The trial happened after a long series of media attention, with Courtney's great aunt found herself being on the top of scrutiny. She was insulted and even nearly sued by the parents of Courtney's victims, in most cases she won the law suits, but she eventually lost enough of them that their overall money brought them down several social classes. Courtney's biological father, the Chief of Police in the toronto area where the trial was to be held, spoke openly about this and actually stated he is ashamed of what his daughter has done. He even stated that unlike his ex-wife, he reluctantly agrees that she is likely guilty. The parents of the dead mourn the loss of their loved ones, with funeral services being held and mostly having many of the family members crying. Sierra had one of the biggest memorial services, with the entire LGBT-affirming side of the Vatican (the West, but it has gained some parts of the East) asking for her body so they could give her a burial there, with the entie clergy of the Reformed Catholic Church being present at the funeral. The United Kingdom's parliament also turned on Courtney completely, offended highly that one of their more respected members was nearly killed at her hands, and actually attemtping to bring her in for trial on their grounds but in the end, this was decided against on the grounds that Heather be present for the trial, though she was elected as Prime Minister of the United Kingdom by the time the trial was reached. The Canadian, American, Vatican and British news spoke heavily of the event they called the "Wawanakwa Massacre", "Total Drama Massacre", and the "Total Drama Murders". The massacre itself and it's details gave FreshTV a terrible reputation in the corporation community, given it's head executive allegedly abandoned the others on the island including his own sister. However, Claude dismissed these claims completely and denied doing such things. Bridgette's family gained custody of Christian, Geoff Jr and Taylor, with Bridgette's mother being the one chosen to raise them. She chose to have Taylor live most of life as a male rather than both genders, and she also is frequently visited by Geoff's parents as well. Bridgette's mother stated she was angry at what Courtney did to the others, but is happy that while her daughter killed herself, she was not one of the murder victims. She also did not mind the fact her daughter became Courtney's lesbian lover, either, instead saying that Courtney's only crime was murder.
The trial itself finally began after months of all of this, with countless miss-trials and court hearings before the real trial could begin. Courtney even attempted many appeals to avoid the sentencing, hearing they were either life in prison for manslaughter or death by electric chair for twenty-one times of first degree murder, along with endangering two public officials, one of them being from a foregin country, and attempted murder. The final trial, which was held shortly after Heather achieved Prime Minister of the United Kingdom status, was one of the most important events in Canada's history, as it was one of the first times the country was in international headlines in America, Britian, and even the Vatican & Italy.
The Reformed Catholic Church's local reverands and church go-ers were surrounding the courthouse where the trial was set to be held at, protesting alongside other citizens with signs that red 'Fry Courtney fry!', 'Burn the Bitch!', 'Bring the rack for Courtney!', or even the rather obscene, 'Knee Court in the Ass!'. Courtney herself saw all of this as she was driven to the courthouse by police, dressed in attire that made her look professional and practically like the lawyer she once was respected as, she made no comments however. She merely looked away from the shunful crowd and was escorted into the courtroom her trial was to take place. Soon enough the witnesses were there as well.
Heather was the most protected of them all, having her entire team of bodyguards with her in jumpsuit like attire that was red for the most part, but had biker helemts with pure black visors, and the jumpsuits having black soldier and leg stripes on the sides. They also carried two katana swords and assault rifles with their suits, though they tucked them on their backs as they entered the courtroom. Cody and Duncan then arrived a few moments later, having recently been engaged for a few weeks now, and they walked in holding hands the entire time, followed by Cody's mother Blaineley. She was not going to be the judge in the trial, but was considered a highly valuable witness to have during it, as were the married Trent and Tyler who came in the same style Cody and Duncan did. Finally there was Katie, who arrived dressed in a black funeral attire, including the viel hat, to show she was mourning Sadie at the same time as attending the trial.
The jury was made up of an assortment of people highly faithful and some new to the case. Some were even season four contestants from the Total Drama series such as Mike and his recently Ex-Girlfriend Zoey, Cameron, Sam, Anne Maria, Lightning, Brick, Dawn and even Jo were all sitting in the jury, with the others being an assortment of people not familiar with Total Drama at all. Once all of the witnesses, police officers, baliffs, and the witnesses alongside some other citizens allowed into the courtroom were set up within it, the trial finally began.
