omg, this story is simply adorable, i love it!! simply adorable!! super super adorable, i cant wait for you to write more, this has been the best story ive read about martin mystery, simply incredible! i love the topic!!

like when the mission is over, martin and diana should do something awkward and be caught by MOM, id love to see her reaction as to seeing them kissing or acting unconsiously romantic! ^^ i think she would be peeved that step brothers are acting that way. so cute!!!

    update soon!! you rocck!

You know, it is SO hard to find fanfiction that is creative, well-written, and respectful to canon.

Thank goodness I stumbled upon this.

You obviously care enough to check over each chapter for spelling and grammar. You appreciate both positive and negative constructive criticism, so you truly want honest feedback. I like the way you used the mist as a plot device. It's faithful to the supernatural genre of Martin Mystery. At the same time, you could easily write a ridiculous sex scene and use the mist to justify it - but you didn't. You chose to take things slowly, and have them act like themselves.

What this shows me is that you are a mature enough writer to focus on the actual plot, events, and characters, instead of jumping straight to the sex - which would be unrealistic anyway. Who would jump straight into the sack with their step-sibling without giving it a second thought? No one. Realistically, step-siblings would actually consider the consequences before having a sexual relationship.

Most people are under the impression that adult fiction is all about gore, heavy violence, or meaningless graphic sex. I believe that there is so much more to it. When I read adult fiction, I'd expect those things, but I'd also expect a certain level of mental maturity as evidence that the fiction is written by an actual adult as opposed to a horny 12-year-old. You, my dear, have the mind of a mature adult and the skills of a seasoned writer, even if you're only 19.

Speaking of mature writing - you might want to check out "Lustful" by "deathbyhedonism". S/he has not only stolen your mist idea, but incorporated it into a poorly written PWP. I think it's an insult to your fic. I'm new at using the rating system, and rated it 5 by accident when I meant to rate it a 1.

I look forward to reading the next chapter and future sex scenes. I may like meaningful writing but I want a good Martin/Diana sex scene too. I've already sent an e-mail asking for updates.

A well crafted story (so far) if I may say so. I should also note that even in the series, there are hints of sexual tension between Martin & Diana notwithstanding the fact that they are stepsiblings especially in one X-mas themed episode where Diana hugged Martin in a manner you won't see betweeen siblings. There were also some eye contact (face to face no less) and of course, Diana always seem to blush whenever she holds on to Martin's arm (in several eps) & this was very clear in that particular episode. That & Diana's parting statement to Martin "Absence makes the heart grow fonder." Awww....Well, honestly, I don't know if siblings share that idiom anytime they go their separate ways on holiday.

Given all those hints (despite their constant bickering) & what they do aside from school, a supernatural nudge towards *ahem* is not unlikely. :) Again, very nicely done. Hope to see the next chapter soon.

First of all I have to say that out of all the Martin Mystery fanfcition I have read so far that this is the best. I need to start off by saying that I don't find anything in yoru fic to be amoral at all nor do I consider it incest. Stepsiblings are not related by blood meaning it's not incest. Stepsiblings also can't be blamed just because their parents decided to pursue a relationship with each other and get married forcing them to be stepsiblings. There's nothing wrong at all if a relationship forms between stepsiblings and they get married. It's stupid by law to forbid it since incest laws were created to prevent genetic deformities and weakening of the gene pool. This isn't the case with stepsiblings since they aren't related by blood at all. I truly do cheer on the relationship between Martin and Diana and I love that you've written such an original story that sticks witht he Martin Mystery theme and style. I think you did an excellent job of keeping them in character. I have to admit though, I love the pace and how they are slowly realizing their feelings for one another. When they fell asleep on the loveseat at couple sharing time was so ADORABLE!! Truly the only obstacle in their relationship is getting over the fact that since they were introduced as teens a long time ago their parents tried to make them into bro and sis. I for one believe that children should not suffer for their parents' marriage decisions, and in this case that means that Martin and Diana should be able to pursue their relationship without interference. P.S. I live in Ontario, and I believe that here relationships between stepsiblings are allowed. Anyways, I hope you update soon so I can find otu what happens next! ;)

thats an alright story. . . i like the idea of martin and diana together when i first saw the show i thought they were just friends and even if they are step-siblings they rnt really breaking any rules since they bare no relation. . . or at least that is how it is in my mind

Hello, i really love your work. Im a big Martin Mystery fan .But on an other note, being myself from Montréal, Québec, i just wanted to comment on the big "incest" thing. Incest in Québec is illegal, yes. But what you are describing now in your story is not illegal to our penile code. Incest is only for blood relation ( half-siblings). Since Martin and Diana are step-siblings it is not called incest , we call it "interfamilial relations" . That is not illegal, and does often happen in reconstituted families ( 2 people marry and bring there own respective children to live together). interfamilial relations does become illegal if one of the parties does not consent to the act , then it's rape. But interfamilial relations are quite common in this day and age ( most marriages last 5 years and here in Québec we are not to hot on the whole marriage thing either. We like to live in sin ;)...... ) It is actually accepted by most people. But , some people being the purist that they are , do consider it wrong. On a lighter not, if you do have any questions what so ever about Québec , please do not hesitate to ask. Oh and , please, please please please update soon. Your loyal fan Valérie
