there are no more trees. At He first was delighted but he was so wrong: It just a cliff. Steven stopped in time and looked down.
"Aren't you afraid of water?" Steven asks her.
"Why are you asking?" Yellow Diamond is confused the way he said that.
Fortunately for them, there is a small river which Steven and Y.D can jump. Yellow Diamond looked down while her butt is aiming at Steven "But I'm afraid of heights"
"We found them!" The soldiers getting closer and closer to him, Steven decided not to think twice.
He released a deep breath as he prepares to jump with Yellow Diamond. "There goes nothing." He made five steps backward. He broke up his speed and charges directly right at her.
Yellow Diamond turns around "Wait why are-"
Steven hugs her in his charged and jumped from the cliff with her. "ASSHOOOOOLE!" Yellow screamed while falling.
Then they splashed into the water. The Soldiers stopped at the edge of the cliff and look down. "Are you sure they survived that fall?" Terra Novian soldier asks his officer
"Hardly" Then his disk starts beeping. Officer pulled out from his pocket and pushed a button. The disk showed a holographic image of Ivan Dragovich Cravchenko: Ahead administrator of Terra Nova.
"Sir, what an unexpected-"
"Where you been, Lieutenant?" Ivan says in Russian angry accent.
"We tried-" The officer begins, only to be shut by angry Earth's President
"Get back to citadel or I will show you Кускину мать!" Ivan used the Nikita Khrushchev's famous quote.
"Yes, sir! We will arrive as soon as possible" He salutes to President, then he cuts the transmission "Forget about survivor. The fauna will kill him."
They left and disappeared from Steven's view. He came out of the water with Yellow Diamond and sat on the sand. "What-is-wrong-with-you!" Yellow growled while she looks at her soaked and torn up dress.
"Hey, I just saved your butt from them, Yellow Princess Diamond." Steven smirks.
"And thanks to you, my hair is destroyed!" Yellow Diamond looks at waters reflection. Her hair is now straight down just like White Diamond's.
"You should care about your life than your hair, my Diamond" Steven taunts her. She can't believe he can do this in front of the Yellow Diamond "Fuck you, Steven!" Yellow Diamond insulted him in humans language.
Steven laughed, knowing what her words means "I love you too, Yellow."
Yellow splashed some water on Steven's face as a response to "I love you too". He laughed at it as he finds funny that she didn't try to use her powers. Then Yellow Diamond pushed him to the sand, she grabbed his hands, pinned them over his head and sat on his stomach, straddling him.
Steven still giggles while Yellow Diamond gives him the evil grin. "See this, Jasper and Peridot." Yellow says with a sarcastic smirk "This is how your Diamond captured Crystal Gem" She screamed to nothing.
Steven gets her little game. "Help me, Pearl! This Diamond straddled me so much that I will die!"
"Oh, my stars! Steven. This magnificent Yellow Diamond is overpowered. Earth is doomed!" She improvised CG Pearl. God only knows how is Pearl doing how is she.
"Don't worry, Pearl! I know the ancient secret of Gems... it's tickling"
By Yellow Diamond's weak focus on him, Steven then rolled her to the sand. He starts tickling her everywhere. "Look, Pearl! Yellow Diamond is losing our battle!"
As he is tickling her, Yellow Diamond is joyfully laughing. The way she is laughing is cute. The Generations of Yellow Diamonds are considered as conquerors, warriors, and commanders on Homeworld. But this Yellow Diamond is laughing due to Human is tickling her.
"Please...stop!...I...surrender..." Yellow Diamond laughed every word. She admits that her body is ticklish. Green Diamond used this advantage a lot on Celiana
He stops and extended his arms into the air "And that's how Steven Universe defeated Yellow Diamond!"
"Not until- She comes back!" In his surprise, She rolled him to the sand. She pinned his hands and kissed him right on lips. She ends it and says "And then both Yellow Diamond and Crystal Gems signed a peace treaty and live happily after that"
"The end" Steven finishes their tale. They both calm down and stared each other. Steven couldn't believe that she can be such a lovely Diamond. Maeby even all Diamonds are so lovely. Hell, maybe other Diamonds are loveable as well.
"It's a good view from here" Steven comments, watching
"You mean the sky or me?" Yellow making sure if she is right, that she stares at her.
"Both, Yellow" Steven smirks.
Yellow Diamond smiled at him. She laid her head on his chest and relaxed. "Tell me, Why I have strange feelings to you?"