"All rise for the honourable judge Elmyra Grimhilde.", the bailiff introduced as the woman Judge entered the courtroom. All those within the room stood until she sat down. Judge Grimhilde herself was a woman that was said to resemble either Hillary Clinton or Judge Judy, people for some reason were unsure of which one but they mostly agreed she resembled Hillary Clinton the most. She had pale blonde hair, was quite middle-aged, and though not as high-ranked in the Canadian court system as Blaineley was, she was still heavily respected within the courthouse she was standing before. Once everyone was seated, the trial finally began.
"So let me get this straight", Elmyra began, "The charges are Twenty-one accounts of first degree murder or at least manslaughter, and the senteces are either death or electrocution. Prosecution, would you care to state your arguments?"
"Yes, your Honour", the Prosector began with his southern gentlemen accent as he stood, "On the Island once used as the main location for the Total Drama television show, there were twenty-one bodies found. Some were killed with traps, some were killed directly. First was Chris McLean, famed Television host, who was found possibly pushed into a boat propellor before then being ran over multiple times. He was then left for the sharks to feed on as the defendant, Courtney Baker, moved on to Beth, stabbing her twelve times!", he then showed pictures of Chris and Beth's bodies via alarge paper put up on a canvas, to the courtroom and the jury, both sides gasping at the sight, "As you can see, this what happened to their bodies. Beth was stabbed twelve times total in her ARMS and her LEGS before then being scalped. Next", the prosecutor then revealed from underneath that picture, the pictures of Chef, Geoff, Alejandro, Lindsay, Gwen and Harold's bodies as well as Owen's remains. "Chef Hatchet, boiled alive!", he then pointed a wooden pointer at Chef's boiled corpse, "Geoffery Butt, eaten by rats! Alejandro Burrementoro, jaw cut off and body cut open!", he of course pointed to their corpses as he said them, and then pointed to Lindsay's, "Lindsay Hinton, shot down with arrows!", he then pointed to Gwen's, "Gwen, first thought missing, but found drowned in an OUTHOUSE toilet! Can you imagine what that would've been like? To be drowned in what is known as fecal matter?"
"Objection!", Courtney's famous lawyer exclaimed, only for a quick interruption from Grimhilde, "Overruled", she then turned to the prosecutor, "Proceed."
"Is it me or do some of these deaths sound like that Camp Arawak murder spree back in the 80's?", Juror #5, Mike, whispered to Zoey, who simply nodded in agreement.
"And some movie too.", Zoey whispered back, "Don't remember which one, though."
"Next, came Harold", the prosecutor continued, "Decapitated with a ninja star.", he then revealed the next page showing Eva, Johnathon, LeShawna, Martha, Sadie and both interns' bodies. "Eva, neck slit open and stabbed. Johnathon, a producer of the show, blown up in his own tent. LeShawna, crushed by nails on a bed. Martha, ripped apart by a rabid fox. Sadie, decapitated by a fan blade. Zachary Wihelm, shot in the head. Followed by William 'Billy Hampton, drowned in the pool.", the Prosecutor then revealed the gruesome and disturbing pictures of Noah, Izzy, DJ, Justin, Sierra, and Ezekiel's bodies. "Noah, disemboweled and left to rot in a pool. Izzy, shot in the neck with an arrow and then dismembered with a sword for good measure. DJ, burned in the face with battery acid. Justin, horribly killed and left in his own hotel bathroom. Sierra, shot in the stomach and then crucified with knives, and finally Ezekiel, neck gashed straight open! Tell me, Jury, what does this look like to you? To me, this is MURDER!"
"Objection", Courtney's lawyer once more interrupted, "Courtney did not fire the gun into Sierra's stomach. That was a girl named Bridgette."
"May I ask how you know this?", Grimhilde then asked, "Any proof."
"The witnesses themselves say this", Courtney's laywer answered right back as the surviving victims actually nodded in agreement with him, "As you can see, my client never shot Sierra!"
