Day 10: July tenth: Friendly visit

No, they can stick around for a while. Until let’s say 11 o’clock tonight?” Mirana asks. Before I can answer Mirana says: “Alright then it’s settled you go meet them I’m gonna mention the visitors to the rest of the camp.” Before she walks off I stop her. “And what do I tell them about, you know our activities here in the camp?” I ask. “Whatever you want to tell them, I’m just going to tell the rest there are visitors nothing more.” She answer before walking off. I sigh and walk to the door. I put my hand on the knob and push it down to open the door. Slowly I push open the door and walk in. Inside everyone had already gotten up. “Hey Jake.” Simon says. “Hey mate, how’s it going?” Amin asks. “Yeah man how’s things?” David asks. “Been having fun?” Victoria closes the line. “Yeah guys I have, listen Mirana said you could stay until eleven tonight.” I answer. “Alright, so what are we going to do?” Simon asks. “Wait before we go, just one question, how did you get here?” I ask them. “Well, you never really told us the name, so we phoned your mom and she gave us a name, I looked it up, found an address and we took a plane to the nearest city and then continued by taxi.” David explains. “Wait, you took a plane? Couldn’t you just get a train or have some bring you over? Wasn’t that like expensive?” I ask them. “Well yeah it was expensive but it beats having to drive a hundred mile long bridge or taking a train trough a tunnel. Besides, Victoria’s parents are paying, they’ve got money to spare. You do know you’re on an island right?” Simon explains. “Right, anyway, let’s go you might have eaten but I haven’t let’s go get some breakfast.” I say before leading everyone out of the waiting room and soon into the camp. I first walk back to the hut to inform Astrid and Wanda that we’re moving. Then suddenly a small problem pops up: Wanda, I now have two girlfriends that might raise some questions. I decide to be quiet about it and see how it plays out. I nod, the entire cabin circles us, apparently Danny invited some friends over. “This is Amin, Victoria, Simon and David.” I introduce everyone. “And these are, Danny, Ginny, Ben, Gwen, John, Cameron, Wanda and Astrid and I don’t really think I know you.” I introduce the other half of the room. “I’m Harry, Ginny’s boyfriend.” The guy I don’t know says, he has straggly black hair, round glasses and a lightening shaped scar on his forehead. “Okay, now everyone knows everyone let’s go grab some breakfast.” Danny says jumping of his bed and walking out, followed by the rest, leaving me, Astrid and Wanda behind. We follow the group from a distance. “We’re moved to a new cabin.” I inform both girls. They smile at each other and walk on. “So how are we going to do this?” I ask them. “Do what? Hide from your friends that you’re fucking both of us?” Wanda says like it’s the most normal thing in the world. We gather around a table and start eating, apparently Victoria and the others haven’t had breakfast either seeing how they filled up their plates and are scourging the food. I eat slower and listen to everyone talking, staying in the background myself. Suddenly Danny says: “So we’re going swimming you guys coming we’ll show you the cave.” I choke on the orange juice I was drinking and cough it up. “Unless you got a problem with that Jake?” Danny asks. “No, no problem, I’m just not coming.” I answer him. “Why not?” Simon asks. “I got to move my stuff, I’ve been moved to another hut.” I answer them. “We’ll help.” Astrid and Wanda say together. I smile and urge everyone to go along which they decide to do. We finish our breakfast and leave again, before everyone leaves for the lake we make a stop to pick up the stuff my friends brought and once again to let everyone change in their swim stuff. Danny takes everyone and leaves for the lake with a smile on his face. I close the door behind him and turn around. “He’s going to let everyone screw my friends right?” I ask. “Only if they want to.” Astrid answers starting to pack her bags. I walk over to my locker and clean it out. “Wanda shouldn’t you go pack your own stuff?” I ask her. “Well yes, but I’d rather wait until you two can come with me.” Wanda stammers. In the cupboards I only find junk food, Astrid walks in and looks around. “There’s only junk in this place.” I notice to her. “Yeah I’ve figured that much, it’s probably what Mirana and Lex think you like.” She explains. “Well I do like a piece of fruit from time to time.” I react. “So tell them.” She says grabbing a bottle of coke and drinking from it, I reach out my hand and she passes it over to me, I say I will and take a sip from the bottle. “So tell me, what do you know about this place?” I ask Astrid. “The same as everyone, that the people with harems slept here, it’s the oldest building in the camp and the basement is kept under lock and key.” Wanda answers for her as she walks in and plucks the bottle from my hand. She tosses the bottle back and takes a large slug from it. “So no one goes in?” I ask both of them. “Nope, it’s one of those things you don’t do or ask questions about.” Astrid explains tossing the cap over to Wanda. Wanda screws the bottle shut and puts it back in the fridge. “Come on let’s see how your friends did.” Wanda says walking out of the kitchen. Astrid and I follow her out and to the lake. Arriving at our usual tree we see no one’s there yet so we lay down and wait.