Steven starts caressing her hair "It called "love" Yellow. When you want to be with dearest person, you experience it. I thought that Homeworld Gems have these emotions?
"It's complicated, Steven. During my life in Authority, love between Gems was forbidden in the Diamond Empire. I had a crush on "Blue Diamond" when I was younger.
"I'm so sorry"
"For what?" She is slightly surprised that he is sorry for her crush.
"For Blue Diamond, Yellow. I met him ten years ago. He was killed by Carnelian."
"I know about his death. But that was ten years ago, I-I really don't want to remind me his existence."
They both stared at the sky a little bit. The night is very beautiful today.
"So Yellow, what your opinion about my home planet?"
"I was here when I was child gem"
"Really?"
"Yeah...with my father when he tried to have final revenge against Rose Quartz for Pink Diamond"
"You mean..." He realized what Yellow Diamond mentioned in the facility. Her Dad was killed by Rose Quartz "I'm so sorry" He strokes her hair slightly
"It's okay...Earth is very similar to Homeworld if you want this kind of answer."
Yellow Diamond hears the strange noises. She opens her eyes to see a white fur creature looking at her"
"Steven...what is that thing?"
Steven looks at it. "It just a rabbit"
"A what?"
"A simple rabbit, Yellow. Don't worry, they don't bite.
The rabbit slowly approached to Yellow and starts licking her arm. "Umm...Steven, what this thing is doing to me?"
"Oh yeah, I forgot. You taste like mango. He probably likes your smell"
Rabbit continues licking her arm. Once he did, he just runs away to woods. "Ungrateful, creature." Yellow snarls at it.
"They really are, Yellow" Steven smiles. He then checks the time on Gem-Boy. It's 2.23 AM already. "Yellow, we need to leave this forest before it gets worse for us. When you will be ready?"
"Ten minutes" She muffled "I'm tired"
"Then Sleep a little bit, it will help you."
Yellow Diamond relaxed and fell asleep. He let her be a pillow. Steven looked at the sky for a minute to think about Beach City. He wishes that his hometown survived the Invasion. He thinks all friends from his childhood ...Connie, Buck, Lars, Sadie, Jamie and others. He doesn't how they will react.
Crystallia City, Imperial Yards, Homeworld
In the galaxy far far away from Earth, in the heart of the Empire, lies a planet that every Gemirian knows about it: Homeworld.
Homeworld or Crystallia is the fourth planet from the sun alongside with two habitable planets, one planet with endless volcanic eruptions and four Gas Giants away from the sun.
The system doesn't have uniqueness, other than Homeworld's ring that similar to Saturn's one, which makes her exotic to Ships views.
Speaking of exotics, The Homeworld is filled with them. The landscapes such as The Great Mountain of Freedom and Deep Ocean are considered the legacy of this Planet.
Homeworld is had many cities. The famous one is New Crystallia. It appeared during the golden Age of Colonization. For centuries, New Crystallia became more an entertainment city. The Diamond Authority never had access to New Crystallia and thanks to this; it remained independent until the rise of New Empire.
The second is, of course, the capital of Gemirian Empire: Crystallia. Crystallia is considered to be the oldest cities on Homeworld. From village to Megapolis, Crystallia served as where Diamond Authority ruled over Gems. Today: Crystallia is the heart of the Empire.
The third one is Serdolian. It's named after the great battle that occurred in the field. Serdolian has a dark reputation. Due to fact that it was built by prisoners of wars, it has some problems with criminals that-
"Hey, old man, stop writing this nonsense," Redstone growled.
Colonel Cato put his pen away. "What? Don't like me to write something?"
"We are here for cargo...not for your writing skills"
Cato ripped his paper and throws it away. "Young Gems these days" Cato mumbled.
He approached Redstone who is waiting patiently on the land pad. Carnelian ordered Redstone to transfer cargo to Homeworld's Anatomical Institute.
"Aren't you supposed to be on Earth, Colonel?" Cato coldly says,
"Our lord ordered me to transfer this cargo. Don't know why, though."
"Why you rather than me?"
"Maybe because I'm the best with tasks rather than old General" Redstone smirks
"Yeah right, you did nothing to compare what I-"
"Shut up, the cargo is arriving" Redstone interrupted
Then shuttle landed on the launch pad. The pilot nervously left the shuttle. "General Cato and Colonel Hein Redstone." Pilot nervously salutes, looks like something is bothering him "The cargo is ready"
"Why are you twitching, Pilot?" Cato asks him.
"This thing is very creepy, Sir."