"That may be", the Prosecutor responded, "But that doesn't make her innocent from the OTHER murders. Besides, let's talk about Bridgette. She was pregnant when she came to the reunion and ended up giving birth to her triplets DURING the murder spree, and other than Alejandro she was Courtney's ONLY friend. Bridgette event sent this note, and I will read it aloud!", the prosecutor then revealed Bridgette's letter to Courtney, and as he said she began reading aloud word for word, "Dear Courtney, I can't be with a murderer. I am sorry, but I can't. I can't be a single mother, I can't be a widow, I can't be the partner of a murderer. You murdered my friends, you murdered my husband. The only thing I can leave you with is my children, the only things I know you won't harm. Sayonara", as this was read aloud, Courtney shed a few minor tears from her eyes. "So, I say to you, if that doesn't bring Courtney up as the murderer then I don't know what it is!"
"Very good evidence", the judge replied, "Now, does the defense have it's own response?" "Yes, we do!", Courtney's lawyer exclaimed, standing, "Courtney is not the type of person to kill people!", he then stood infront of the jury and the witnesses, "Just because she had ill-will the people killed, does not mean that she was responsible for the murder! She might have sued the show, but she wasn't so pissed off!"
"May I say something?", the Prosecutor then asked to which the Judge nodded, "Yes, well, in the First Season's special episode, didn't Courtney nearly endanger the lives of our witnesses Cody and Tyler, and also the now deceased Owen and DJ who were victims in the murder in question?"
"They didn't die then!"
"Yes", the Prosecutor then began in response, "But they were hanging by a hot air balloon with a bear, she even put Cody in a headlock and didn't care at all about dropping them many feet below to their deaths. She ALSO attacked Harold repeatedly after she was eliminated in the first season, beating him with a lamp post and likely nearly killing him as well."
"Good points", the Judge answered, "All of that is true. Defense, any response to this?"
"Of course!", the defense responded, "Courtney, my client for years, has pleaded not guilty, as we all know. As such, I am going to state that she was merely defending herself during all of the murders!"
"Oh bullshit", Blaineley whispered to herself from the prosecution side.
"You would call disemboweling someone self defense?", the prosecutor asked, "I call it first degree murder."
"It was self defense.", the defense attorney remarked, "Nothing more, nothing less. All of the deceased attacked Courtney before she killed them, so it was completely self defense!"
"They were likely the ones trying to defend themselves", the prosecutor answered, "We found in the camper McLean used to own, a wall with pictures of Courtney, Bridgette and all the other victims and survivors on it. The ones who were killed save those from Martha onward were crossed off with a red marker to signify that they were killed. So clearly, someone was doing some form of planning to kill these people."
"That doesn't prove it was my client!"
"Let us hear from the witnesses", the Prosecutor replied, "The prosecution calls Blaineley O'Hollaran to the stand!", within a few moments after that exclamation, Blaineley walked up to the witness stand to speak before the court. She was then asked questions from both the defense side as well as the prosecution side. "Supreme Court Justice Blaineley O'Hollaran, what do you have to say about these murders?"
"Courtney's the killer", Blaineley bluntly answered, "Plain and simple. She and I clearly didn't get along on the show, she nearly threatened my son's life several times even before this, and FYI, before she final battle against her she actually said you fucking bastards before lunging at all of us except Bridgette with a knife. All of the others would tell you the same thing, had we not have faught back AFTER she lunged at us, we would all probably be dead right now."
"See?", the prosecutor smugly said to the defense attorney for Courtney, "Now tell me, what in her statement proves otherwise?"
"Nothing in her statement", the defense attorney replied, "But, there is the mere fact that Courtney barely interacted with her on the show. They only got eliminated together to my knowledge, if anything, it is the UK's prime minister Heather Bradsford that has the awful relationship wtih Ms. O'Hollaran!"
"Oh don't even go there!", Heather angrily replied, "I would NEVER!" "Prime Minister, please.", Grimhilde interrupted, "Listen, Defense, any evidence to support this sudden accusation of a foreign leader?"
"Well", the Attorney replied, "Blaineley slapped Heather, if I remember, in season three. Not only that, but they also mocked eachother repeatedly even prior to Blaineley's debut onto the show.o basically, what I am saying is that Courtney might not be the right person to blame for the murders!"
"If you are insisting that I caused them", Blaineley remarked, only to once more be stopped by Judge Grimhilde.
"Justice, once more, please.", the judge responded, keeping Blaineley quiet. "With all due respect, I believe that if you can't come up with much more evidence to penalize Blaineley that we should move on to another witness."