I get up and walk over to them. “So did you have fun?” I ask everyone. “Dude, is that what you do all day around here?” Simon asks. “What exactly are you talking about?” I ask not wanting to give anything away. “I mean the fucking dude, is that all you do?” He asks again. I laugh: “No not everything but it’s one of the more reoccurring things.” I look at the rest of the group, Amin looks blissful, David looks almost the same only he’s looking at Cameron’s but and Victoria looks rather calm and realistic. “Talking about screwing, I think I have to confess something to you guys.” I continue. “Sure go ahead.” Victoria urges me. “Two of you already know half the story and some of you might think I’m crossing the line but Astrid and Wanda are in fact my girlfriends.” I explain. The reaction of my friends seems to be a little out of contrast. Amin looks like he’s happy, David looks surprised, Simon looks like he doesn’t believe me and Victoria just wishes us good luck. “Dude, I don’t believe you, prove it.” Simon exclaims. Astrid and Wanda sigh discus for a moment and then Astrid moves for my lips to kiss me, I kiss back but then she breaks the kiss and Wanda kisses me. “Prove enough?” Wanda asks after breaking our kiss, Simon can only nod in response. “So no one’s got a problem with this?” I ask specifically looking at Victoria. “No I don’t, normally yes, but seeing how this entire camp is, I get it.” Victoria answer knowing I was talking about her. “Fine come on let’s get some lunch, I’m starving from all that screwing around.” Ben says and walks off, we all follow him and get to the cantina. We change our way of eating because the size of our group, instead of grabbing a plate individually we fill several plates with food from the buffet and put in on the middle of our table and eat of those. It’s more fun to eat this way too because you get to fight over food. Suddenly I get up and grab an empty plate, I ask Wanda and Astrid to help me fill up the empty plates and they follow me over to the counter. “So what is it?” Astrid asks. “Who is she?” I ask her. “Her name is Shilo Wallace, her dad’s a doctor she has some sort of disease and she has close to no friends here.” Wanda sums up. “And what is she doing at our table?” I ask Wanda. “I think she’s taking a liking in you, as in like like.” Astrid answers. I look over my shoulder back at the table and turn back. “You got to be kidding.” I mutter. “Yeah well that’s going to happen now that you’re the youngest harem keeper ever, you’re a bit of an article.” Wanda explains. “Seriously, she just wants in for fame?” I ask. “She might not but there might be others.” Astrid answers. “Great, how am I going to solve that?” I ask myself. “We could help you.” Wanda offers. “Like how?” I ask her. “By telling you for example that Shilo is a pretty good girl.” Astrid whispers in my ear. “You mean?” I ask waiting for either of the girls to fill me in. “Yes we mean that, go for it.” Wanda urges me filling the final plate, we turn around and walk back to the table. I sit down across from Shilo. I don’t know what to say to her, so a mildly uncomfortable silence falls between the two of us. Finally she breaks the silence: “So have you had fun here?” I’m relived now that there’s a conversation going and answer: “Yeah, I’ve just moved to another place to sleep but everything’s fine.” She smiles, the conversation is a little strained but it goes on. After a while the conversation moves on to our lives back home like family friends, boy and girlfriends. “So do you have anyone back home?” I ask her, having just told her about my home situation. “No, I’ve got no one, I’m pretty much an orphan.” She answers. “I’m sorry.” I apologize for bringing that part up. “It’s nothing, I don’t care, I’ve got someone to take care of me and that’s all I need.” She puts my apology aside. “Hey Jake we’re going back to the lake, you and your new conquest coming or what?” John asks. Shilo’s face turns red when she hears him. “Yeah right we’ll be right out.” I answer sending him walking. “He’s just joking.” I try to put John off in an attempt to not sound like a total jerk. Her face lights up again and she nods. I smile, stand up and walk around the table. There I take her hand and help her up. It seems it worked because he walks back over to the couches and sits down next to Ginny and grabs a drink from the table. I sit down on an empty couch and am quickly surrounded by my several girls. I grab a drink from the table and look at the rest. “So what to do whit the last hour?” I ask no one special .No one gives any suggestion so we just spend the hour drinking and talking. A few minutes before midnight Victoria gets up and announces it’s time for them to leave. I get up and help them gather up their stuff. “I’ll walk you to your taxi.” I offer. No one else comes, not even Astrid, Wanda or Shilo, but only because I ask them to stay. I walk out of my chalet with my friends by my side. I escort them to the front gate under the wooden arch. There’s no taxi to be seen anywhere so I decide to get their honest opinions. “So what do you think about this place, honestly?” I ask them. “It’s sweet, I wish we could stay.” Simon says. ‘It’s cool, kinda strange to see how free everyone is but cool.” David continues. “It’s impressive that this is still not know to the whole world.” Amin notices. I turn my attention to Victoria, from all four the opinions I fear hers the most, both because she’s to only one I will actually listen to and also because she’s the only girl. “It was strange at first to see you with several girls, but I think that’s the normal order around here and I doubt you would take advantage of them so I’m okay with it, I don’t completely approve but I’m not gonna try and talk you out of it either.” She says, Her opinion relieves me. At the end of the concrete road I see a pair of headlight approach, it has to be the taxi. “Well guys, see you in a little under two months.” I say as everyone gets in the taxi. Once everyone is in the taxi drives of leaving me alone on the parking ground. I turn around and walk back to the castle, there everyone but my girls are gone. I decide we better go to bed and everyone agrees, Shilo grabs her bag and starts walking to the door. “Shilo what are you doing?” I ask her while Wanda and Astrid go upstairs. “I was going back to my cabin since you’re all going to bed.” She explains. I step closer and answer: “Shilo, why don’t you stay here for the rest of the summer, come we’ll get your luggage tomorrow let’s get some rest.” I say while I take her by the hand to my bed, Wanda and Astrid are already waiting in it. I crawl in the bed with Shilo put my arm around both Shilo and Wanda and feel Astrid’s arm over me. I close my eyes as I drift off to the land of dreams for the last time today.
