It's cute ! And fun ! Ty Lee is adorable : “Awh Azula! You did miss me!” . And the reminder of how Azula protected her when she was young too... and still, the hint of some kind of manipulation, the feeling Azula wouldn't take a no even if it were real, because, well, she's Azula...
I love so much details, Ty Lee with her hair down, acrobatics to land before Azula, forgetting she hadn't brushed her hair yet ^^, use of firebending for sensation play, but in a pleasant way...
I don't know whether it is because English is not my first language of because you chose to use ellipses, but I'm not sure I understood exactly how much Azula and Ty Lee were "acquainted" before Ty Lee left. ^^ Just the same, or did it get to a new level ?

Very good, but the abrupt ending takes away a little from the story.