"Exactly", the defense attorney answered, "The defense calls Cody Emment Jameson Anderson to the stand!", soon enough Blaineley left the witness stand and was replaced by her nervous son. Cody was quickly asked questions by Courtney's defense attorney, "Cody, where were you at the scenes of the murders?"
"Where they happened!", Cody exclaimed, "Where else could I be?" "Oh, I think you could've been at a lot of places!", the attorney responded, "Like, how about in Courtney's bed?!"
"What?!"
"Objection!", the prosecutor exclaimed, "Cody is a homosexual! Why would he be in a woman's bed?"
"Exactly!", Cody replied, "I would never do that! Maybe a guy's bed, but not a woman's!"
"Please", the defense lawyer remarked coldly, "This man is not homosexual! He stole Gwen's bra back in season one! He probably killed Geoff just for hopes of sexually assaulting Bridgette! He killed the two hosts so he could rape and molest the other women more easily! He murdered Beth just because he found her less attractive than the other girls!"
"Okay, that is ABSURD!", Blaineley angrily yelled out, but Grimhilde quickly smacked her gavel down before an uproar could happen within the courtroom.
"Justice O'Hollaran!", Grimhilde exclaimed before turning to Courtney's attorney, "Look, Mr. Michael, if Mr. Anderson is so not homosexual, then why is he engaged to another man?"
"Yeah!", Cody responded, "Me and Duncan are getting married in a couple more weeks! I am not straight! Even then, I would NEVER rape anybody! EVER! No matter HOW much I like that person I would NOT rape them!"
"Then why else would Courtney want to fight back against you so much?!" "She attacked me!", Cody responded in defense of himself, "Honest to god I'm telling the truth!"
"Oh really?"
"Yes really!"
"Micheal", Grimhilde began, "I think that is enough. He obviously can't tell us much else."
"No! He CAN!", Micheal yelled back, "He fought with Courtney at the end of all this! Probably trying to rape her!"
"I said ENOUGH!", Grimhidle exclaimed, gesturing Cody to leave the stand and then sternly looking at Courtney's famous lawyer micheal. Obviously, Courtney remained completely silent as her attorney then called yet another witness to the stand, one the prosecution was hoping to testify against Courtney.
"Prime Minister of the UK", the defense attorney began with a bow to show respect to Heather, "I think you should take the stand next."
"Why bother?!", Heather replied while keeping her arms folded, "I already said my thoughts, and honestly there is nothing much else to say! Courtney admitted she was the murderer to us all! She tried to KILL me! She WOULD have killed me! Personally, if she is given the death sentence I want her to be taken to MY Country!"
"We have agreed to do that", Grimhilde replied, "It's why the electric chair is the chosen method of death, correct?"
"Well yeah!", Heather replied, "Because apparently thsi country isn't brave enough to allow that kind of sentencing anymore!"
"So I take it you don't wish to take the stand?"
"No!", Heather answered, "I don't need to, because I have nothing to say that yoy haven't heard already! I mean, thanks to Courtney, Bridgette's children won't have ANY sort of parent! As a mother of two myself now, I personally can NOT say I have as much respect for Courtney now as I once did in the past. That's really all I can say."
"You make your point quite vividly, ma'am.", Grimhilde replied, "Next witness, please?"
"You know what?", Duncan suddenly bursted out, "I go with what Heather said. Courtney's my Ex-Girlfriend from the show, and personally, I to had SOME respect for her before all this. Granted it wasn't much but it was still some level of respect for her. But now, dude, she DID try to kill us! I mean, you honestly can't be expecting her to come out innocent at the end of this, are ya? Besides, none of us really have much to tell ya besides she tried to kill us. She was mainly with Bridgette the entire time, and that girl killed herself in the end of it all."
"Yeah!", Katie added in as Tyler and Trent both nodded in agreement. Of course, the defense attorney was offended by this sudden outburst.
"Objection, your honour!", he cried out, "They are speaking without any warning!"
"Overruled", Grimhilde remarked, "They bring up valid arguments."