"What thing, Pilot?" Redstone asks.
"A corrupted, Gem" Pilot corrects himself.
"Well, that explains why Carnelian ordered you deal with this." Cato points out.
Redstone entered the shuttle to see Corrupted Gem.
"Holy the mother of Diamonds and Creators, what in the Homeworld is that!" Redstone screamed inside the shuttle.
Cato entered the shuttle. Redstone is nervously caressing his armored arms.
"What?" Cato is confused by chromium armored Gem behavior.
"See for yourself" Redstone points nervously to the blanket.
Cato sighs and grabs the blanket "I saw many corrupted Gems in my life. What do you think this one will be-?" Cato moves the blanket away. He gasped when it saw the creature inside the cage. "Is this is Jasper that the Authority send to Earth?"
"Was Jasper" Redstone touches the cage. Corrupted Jasper growled at him in response. "Now just an abomination" Redstone evil grins inside his helmet at the corrupted monster.
"How- how did it happened?"
"The Alpha Squad reported Jasper's strange behavior one day ago. Then she started turning like this." He kicked the cage. Corrupted Jasper hissed at him
"Creators help me. But why they need her?" Cato asks.
"I'm going to transfer it to Professor Relon. He needs corrupted test subjects"
"And what's he is going to do with her?"
"Oh you know: some experiments, some cutting and dumping her lifeless gem to a trash can in the end." Redstone air quotes, the way he did make Cato shiver.
Redstone looks at the corrupted Jasper for one more time. He leaves the shuttle for a minute. Once Redstone left him alone, Cato then stood on his knees. Corrupted Jasper began to growling again. "I know, Jasper. I know your pain." Cato sighs "When I was a fighter for Imperial Side during the Aura Quartz revolution. I was corrupted with my wife and my kid. Aura Quartz healed me. But my wife and kid? She let them be executed."
Corrupted Jasper stopped growling. Cato smiled at her and continues. "Don't worry. We promise you, we will find the cure for this"
Then Redstone entered the shuttle with a pistol on his hand. "Changing plans, Cato"
Cato was to ask why but Redstone aimed his pistol at Jasper and shot to her two bullets. Corrupted Jasper cried out in pain.
Cato slapped his gun away from his hand. "Are you crazy?! You just shot her!"
"Empire's orders: The institute wants to see her wounded." Redstone crosses his arms
"Why?"
"I didn't question them."
"But you're letting her suffer!" Cato exclaimed
"And?" Redstone is confused
"And? She is the part of our Empire, Redstone."
"She is a servant to the Empire" Redstone corrects him "She is only fighting for Empire's future. You and I are cultural Gems! We supposed to live while they are dying!"
"Do what you think is right, Redstone. But I'm not supporting this type of savage ideology.
"Then you will be executed as Bismuth." Redstone taunts him. "Now, get out of this shuttle" He orders since Redstone has more powers to command than Cato.
Cato mumbled under his nose and left the shuttle. Redstone sat on the pilot seat and flew away with cargo. Cato looked as shuttle disappears from the skyscraper.
For ten years, He really started questing Empire's orders. All of them are just "Kill, pillage and conquer" for him. What happened to the old Empire?
"Who I'm actually serving: to the Empire...or to savages?" He asks himself.
(Two hours later) Earth, Unknown region
Both Steven and Yellow Diamond are walking endless forest for two hours. He avoided any contact with wildlife. He is very tired and it drives him nuts a having a worst forest trip.
"Stevie, when we will leave this stupid forest!" Yellow Diamond moaned like a little girl.
Steven growled, "Look, I-..." He turns around to see Yellow Diamond's skin being more light yellow than yellow. "Yellow...are you feeling okay?"
"No...My vision is blurry. And why it's so hot all the sudden?" She panted.
"Here is lower than zero temperature. Yellow, Are you sick?"
"I...I really don't know" Yellow touches her forehead.
"You need to take a break, Yellow"
Steven helped her to sit on some rocks to rest a little bit "Do you want something?"
"Water," Yellow says weakly, catching a breath as it's hard for her neck to breath.
"The water here is dirty, Yellow" Steven explains.
"I'm okay with dirty water"
"Alright, I gather some food for me and water for you. Don't go anywhere"
Yellow Diamond nodded to him. Steven went to the nearest river. Luckily he has a canteen that he grabbed from the shuttle.
One meter away from Steven.
The Phantom Pearls took their positions on the branches of trees, It's was not hard to "Pearl, find that boy." The leader of Phantoms Pearl hands her a binocular.
