AN: I tried keeping this story from becoming too sexually provocative. But I’m just letting people know, this chapter’s going to be a little more sexually provocative than the others. Just a heads-up.
(Chapter Ten: Love Always Remembers)
She never tells him so but her suggestion that she sleep in a separate room for the time being, says it for her. It says that he’s free to have a separate existence, until they take their next step.
He feels like getting as far away from the castle as possible. So, he ends leaving on his horse, on his way to an old town he used to visit before he became a beast.
He liked to go here whenever he wanted to feel like everyone else. But after traveling for a while down a dirt road through the forest, he eventually comes to a fork in it.
The signs are faded and so he can’t tell which way is towards the town. In the end, he takes his chances and just randomly picks a path before traveling down it.
~*~*~
Meanwhile, back at the castle, Belle has decided to take another stroll but down a different path through the forest than what she and Adam took, earlier.
At some point, while drowning in tempestuous thought, Belle’s mind brings up her potentially having to return to her ‘poor, provincial’ town if Adam and her, can’t find a way to work things out between them.
But then she remembers that divorce has only, recently, become something people consider. Perhaps, Adam is old-fashioned.
She remembers what he told her about his past.
Then again. Maybe not.
As she keeps ruminating on the prospect of having to return to her town, it isn’t long before she’s caught up in another crying spell.
If only someone came to rescue her from this predicament. To take her to a place full of magic and adventure where dreams are never so cruelly, snatched away and crushed.
In her desperation, she starts wondering if perhaps somehow, she can make herself feel physically attracted to Adam. She still can’t understand why she isn’t attracted to him, in the first place.
Perhaps, she really is the odd person that her town thought she was.
How can she not be attracted to him? Everything about him, is perfection.
From his flowing, red hair. To his chiseled jawline. To his chiseled stomach and chest. To his broad shoulders and large, unblemished hands.
It’s as if the Archangel Michael decided that he wanted to be human and incarnated as him. How many more things can she say to prove how gorgeous and flawless, he is?
She doesn’t even care about wealth or prestige! She just wants to fall in love, completely and be completely swept away by the one, she’s in love with, someone who’s just as fully in love with her as she is, with him!
He doesn’t even have to be a Prince. He can be a thief. Or a pirate. Or a merman or—
Before Belle can blink, she is collapsing backwards onto her derriere.
She realizes that she bumped into something but wh—
‘Oooh,’ she thinks in awe as her lifting eyes land on a mysterious being with flowing white hair and pointy ears, staring down at her with a stunned expression.
As soon as her brown eyes lock with his blue ones, the empty space that has been occupying her heart, is instantly filled.
She isn’t sure how but she just knows that he is the reason why she isn’t attracted to Adam.
The corners of her mouth quirk up, as her eyelids grow heavy.
‘Or an elf,’ she mischievously thinks to herself.
~*~*~
It’s been a while sense Sersel has strolled around without concealing himself from humans. Most elves are just fine, keeping their energy vibrations high enough so that humans can never see them.
But Sersel likes the feeling of his vibrations being lowered, sometimes.
Unfortunately, doing that means risking humans seeing him.
However, he is currently thirsting for any form of emotional pleasure, considering that he’s experienced next to nil, these past few weeks as he’s still mourning Belle, no longer being in his life.
As he keeps drifting down a path through the forest while feeling as if a huge weight has been lifted from his shoulders, he senses a soft body colliding with his own.
His eyes rush down to the fallen form before he beholds none other than Belle, below him.
He is in such denial, that he blinks a few times to see if she’ll still be there once he opens his eyes, again and low and behold, she remains.
After he watches her staring up at him with what looks like awe in her eyes, an energy drifts into them that he didn’t expect which causes waves of heated energy to rush through him.
He finally reaches down to help her up.
To his surprise, she takes his hand without even an ounce of hesitation or fear.
She squints up at him while her head cocks, slightly.
“You look familiar,” she says.
At first, he doesn’t know how to reply to that.
Then he smiles.
“Well, if you think I look familiar, then perhaps I could be.”
One of Belle’s brows quirk up, in an amused and questioning way.
She places her hand against her chest.
“My name is Belle.”
He smiles before reaching down to clasp her hand, in a way that silently asks her for it before he gently kisses it.
“Sersel, Madame. A pleasure to meet you,” he says with a tinge of flirtatiousness in his eyes as Belle’s eyes twinkle back at him.