"Indeed, they do.", the prosecutor added in, "Your honour, if I may-"
"ENOUGH!", a voice from the defendant's chair suddenly screamed out, "I have something to say.", a weeping Courtney suddenly said, weeping due to the memory of Bridgette's tagic suicide that she stumbled across, "If you would allow me to speak, your honour."
"Go ahead Courtney", Grimhilde said as she put a hand out to sush the prosecutor, "The floor is yours." "When this first started", Courtney began, "The RCMP promised that if I pled guilty, they would give me only life in prison in a Canadian jail. Of course, I pled not guilty. Well, that is a lie. For the promise of my life, I will actually say the truth.", in response the jury gasped.
"So, are you saying you're guilty?", Grimhilde asked, completely caught off-guard and in shock at this sudden statement.
"I guess I am", Courtney said with a sigh as she stood, "I'll explain the truth of the killings, however. Chris was killed first, just after I exited the mess hall. I caught him with his back turned and working on the boat of losers, with the propellor being on. I pushed him right into the blades and then quickly ran him over twice before leaving his body for the fishes. I killed him specifically because for my plans to work he had to be killed early. Then came Beth, she was killed right by the mess hall before she could return to it, actually. Since she couldn't scream she died easily, and I even cut off the mess hall power before I killed her too, and then threw her body right into the window. Once there I placed myself in one of the cabins with Sierra, so that I would be able to carry out the rest of my plans. After Beth came Chef, he was easy to take down. All I did was pull a chair from under him and boil him in water. Owen's death was by trap, I had set up a vacuum device in one of the toilet's pipes, and he sat on it and was sucked straight in, well, he really exploded. Then came Geoff, I wanted Cody, but Geoff had to go instead. All I did was put him into a bird cage and put rats in there to eat him. Alejandro had to die since he caught sight of me and I couldn't risk being caught, and Lindsay died due to a trap in which her and Tyler triggered the arrows to hit her. I intended for BOTH of them to die, though. Then came Gwen, I stabbed her twice in the back before using a stick to drown her, and later on with Harold I tossed a ninja star via a trap that launched it right at his neck to take his head straight off. Inbetween each kill I'd chart who'd die, I wanted only me and Bridgette to live, but then Eva founded my Headquarters, and I killed her just like the prosecutor said I did. After that, I detonated the bomb that killed Johnathon the producer, then prepared the trap for LeShawna. I made it look like she was the killer in hopes that people would not believe it was me. However, I was unaware Martha found out I didn't break the boat since I needed some type of getaway, so I set the rabid fox loose on her. However, her brother still got away anyway. After that, the land bridge had another trap triggered, which led in Sadie's decapitation when Noah, Cody and Sierra survived it and she had the idiocy to push Katie out of the way. Then came those two interns, I didn't intend to kill them that way, I didn't even want them involved in this. They just had to die since they were too close to my plans. Then came Noah, I intended to disembowel Cody, but in a massive fight that went on, Noah had to go instead. When Izzy came to check on him, I made sure to use that arrow and bow to it's proper uses. After Bridgette gave birth, I wanted to take out Cody and Duncan, but they locked their doors to have sex, and the same with Trent and Tyler. So, I went for DJ and Justin instead. I killed DJ easily, and Justin's death was quite fun actually. After that, Sierra locked us all in one room, but thanks to my keys we broke out. With that, we headed down and Sierra threatened to kill the triplets, but Bridgette shot her in the stomach. After that, my knife trap crucified her. It was meant to kill everyone, but Bridgette warned them. After that, they realized I was the killer, and", Courtney then paused to cry a bit, "and Bridgette killed herself when she found out the truth was for real. When I discovered her body after those assholes beat me up, I lost it. I attempted one last time to kill Cody when I finally got Ezekiel, but of course, he beat me somehow with that damn squirrel of his and now here I am today."
"So, are you pleading Guilty now?", Grimhilde then questioned, almost smirking in a way alongside the Prosecutor.
"Yes", Courtney said, sushing her lawyer for the first time in her life, "I am going against my lawyer's advising, and pleading Guilty. I don't care if you find me guilty of murder or manslaughter, but know that the only reason I wanted to kill, was for love. The love of Bridgette, and the fact that I have been betrayed by everyone in my life except her. She was the only one ever faithful to me, the only one loyal. Once I realized that, and once she did herself in, I honestly find myself friendless. So if you want to bully me, go ahead." "Would the Jury like to make a statement?", Grimhilde then said as she turned to the Jury. Mike was the juror to stand up.
