When I looked in the cartoons' recently-updated section, I was immediately elated to see that this story had been updated again and clicked to read it right away <3 That alone should give you a good idea of how much I like it.

I really love this piece. Most of the time I don't read fics below R or NC-17 but you've convinced me of the merits of lower rated pieces. I am truly shocked that English is not your first language because your phrasing, vocabulary, and grammar is top notch. I was especially touched by Zuko's line, "Guilt is what sets reformed villains apart from the incurable ones." I think that is so true and fabulously insightful. I have a little folder of quotes on my computer and I just had to add it. With proper citation of course!
