'Rhythm and Tides' sounds better, but 'Rhythm and Flow' is much more accurate when it comes to Aisha/Layla. Especially since it's not canon in ever version of Winx that Aisha can manipulate water.
So I'd say it's about personal preference: something accurate or something that sounds better.
Oh, and, sorry that this isn't an actual review of the story. I fear I've become quite allergic to the "OC" code.