"Yes, your honour", he said politely as he explained, "I think we, the jury, can all agree that the defendant is guilty of all twenty-one accounts of first degree murder. Basically We find the defendant guilty of 21 accounts of first degree murder".
"The sentence", Grimhilde began as she brought her gavel down, "Is death by electric chair, no bail allowed." "YES!", Heather happily cheered, as Courtney completely fell apart.
"NO!", Courtney screamed as she fought the cops that tried to restrain her, "NO! PLEASE! NOT THAT! I WON'T REJOIN BRIDGETTE THEN! I WON'T! AT LEAST LET ME HAVE THAT! LET ME BE FORGIVEN! LET ME REJOIN BRIDGETTE! PLEASE! PLEASE!", it is notable that it was not the RCMP restraining her and pulling her away as the survivors all cheered in the courtroom and the two couples happily kissed. Some of them even cried tears of joy, but it was Heather's own United Kingdom guards. These weren't her soldiers, but instead her personal bodyguards. Courtney struggled against them with all of her might, but was pulled away through the doors regardless, to be shipped to the capital of the United Kingdom, to face the death sentence immediately. The survivors rejoiced, happy to see their tormentor be brought to justice for her crimes, happy that they would never face this trauma ever again, and happy that it was all over at last. All they would have to do now, is be present for the execution. All of them actually looked forward to this.
The execution took place in London, the current capital of Heather's growing dictatorship over the United Kingdom. By the time Courtney reached the UK, Ireland had been defeated in a war strategy run by Heather and completely incorporated into the kingdom. There also comes the factor that Heather is removing Parliament with military power, ruling a coup against it with her mostly monarchist bodyguards and hunting them down. Her plan is to take over the UK and turn it back into an absolute monarchy or at least a dictatorship using war strategies and nearly all types of battles. Courtney herself was shipped to Heather's palace, where she had imprisoned the elderly royal family in the dungeon of and had designed vaguely like the Notre Dame Cathedral rather than a palace. All of the survivors were invited to watch Courtney fry, even Heather's children Xandir and recently born daughter Kyoko were present alongside Heather's parents, the Reformed Catholic Church's pope, Heather's brother Damien and her sister Laura, Damien's boyfriend of two years, Luara's boyfriend of one year, Duncan's parents, Katie and Sadie's parents, Sierra's mother, Bridgette's mother, Owen's father, Beth's parents, Geoff's older brother and parents, LeShawna's friend Jasmine and cousin LeShawniqua, and of course the completely cloaked executioner, who was actually much thinner than the one Courtney saw earlier.
The glass the viewers, which also included Prime Minister and soon-to-be Queen or Empress Heather now, were viewing was two-way, just so that Courtney could see who was viewing her demise. She became sad when she saw Bridgette's mother resembled her daughter heavily, and she also felt guilty when she saw the other parents that resembled their children, all glaring at her. It was as if her own victims were having the last laugh in the end, glaring at her sinisterly as she was getting her own death and would soon face the afterlife. Courtney cried as she was forced by two of Heather's bodyguards (one female, one male) to be strapped onto the chair, and then she cried more as he head plate was fastened onto her followed by the wires to bring more shock. Courtney then angrily glared through her tears at the survivors, however, wanting them to die with all her might. She then however, became guilty once more when the executioner snapped his or her fingers as the guards left. Courtney looked and saw the executioner's face and her eyes widened with guilt and shock. Her mouth almost said something, but her death-giver pulled the lever and sent thousands of volts directly into Courtney's body. Electricity pulsated through her systems, destroying her brain and drying her eyes with their heat as a belt was around them to prevent a blood-filled explosion. Courtney's hands clenched the chair violently as her body shook quickly at the shocks, however, once enough time had passed, the executioner stopped the electricity and the audience was escorted out of the chamber. However, the executioner approached Courtney's body and then put a note down on Courtney's lap as he or she shook his or her head, pulling down the hood of her cloak and then speaking to Courtney in the voice of a woman;
"I took no pleasure in doing this, sweetie", Courtney's mother revealed to her daughter, "But, if anyone was going to take you out of this world, it was going to be me.", she then left the room with a cold expression, leaving through a different door to get into a hallway, where the hanging corpse of the actual executioner dangled from a ceiling fan as she walked down it. This murder was investigated, but no suspects were ever found. What was found though, was the note addressed directly to Courtney;
"Dear Daughter,
As I told you when you died, I took no pleasure in doing this. However, another reason I did this to you, is because stealing from your mother and from movies is something you should never ever do. I hope you understand mommy's point.