Pearl examines the surroundings until she finds Steven. Steven is collecting some berries for obvious reasons. She has slowly removed binoculars and twitched lightly. She blushed that she sees not some boy but a handsome man.
"You grew up...my love." She whispered happily to herself
"What did you just say, sister?" Leader asks
"Ugh..nothing head sister. I found Steven Universe as you ordered."
"Then Yellow Pearl, Do an honor to your sisters."
"With pleasure, Head Sister" Yellow Pearl makes a cracky-smile under her full-covered Phantom Pearl's helmet. Then Yellow Pearl pulled a sniper rifle from her back; she reloaded her rifle with a syringe and aimed at Steven. Pearl gazed at how Yellow Pearl starts holding her breath for fire.
Pearl starts getting worrying. Her heart tells that she is doing the wrong thing. Her instinct tells her that it will be a bad decision.
Then Yellow Pearl moves to her finger to the trigger. This is where Pearl broke out." NO!" She furiously moved the barrel of rifle away but Yellow Pearl still fired. The syringe hit elk instead of Steven. The elk casually felled down.
Steven ignored the elk "Damn nature." He mumbled as he resumed gathering berries for Yellow Diamond and himself.
The leader of Phantoms Pearls is shocked by White Pearl's attitude. "What is wrong with you, sister!?"
"Because...I-I... I did this because if Yellow Pearl would shoot him with the syringe. He would release a virus that would destroy any kind gemstone in a matter of seconds." She lied to her sisters
"Head Sister, she is lying. There is no way that-" Yellow Pearl snarls.
Head sister shows her to stop "White Pearl is right. She experienced human's nature while you work for Diamond scum. We will find another way." Then head sister left both Yellow and White Pearl alone.
Yellow Pearl furiously grabbed Pearl's neck. "Listen to this, Rose Quartz's cheerleader. I know that you're playing with us. You're lucky that our head sister is too stupid to realize something." Yellow Pearl growls at her.
Pearl aimed her light crossbow at Yellow Pearl's head. Y.P casually released Pearl from her hand. "Keep talking, you only can mumble than doing anything...just like you did with others."
Yellow Pearl leaned her head closer to Pearl. "It's not over, white cheerleader. One day, we will be on the other side of trenches."
"We will see first" Pearl responded with a harsh tone. Yellow Pearl ignored her and moved away. Pearl looked at Steven who is still gathering berries. Then she has an idea.
She ripped a piece of paper from her notebook. Wrote the words and tied the paper to the bolt of the crossbow. She aimed for the next tree and fired a bolt. The bolt hit directly to the tree. Steven shuddered a little. He stopped gathering berries. He slowly approached the tree and pulled the bolt. He pulled a piece of paper and read it.
"Follow the moon (its west direction) and you will reach the road. The road itself leads to Beach city."
"Don't worry. Your two dearest people know that you're on Earth."
"And be careful. Earth changed that much for ten years."
"Your old friend"
Steven without the question looked at the moon, he shrugged and proceeds to Yellow Diamond. Pearl gives him a blow kiss and small wave."Good luck, Steven"
Steven walks to Yellow Diamond. She is breathing heavily."Here you go" He hands a canteen with water.
Yellow Diamond takes a sip and splashes the rest to her face "Thank you" she murmured.
"Do you want some strawberries?" He shows her some strawberries that he gathered.
"What?"
"A type of berries, it's very healthy" Yellow Diamond grabs strawberry from his hand and took a bite "Hmm...Yummy" She finishes the rest of it.
"Glad you like it...Also, there is the road not far from us." Steven gives paper
Yellow Diamond reads it and throws it away "Then why are we sitting?" Yellow Diamond stood up from the rocks only to fall on the ground. "Yellow!" Steven turns around and helps her stand up "Can't...walk...too tired." Yellow Diamond weakly murmured, her legs are twitching.
"Come here, your poor Diamond." Steven picked Yellow up and held her like a bridal style.
"Thank you," She said before falling asleep again.
(Ten minutes later)
As the final step, Steven finally saw the road. He cheered up and ran to the road. Finally, they left that cursed forest. He looked at the sign that says Beach City is 2 km away from here. He sighs depressive knowing he will walk for hours to the town. He sat on the ground with Yellow Diamond's sleepy head on his lap.
"Who am trying to say otherwise. If Homeworld invaded Earth then all my friends are dead" He closed his eyes to pray for all his friends...if they survive the invasion.
