I was completely thrown off when Penny started jacking off in the bathroom. You should have elaborated on her intersex condition when she started touching herself. I know this is fiction but it seems unfeasible for a child to sport a 5in cock or even knowledge of sex. It is even odder that Oscar and Trudy are not already aware that Penny has a penis, even if she has not shown it off in a while (ie. they don't know how big it is). Save for those continuity errors this is an interesting idea. I encourage you to edit and continue.

A good story thus far. A good plot twist that you might want to consider is that Penny figures out how to drug or knockout the Gross Sisters in some way and knocks all three of them up in one fell swoop.... or manages to make them knock THEMSELVES up.