Goodbye, my Daughter"
The nature of the night implemented a suspect, but due to the fact that the suspect was an American and not a Canadian or Britain citizen, and the fact the note wished death to Courtney rather than Heather, Heather dismissed it and simply had it buried with Courtney in her coffin, which was within the courtyard of Heather's palace with a grave maker of a stone cross. With that burial, the Total Drama Murders were deemed finished, and finally those could go on with their lives.
Claude Jehan Frollo IV eventually brought FreshTV back from the ashes of the controversy. He started by making a movie about the murders entitled "Wawanakwa Massacre" in the United States, but called "Total Drama Massacre" in Canada and all other countries. The movie was released only two years after the court trial, and was essentially a more fictional version of the real-life events, acting as a "sequel" or "homage" to the real-life murders and involving less survivors than in real life. This was eventually followed by a revival of the Total Drama series, since the controversy fueled interest in the series, and the Total Drama series restarted with "Total Drama Mansion" which was set in the late Martha Frollo's mansion and featured a total of 22 contestants like the original season. He also hired Scott from season four along with Brick and Jo to work for the company in place of Chris McLean and Chef since they are both deceased. Jo and Scott constantly fight over being the main host, but eventually both were given their separate shows to host with Jo hosting the main show and Scott set to host an upcoming spin off entitled"Survival of the Fittest".
Trent and Tyler eventually married in the province of Ontario, and currently spend their lives together in British Columbia. They are sad that so little of their friends made it, but they state they are happy together. Tyler still keeps up his life as a basketball player, facing only minor judgement from his team for still being the worst player on it though they all show him more sympathy than before since the massacres. His husband Trent helps put money on the table as well, since he works as a full-time musician and songwriter, with him and Cody even reviving the Drama Brothers with the Sasquatchenakwa and Duncan replacing the late Justin and Harold. Speaking of Duncan, besides being part of the Drama Brothers now and married to Cody shortly after Courtney's execution, he lives his life occasionally causing crime and controversy for the band, though Cody always makes sure what he does is never too severe. He is also still working on becoming a CEO of the video game company he works for part-time.
Blaineley herself also is there for her son more than she ever was before. She is still a Supreme Court Justice, but attends all Drama Brothers concerts and always supplies them with bail money they need when they get into financial situations such as when the original band jumped into a pool naked at a party. Blaineley's position also helps them get out of trouble in and of itself, as well. She even finds herself spending more time with her son together, as they constantly go on Mother-Son trips to the town and shopping districts, or even attend the video game conventions or other mainly geeky expos that Cody takes her to. Duncan prefers to not go himself, saying that the urge to give wedgies and other bullying gestures is far too high for him to attend.
Katie herself is the manager of the Drama Brothers band, having turned into more of a independent person without Sadie by her side. At times she is seen cold, almost like Heather in some ways, but she still retains that charisma and fan-girl like feel to her so that she's never seen as a complete ice-queen. She mainly helps the Drama Brothers get out of inner-band conflicts with eachother, not wanting the band to break up a second time at all. She feels that without her, the band would fall apart within a matter of seconds now.
Finally comes Heather, who over time won against the British Parliament and became Supreme Empress of the United Kingdom. She eventually began conquering the other European countries, eventually by the age of thirty-five capturing and unifying the entirety of Europe (including the European end of Russia) as one massive country and empire that she rules over. She made the tips of Norway and Sweden her capital province, and rules with an iron fist over the people of Europe.
In the end, the Massacre Courtney attempt was a failure, with numerous failures signifying that she ultimately was defeated by her own victims even after they had passed. She had failed to keep Bridgette alive with her, she had failed to kill everyone except her and Bridgette, and in the end her own mother was the one to give her life and also take it back. Ultimately, Courtney's legacy lived on through films, television, documentaries, and even the recorded trial.
