First off since when is Red Alert a girl? That's kind of weird and a little confusing as to why you changed 'his' gender. I didn't really see a point to that. But hey it's your story you can do what you want, although I would appreciate an explanation cuase really I'm dumbfounded.
Flashback was very effective, you tied up those loose ends effectively. Good job I'm anxiously awaiting chapter 20

Interesting story. I wonder how happy everyone will be when they figure out the age that Moonchaser bonded to Bee. I also wonder when the 'bots find ot why Megatron is after Bee will he be too valuable to put into combat. I can't wait for update!