As Belle watches him, it seems like she’s looking up at a sky blanketed with brilliant stars.
It makes every part of Sersel’s being, tremble as much as he tries to hide it.
Oh, how he’s missed his beloved Belle, so very, very much.
“You’re the most beautiful man, I’ve ever seen. I just feel like I know you so well,” she whispers in a way that sends chills through him.
He smiles with delight as her calling him a ‘man’ reminds him of when she used to do it before he wiped her memories, away.
It’s as if he’s in a dream and he still doesn’t fully believe she’s there.
“Thank you. You’re very beautiful, as well—Belle.”
His sensitive ears pick up her shivering breath as his eyes drink in her succulent, rosy, parted lips and he starts salivating.
This just can’t be real. He did everything to avoid her and then this happens. How is he supposed to resist this level of temptation?
Something takes over him beyond his control and before he knows it, he’s closed the space between them.
He hears her breath growing unstable as his hand cradles her cheek.
She licks her lips as his mouth starts falling towards hers, in slow motion.
Then he stops, leaving enough space between their lips for a small butterfly to flit through.
Being this close to her makes him feel drunk and weak with yearning.
“Can I kiss you?” he softly says.
“Yes. Please do,” she sighs, her voice revealing her equal amounts of yearning for him.
As soon as his mouth melts into hers, a gust of wind swirls around them causing their loose locks to dramatically blow about, in the air.
Then a pulse of rainbow colored energy, radiates out from them.
Once it dissipates, Belle’s eyes flutter open before she abruptly pulls away from him.
As Belle stares at him as if in shock, it takes a few seconds for him to realize what probably just happened.
In his haste and blinded longing for her, he forgot about the possibility of this happening.
“I—I remember everything—you abandoning me! Abandoning our love! Making me forget everything! Then cursing me and Adam and Gaston and—!”
Sersel’s heart races as he sees the fire mixed with hurt, in her eyes.
Her face starts trembling and grimacing with anguish and rage as her tears create an avalanche down her cheeks.
He starts to panic and his wagging hands shoot up.
“Belle! I—I’m so sorry, I—!”
As her hand crashes down upon his cheek, the smacking sound it creates, reverberates through the whole forest.
After his hand shoots up to nurse his face, they both become frozen as they stare at each other like they’ve seen a ghost.
Finally, remorse and guilt starts darkening Belle’s features before her gaze wilts.
As she holds the back of her neck, her troubled eyes, shift back and forth.
“Oh, my God. I’ve never gotten that angry. I’m so sorry,” she tells him.
With his eyes slanted down as he still holds his cheek, he nervously chuckles.
“It’s alright, Belle. I deserved it. You don’t have to apologize for feeling and reacting the way that anybody would. In fact, if anything, it should be I apologizing for all that I’ve done to you and for how much I know that I’ve hurt you.”
Despite Sersel’s words, Belle still seems mortified by her actions, to where she isn’t even able to look him in the eye or speak.
Sersel’s uneasiness drags his eyes down.
After a time of eerie silence between them, Sersel combs his fingers back through his hair.
“P-perhaps, I should go,” he says.
He starts turning to leave.
Belle’s eyes flash up.
“Sersel, wait!” she utters as her hand flies out to clasp his brawny forearm.
He appears stunned as he rotates back around.
Belle coquettishly smirks as her vision lowers while she lightly keeps her hand around his arm, at the same time.
“Well, actually—I wouldn’t mind a little company. If you don’t have anywhere important to be. It has been a while since we’ve last seen each other.”
She yanks her hand away from his arm, as if attempting to show respect for his space before clearing her throat.
“So—what have you been up to since the last time we saw each other? Following the curse, I mean.”
From there, their energy becomes warm and lots of chuckles and giggles are exchanged between them, as they catch each other up on what they’ve been up to while leaving many things out.
It ends up feeling for them like they’ve never been apart.
But then the elephant in the room is brought forth.
“So. Are you happy with him?” Sersel asks.
The position of Belle’s eyes reveals her anxiety around answering that question.
“You mean, Prince Adam?” she replies, stalling.
“Yes,” he tells her, his heart beating like a drum in his chest.
She appears to be searching for words.
Then she deeply inhales and exhales.
“Well, I think he has a really nice library. But other than that, things haven’t turned out quite how I would’ve imagined.”
Something in her eyes tell him so much more than what was revealed through her words.