Ten minutes passed and nothing. Until the sounds of the car are getting closer. He placed Yellow's to the ground and got up on his feet as he saw the lights of car or van. The van stopped directly at Steven, He covered his eyes with his arm because of the lights.
"Look, I don't want any trouble! I and she already had the worst day of our life's!"
Then the engine of the van turned off. Same thing with lights. Steven hears the doors opened and closed. He then hears the footsteps.
"Steven…I-is that you?" Said the familiar voice to. Steven widened his eyes as he remembers that sweet voice from his childhood. "C-Connie?" He stuttered a little bit, she is alive?
Then she lights her lamp to see them each other. She changed that much for ten years. Connie saw Steven and nearly passed out. "Steven" A small happy tear comes down, her old friend is alive and well.
She lunges at him like a tiger and hugs like with all power she has. "Thank...the God...that...you...alive." She sobs every word.
"And thank the God that I didn't lose my only son." Then Greg himself appeared from the darkness. He became very old. His hair and beard became white. For 10 ten years now he looks like very old grandpa.
"Hello father" Steven smiled that his dad is okay.
"Hello, kiddo, I hoped that you didn't forget who really you're"
"No, why are you asking that thing?"

"Man...you seriously stopped recognizing jokes. But I'm glad to see you again. Now get in the van. We'll get you to Beach City"
Steven smirked, "Your old van is still kicking?"
"Yep," He patted the hood of the van Greg sat in his van and started the engines to keep warm inside the van. Meanwhile, Connie is still sobbing.
"Everything is okay, Connie." he hugged her back
"You...you've grown a beard?" She touched his beard.
"And you no longer wear glasses."
"What's a point wearing them if you healed my vision?"
"Fair enough" He chuckled
Connie looked at him again in full view. Good lord, he changed "11 years, Steven." She says with sadness
"I know, Connie...I know."
"Everything changed so much, I still remember us as kids...Now we are adults."
She looked at him directly. "And you, Steven...I barely can recognize you. You're taller than me. And you so...thin."
She released him for a moment "JESUS, Steven! Did the Gems stop feeding you?"
"Nah. I was thin when I was 19 years old. It's because of my training in order to stop Homeworld."
"And that helped?"
"Guys, You two should continue this conversation in my van. I want to reach to Beach City until the dawn."
Connie released him from her hug and notices lying yellow gem near the sign. "Who is that?"
"It's a long story, Connie. She is very sick and I don't know how she became sick."
"Place her inside the van, Steven. I will check her"
Steven picked up Yellow Diamond and moved her inside the van. He placed her head on the pillow that Connie has. Connie removed her lab coat and covered Yellow with it. "Greg, could you turn off the engine for now?" Connie asks
Greg growled and turns off the engine. Connie touches Yellow's forehead. "High temperature, I can tell. Did she done something strange or?"
"Well...Her skin changed from yellow to light yellow. She felt very tired and could not walk.
"As I feared," Connie sighed before saying the next words "she has "Earth's sickness" virus"
"A what?"
"Our atmosphere is filled with bacterias, Steven. Humans adapted to them while Gemirians are not. Didn't she have any vaccinations?
"I didn't" Yellow Diamond murmured. Her smooth voice caught Connie off guard. "Sorry?" Connie didn't hear her clear enough
"I didn't" Yellow Diamond opened her eyes and made her tone louder.
"Could you get up, please?" Yellow Diamond got up from her sleep place. Connie opened her medic purse and grabbed her Stethoscope.
"Steven. Please turn around for some time."
Steven turns around his back to them. "Now, could you remove your dress a little bit? I will listen to your breathing"
Yellow Diamond sighs before She slips her stripes and moves her dress lower to reveal her B-size bra. "Alright, now you need to listen to my commands."
Connie then places Stethoscope's head to her chest "Breath"
Yellow Diamond made long breath."Exhale"
Yellow Diamond exhales "Hmm...Yeah, defiantly a virus."
"found anything? Steven asks
"it will be piece of cake" Connie then grabbed a syringe. Yellow whimpered by the length of the needle. "Don't worry, it's not painful."
"Are you sure?" Yellow nervously asks.
Connie smiles at her "Don't worry. I'm the professional doctor."
Connie then gently take a shot to her skin. Yellow Diamond slightly whimpered but it's not painful than she thought. Connie then injected antidote and moved syringe away from her skin. "See? It's not bad, is it? Now the virus will disappear in next six hours. Now you can go sleep if you want" Yellow Diamond corrected her dress and laid her head on the pillow. She closed her eyes and feel as sleep again, creating a smile on her face. Connie smiled as she finds it adorable to see Yellow Gem sleeping peacefully.
