"Does that mean I can ask it questions," Nowa asked?
"Um, I don't know. I think it spoke to me once before, but it was in the middle of a battle, so I didn't think much of it," Ben replied.
"Maybe we can beseech the spirit of the armband for some guidance," Melpha said.
"Well, the only thing I want to know is why was I chosen to wield its power?" Ben said.
"Perhaps it's like communing with the spirits of nature," Julie said.
"Oh I've been taught a little of that during my time with the elves," Toma said. "Can I try to summon the spirit of the armband so we can commune with it."

"I'm not sure I like these pagan rituals," Melpha said.
"I'll just prepare the fire and herbs. And you just sit in the middle of a circle made by our companies and even the children combine us and chant along with me," Nowa said.

"Oh, you must be looking for our kingdom of Amara. It is rather close by as soon as our reborn Queen receives the ancient knowledge we can guide you there," they said.
Ben remembered the last Queens Blade tournament and knew that when said reborn queen and Amara it could only be one person.
"We did it, my lady, we found the ancient scrolls," came a voice.
"O yes Setora with these spells Amara will soon become a great power again and raise up to dominate all," said a woman Ben and his party knew all too well. The ancient and reborn Princess Menace. She now had a new crown that was a single horn in the middle instead of the spilled horn it once was. "Yes it seems we have run into a bit of trouble with some exercises and need someplace where they can be safe," Gretel said.
"O then you have come to the right place. Honestly, it seems like refugees looking for a new life are one of the main reasons why my kingdom is growing so fast," Menace said without a trace of malice or greed.
"Um that's great, but you were saying something about ancient magic that will let you control the continent,?" Ben asked.
"O well not right away of course but soon the entire world will feel the power of ancient might," Menace said playfully.
Ben didn't like the sound it. Last time he checked Menace worked for the Swamp Witch, and that means that the greatest evil on the face of the planet not only had an entire kingdom, or was it a town, at her disposals but now she had powerful magic that will bring chaos to the whole continent.
Ben didn't know how this could get worse. However, some rumbling soon made it worse than he could imagine. From out of the ground came collosol worm like creature covered in spikes with a large beak like mouth. Ben knew they were called Slamworms by most people who traveled the dessert and also they were known to eat travelers. Before Ben could react the beast sprayed its infamous poison at the children, and some of the servers. The Slamworm's poison paralyzed its victims so it could devour them. It seems the only ones to avoid the poison were himself, Nowa, Julie, and Menace.
The Slamworm then lunged for the helpless victims. However it everyone was protected by what looked like a golden energy pyramid. "Vile beast, you shall not harm the citizens of Amara when their Queen is present," Menace said with conviction.
Ben was surprised that a servant of the Swamp Witch would bother to save anyone, still had kept to the sidelines long enough. Activating his magic bracelet his body began to change, in a flash of green light, all that was left of him was a pile of bandages. However, the bandages seemed to come alive and form a human-like shape. 'This is interesting I'll think I'll call this one the mummy,' Ben thought to himself.
Ben couldn't find dwell on his new monstrous form's powers for long as the Slamworm angerly lunged for Menace. Menace was hit by a massive blow that not only knocked her into a stone wall but also destroyed her clothes. Ben didn't have time to helplessly to the ground. The beast then opened its jaws and tried to pounce on the prone warrior. Ben didn't know if he could was when he already was a monster, but he knew he had to try. He touched the armband symbol on his chest and hoped he could transform. In a flash of green light, it transformed into a large monster that looked like a humanoid bettle.

Ben had been using the armband to change into a monster much time now, and he knew how to draw out their hidden powers. He simply had to stop thinking so much and let the monster natural instincts tell him what to do. Ben saw a pile of large rocks, and Ben felt the urge to eat them, he thought this monsters name should be from. After Ben gobbled down the rocks he felt a power raising up deep with in him. He then fired a powerful magic beam from his horn at the monstrous worm. The force of the blast tore the monster from Menace's spirt hand and pushed it into the ground. The worm then quickly burrowed underground clearly retrating.
"Thank goodness you were here." Menace said eyeing Ben. "You not only saved me but drove away that horrible monster."
"Yes, and of course Nowa or myself had nothing to do with it?" Julie said sounding jealous.
"I don't know I only pay attention to the leader of the group," Menace said not paying much attention to the two of them. "More importantly how do you change into monsters?
"Well, it was the armband. One night it fell from the heavens right at my feet so to speak. Ever since then I have been traveling the land trying to use its power to help people," Ben said. "Hear me, citizens. This man has been blessed with great power from the heavens, and he has already used this power to protect me form a savage worm monster. So it gives me great pleasure to indroduce you to Ben Tenison my chosen king and the great protector of Amara," Menace proclaimed to a cheering crowd, expect of Ben's party who had looks of rage on their faces, just before she pulled him into a passionate kiss.
As Menace's tongue explored the deepest reaches of Ben's mouth the only thing he could think of was 'did she say, King?'