They seem to reveal just how unhappy she is with the situation which compels him to want to alleviate her pain and sorrow.
The realization of her misery makes him question whether Aaeana was being completely truthful with him.
Her eyes also call to him in a pleading, longing way, making his limbs lose vitality.
There’s something she wants him to ask her and he’s pretty certain what that might be.
“Hm—well, are you perhaps up for accompanying me back to my castle?”
He notices her eyes lighting up.
Ahah! That was it. He’s always been perfect at reading his Belle.
He smiles with satisfaction which causes her to smile without knowing that the thought of her being ‘his Belle’ is what sparked much of his reaction.
“Yes. I’d love to,” she tells him with a certain breathiness in her tone that reveals a tumultuous inner state.
His eyes beam his delight at her as he charmingly grins.
~*~*~
They end up blinking from the path in the forest, straight into his sleeping quarters.
Belle turns away from him before glancing around at the place she’d once been so familiar with.
“Hngh—looks just like it did the last time I was in here before you wiped my memories, for the second time. So, Monsieur Wily One, may I ask, pray tell, why you decided to bring us here, instead of—?”
His arm wrapping around her waist, the bassy groan in her ear and the feeling that she’s sitting on a turgid, hot and throbbing mountain made of diamond, answers her question before she can finish asking it.
As his mouth starts making love to her neck, she arches it for him while melting back into the mountain grinding against her, at the same time.
By the time his hand is pressing down against her dress between her legs while his other is groping her breasts, her nipples are poking against her clothes like pearls.
He doesn’t have to directly touch her to know she’s already become a waterfall for him.
The sounds that escape her throat pour from her mouth as if they are torrents of water, as well.
The music she creates is so alluring, he can’t help but create his own masculine, pulsing music to go along with her more graceful, elongated melodies.
They haven’t gone all the way but already, everything feels so needy and delirious between them.
She can feel him violently quaking against her as she does the same against him.
Then as she feels his hand around her neck, symbolically revealing his dark dominance over her, with shame pooling through her and adding more flames to her cheeks, her body becomes a convulsing sun against his very busy fingers, blanketed with her bloomers.
The sampling of her release from his fingers awakens a carnivorous hunger that’s been buried within him, for far too long.
Once she’s stripped and vulnerable beneath him, on his bed and he’s in nothing but some fantastical looking, bulge hugging, breeches, as his head bobs between her trembling thighs and his arm moves back and forth, his hand obscured, one of the fantasies about her that he’s drowned in many, many times these past few years, is brought to life.
His excitement causes him to hum and groan out his lust for her as his eyes ferociously wash over her like tropical seas. But her excitement causes her to do so much more than that for him.
Every ounce of her body along with its movements, reveals how much his abilities are making her forget her beauty or that she’s a woman.
The sounds created from the things he’s doing to her, reveals how eager he is to please her along with his gluttonous craving for her taste and scent.
The last sounds her voice manifests, possess a weeping rawness as she thrusts and squirts out her love for him.
While he passionately kisses her, he reveals the control he has over her as he forces her to taste herself, on his lips and tongue.
Then once he’s transforming her cheek into a boulder, causing waterfalls to drench her chin and causing her throat to involuntarily convulse, he reveals his power over her, once again.
But it isn’t the kind of power that causes pain.
Instead, it is the kind that makes her body submissively ache for him, makes her nipples scream for him, makes her fingers do things to herself that’s not written in any children’s romance, fantasy tale.
Belle strums herself towards another climax and then as Sersel monstrously grunts out his ecstasy, she finds herself gulping all that he has to give her.
He saves the best for last, filling her from behind as she lies on her stomach, hips supported with pillows.
As the last of her searing pleasure finally blasts through her, she howls in rapture, tears leaking from her eyes.
Then after her first fully connected orgasm, their bodies become like different origami shapes as he plows a few more climatic howls, out of her.
After pleasuring Belle to his and her satisfaction, Sersel allows the tension inside of him to be released as he bursts inside of her, his nipples taut against his boulder like pecs and his eyes bouncing with her large breasts, as she rides him like a white stallion.
~*~*~
While holding her in his arm as they both snuggle together in his bed, Sersel and Belle are currently in the middle of a conversation.
“Wow, Belle. Now, I see why you’re so miserable with him. But you don’t have to be,” Sersel says to her.
He sultrily smiles down at her.
“I’m here, now.”
Her eyes twinkle up at him.
“Yes, I know you are, Sersel. But the only problem, is that we’re still married.”
