I loved this story. It's definatly going onto my favorites. I love Zuko and Katara stories. It was very well written, I hope you write another one, or a sequal. Wow . . . I need to get my Fiancé over here ASAP.

First of all I have to say that this is a fantastic piece of fiction. I was absolutely drawn into this fic not only because it was well written but because the characters were believable. They did not act like idiots and the storyline was well thought out. This fic is what got me interested in Zutara fiction, in Avatar fiction at all for that matter. I must say that I am glad that I found this fic when it was finished because if I had found the fic before it was finished I would have died from suspense. I sincerely hope you write another fic soon. You have got talent and it would be a shame to not put it to use.

This is my fav fic ever ever EVER!!!! it's so hot, so passionate, and the ending was unexpected yet totally awesome...although it made me sad when i read it...STILL, my fav, written very well - great job ^.^

Even more fun in the complete version! I remembered two other things that I wanted to add to the review I left at the pit:
1) having Katara heal Zuko actually does a lot to explain why he was strong enough to break through the ice and carry the Avatar through the blizzard, as well as fight Zhao later...after all the other stuff he'd been through physically. Convenient use of a minor plothole.
2) I like that at the end, Katara catches him by surprise and doesn't let them resume a fair fight. It's cold and calculating of her, but she needs to be calculating to protect Aang. And in a way stuff like that shows that she can be as tough and hard as Zuko. It also works nicely with canon, giving a good reason for why he'd be angry at her (and vaguely assholeish) when he broke out: leftover affection from shared intimacy disappears quickly with betrayal, even if the betrayal is of something unspoken.