Steven turns around to them "I see you have some skills with Gems, Connie." He smiles.
"I studied Gems anatomy after the invasion. My clients were Gemirian soldiers who went to Earth."
"And how do they behave?"
"Well...Gemdlers are interesting. They told me about their brotherhood creed. Phantom Pearls were so sweet to me. Peridots are okay and Jaspers are...rude"
Steven chuckled "They always like that" reminding himself about the good old Jasper
"Indeed, speaking of her, you never mentioned her name?"
Steven clears his throat as he knows it won't' end good "You're not going to like it"
Connie gazed at him with the puzzling expression"Why?"
"Because she is...Yellow Diamond"
Greg nearly loosed his control after this words. He stopped his van and looked at them angrily "Why the killer of this planet is inside my van?"
"Killer!?" Yellow Diamond got up and growled at him. It's Unbelievable that this human thinks she wants to kill everybody
"Yes, a killer of all mankind!" Greg exclaimed at her. Yellow Diamond was about to protest again but Steven placed his hand on her shoulder "Yellow, let me handle it."
Yellow Diamond growled a little as she wants to punch Greg. She exhaled and laid on her pillow and fell asleep.
"Steven, Why you bring her here?" Greg asks him harshly.
"You're mistaken her with other Yellow Diamond. It's her father wanted to destroy the Earth but ended in his own death."
"So she does not want to kill us? But who attacked us ten years ago then?" Greg asks
"It's complicated, father. I will explain."
The ruins of the Dark Order tombs.
While every Gem is on duty on Homeworld and war is still going on the Galaxy. Carnelian went to the frozen planet to explain his leader's spirit what is going on.
He steps into the old circular room and the fog quickly fills the room. Then eight dark spirits appeared from the fog. The middle one starts to speak. "Arkay Hanand. Did you tracked down the rogue elder?" High elder asks him
Carnelian closed his eyes and opens them, to tell the truth, "No, my supreme leader. I'm here because Steven Universe escaped from my hands"
"You...do you know how it will be dangerous to us, Arkay! Silicon can be a far more powerful than you and me!"
Carnelian bows his head slightly "Yes, my lord. I send one of my best agents to retrieve him"
"I hope you damn right, Arkay. Now go...and don't forget about the rogue one" Spirit orders.
"It will be done" Carnelian bows completely and leaves the room.
Once everything becomes quiet. High Elder spirit directs his gaze to someone.
"I'm impressed that you faked your own death twice, Pink Diamond."
A tall Pink Quartz entered the fogged room. She has pink hair similar to Rose Quartz, only it straight down hair and really tender. She is very thin compared to average Quartz.
Her dress is the fully pink color with white square shades on her dress. One side is reaching to her foot while the other one side is a fully exposed leg.
She wears a pink cape alongside with pink hood. She has a custom mask similar to the Crystal Gems statute on the Beach City. Her weapon looks like a double-blade crystal saber
"As you promised, High Elder. I faked my death in order to let my sister and my father have a fun time with the Diamond Authority." Pink Diamond placed her hand on her hip.
"But yet, your mission is not completed. The son of your sister is still alive. Once Carnelian will capture Silicon. You will strike...you will kill both Carnelian and Silicon. Once you were done, you can have Homeworld by your own, Aura Quartz. But for now...You need to wait"
Aura Quartz grins evilly by that generous plan "Yes, High Elder. But what about the current Diamond Authority ex-members?"
Spirit was about to say but was interrupted "Don't worry, Pink. We will deal with them" Yellow Diamond entered the room with Blue and White Diamond.
"Zeira made my court so weak" White Diamond angrily stroked his spiky hair.
"Blue Diamond paid his life for destroying what I created" Blue Diamond hissed under his robes.
"And Celiana turned into a complete slut" Yellow Diamond insulted his daughter.
"And they let Carnelian regain his former control" Aura Quart approached to them "But don't worry fellow diamonds. Once we dealt with Carnelian and current Diamonds. The once Great Diamond Authority will rule Homeworld again. Because the Diamond Authority lives forever!" Aura salutes in Diamond style.
"The Great Diamond Authority prevails!" Diamonds saluted back to her.
Yeah, I know. It gets a little bit weird with Diamonds.
So who will win: Yellow Diamond or Yellow Diamond?