He playfully smirks at her.
“Well Belle. That’s what divorce is for.”
Her eyes shift as if in thought.
“But do you think he’ll be willing to go through a divorce with me?”
Sersel doesn’t reply, right away.
“I think there are a few things I should tell you, Belle. I know a lot about Adam because I personally know the being who cursed him.”
Belle’s eyelids flicker up.
“What? You do?”
“Yes. First, he wasn’t necessarily the purest person before he was cursed. He was a bit on the promiscuous side. With females and males.”
“Yeah, I know about that. He told me.”
“He did?”
“Yeah.”
“Well, did he tell you why he has no Kingdom to inherit?”
“No. He never told me that.”
“It is because his father banished him from it so that his younger brother could rule, in his stead. You see, in his Kingdom, it is customary for the throne to be passed down to the eldest son which he is. However, his father did not want him to reign because he knew what no one else did. That he was attracted to men.”
Belle is a bit surprised by what Sersel is telling her and slowly shakes her head as he goes on.
“So, he used his power as a sorcerer since he is a human Sorcerer King from my plane, to banish him to this world. He does still love him which is why he made sure that he was taken care of with his own castle and subjects to keep him from feeling completely worthless and abandoned. I wouldn’t be surprised if this is the root of his peevish nature.”
“Hmmm. Interesting,” Belle says with intrigue.
“But what does all of this have to do with my question?”
“He has no Kingdom and never will, so it is not as important for him to have descendants.”
Belle’s mouth slightly parts as if grasping what he’s saying.
“Oooh! Okay, I get what you mean. Being married isn’t as important for him because he doesn’t need offspring to pass a crown to.”
“Exactly. So, divorcing you shouldn’t be a problem for him. Plus, he’s exclusively attracted to men, right now. I’m sure he’d want you to be happy and fulfilled, instead of stuck in a loveless marriage with him.”
She gives him a lighthearted look.
“You’re just saying that because you want to be with me.”
“It’s true. I do. But that doesn’t make what I’m saying any less true. Once he agrees to dissolve his marriage contract with you—and he will—” his tone grows mockingly menacing, “Or else.”
Belle giggles.
“Really? Or else?” she jokingly mimics him.
The corners of his mouth expand.
“Yes. ‘Or else.’ Once you part ways, I will make you mine, at last and you will come live here with me and as they say at the end of fairytales, we shall ‘Live happily ever after.’”
“Hngh—and what makes you so certain of all of that ‘Oh wise and psychic one?” she facetiously says.
Sersel gets a self-assured twinkle in his eye.
“Because you and I found our love, once more and this time, nothing, not even ourselves, will ever come between that love, again.”
Belle smiles.
“Well, honey. I must say, I certainly can agree with that. And we may not be creating a beautiful, human-elf baby girl, tonight. But I’m already excited about creating her, sometime soon.”
Sersel’s features warm up.
“Who said our future, human-elf baby was going to be a girl, hm?” he says.
“Okay. Our first can be a girl, our second, a boy. How’s that?” she chirps.
Sersel pretends to contemplate that.
He shakes his head, side to side.
“Sorry. Won’t do,” he teases her.
Belle effervescently laughs.
“What do you mean, ‘won’t do?’ That sounds pretty reasonable to me!”
“It only sounds reasonable to you, Belle because you’re a female. We’re having a boy, first. Then a girl.”
Belle’s jaw appears ajar, in an aghast, funny way.
“Alright, Sersel. How about this? I was once too afraid to take your life extending serum, so I could live as long as you. But this time, I’ll take it, if we agree to have our baby girl, first. Oh, and you have to agree to take us both on lots of magical adventures when she gets older.”
Her words wash over him like arctic waters followed by warm waters from the tropics. That has been one of his greatest dreams—to live out the rest of his elven years with the only one he’s ever truly loved—Belle.
He’s even more afraid of taking Belle on adventures with him than he was in the past, mainly because of Varduel and taking his future daughter, is an even more dreadful proposition.
However, he’s willing to do anything for Belle, at this point. He refuses to ever lose her, again.
“Okay. It’s a deal. As long as you promise me you’ll read to me, whenever I ask,” he warmly says.
In her appreciative, exhilarated state, Belle excitedly kisses him on the lips while sealing their deal, at the same time.
From that moment forward, their banter continues late into the night before they eventually fall asleep, their bodies close and inseparable.
